The source and evolution of ore-forming fluids is important to understand the genesis of Carlin-type gold *** on the source and evolution of ore fluid components by the con-ventional geochemical methods have long been a challenge due to the very fine-grained nature and complex textures of hydrothermal minerals in these *** this study,we present the crush-leach analyzed solute data of fluid inclusion extracts within quartz,calcite,realgar,and fluorite from the shuiyindong,Nibao,and Yata gold deposits in the Youjiang Basin,providing new insights into the source and evolution of ore-forming *** results show that the high molar Cl/Br ratios up to 2508 in fluid inclusion extracts are indicative of a contribution of magmatic hydrothermal ***-ids mixing between basinal and magmatic-hydrothermal fluids are evident on the plots of Cl/Br versus Na/K ratios,showing that ore-stage milky quartz near the magmatic-hydrothermal fluids reflects magma origin of the ore-forming fluids,whereas late ore-stage drusy quartz and realgar near the de-fined basinal fluids suggest the later input of basinal fluids in late-ore *** the predominate-ly host rocks in shuiyindong,Nibao and Yata gold deposit are bioclastic limestone,sedimentary tuff,and calcareous siltstone,respectively,the solute data of fluid inclusion extracts records they underwent the similar fluid-rocks reactions between the Na-rich magmatic hydrothermal fluids and the Ca-and Mg-rich host *** study highlights the solute data of fluid inclusion extracts obtained by crush-leach analyses have the potential to fingerprint the source and evolution of ore-forming fluids of the Carlin-type gold deposit.

The sludge, which was collected from a biological coke wastewater treatment plant, was used as a low-cost adsorbent in the removal of reactive dyes （Methylene Blue （MB） and Reactive Red 4 （RR4）） from aqueous solution. The pH of dye solution played an important role on the dye uptake. With the solution pH increase, the MB uptake increased; whereas the RR4 uptake decreased. The maximum uptake of RR4 by protonated sludge was 73.7 mg/g at pH 1, and the maximum uptake of MB by sludge was 235.3 mg/g at pH 9. Three functional groups, including carboxyl, phosphonate, and amine group, were identified by potentiometric titration, fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectrometry, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. The anionic functional groups, phosphonate and carboxyl group, were identified as the binding sites for the cationic MB. Amine groups were identified to bind RR4. The main mechanism of the reactive dyestuffs adsorption is electrostatic interaction.

In order to explore the appropriate irrigation schedule for summer maize,a field experiment was conducted in 2013 in Lubotan of Shaanxi *** water content,soil salinity,soil hydraulic parameters,crop growth parameters and summer maize yield were measured in the *** SWAP model was calibrated based on field experiment observation data in *** SWAP model was used to simulate and optimize irrigation schedule for summer maize after *** results showed that model simulation results of soil water content,soil salinity and summer maize yield agreed well with the measured *** Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)and Mean Relative Error(MRE)were within the allowable error *** RMSE values were all lower than 0.05 cm3/cm3 and the MRE values were lower than 15%in soil water content *** RMSE values were all lower than 0.1 mg/cm3 and the MRE values were lower than 20%in soil salinity *** RMSE and MRE values were 1299.6 kg/hm2 and 15.26%in summer maize yield *** model parameters suitable for the study area were obtained in *** SWAP model could be used to simulate and optimize irrigation schedule for summer maize after *** SWAP model was used to simulate soil water-salt balance,summer maize yield and water use efficiency under different irrigation *** model simulation results for different irrigation schedules indicated that the optimal irrigation schedules of summer maize were three times each for jointing stage(July 5),heading stage(August 5)and grain filling stage(August 30)with irrigation amount of 128 mm,128 mm and 96 mm,*** optimal irrigation quota was 352.0 mm for summer maize in the study area.

Astragalus and Angelica decoction(A&A)has been clinically used as a classical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula in China for many years for the treatment of kidney diseases,especially renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF).However,the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of A&A on RIF remains poorly *** the present study,systematic network pharmacology and effective experimental verification were utilized for the first time to elucidate the pharmacological efficacy and potential *** outcomes indicated that 22 active components and 87 target genes of A&A were identified and cross-referenced with RIF-associated genes,contributing to confirmation of 74 target genes of A&A for *** and functional enrichment analyses revealed that A&A had substantial effects on MAPK,PI3K-Akt and TNF signaling *** addition,seven core targets with relatively higher betweenness and degree were identified in the constructed Chinese medicine material-chemical component-target-signal pathway ***,we verified the potential therapeutic effect of A&A in vivo(using a mouse model of RIF),confirming that A&A could effectively protect the kidney by regulating these target *** therapeutic effect of A&A on RIF could be attributed to its role in regulating the cell cycle,limiting the apoptosis,and inhibiting the inflammation.

Greenhouse gas（GHG） emissions from oil and gas systems are an important component of the GHG emission inventory. To assess the carbon emissions from oilfield-produced water under atmospheric conditions correctly, in situ detection and simulation experiments were developed to study the natural release of GHG into the atmosphere in the Shengli Oilfield,the second largest oilfield in China. The results showed that methane（CH4） and carbon dioxide（CO2） were the primary gases released naturally from the oilfield-produced *** atmospheric temperature and release time played important roles in determining the CH4 and CO2emissions under atmospheric conditions. Higher temperatures enhanced the carbon emissions. The emissions of both CH4 and CO2from oilfield-produced water were highest at 27°C and lowest at 3°C. The bulk of CH4 and CO2was released from the oilfield-produced water during the first release period, 0–2 hr, for each temperature, with a maximum average emission rate of 0.415 g CH4/（m3·hr） and 3.934 g CO2/（m3·hr）, respectively. Then the carbon emissions at other time periods gradually decreased with the extension of time. The higher solubility of CO2 in water than CH4 results in a higher emission rate of CH4 than CO2over the same release duration. The simulation proved that oilfield-produced water is one of the potential emission sources that should be given great attention in oil and gas systems.
