U-Net has achieved good performance with the small-scale datasets through skip connections to merge the features of the low-level layers and high-level layers and has been widely utilized in biomedical image segmentation as well as recent microstructure image segregation of the *** representative visual attention mechanism modules,named as squeeze-and-excitation networks,convolutional block attention module,and extended calibration algorithm,were intro-duced into the traditional U-Net architecture to further improve the prediction *** is found that compared with the original U-Net architecture,the evaluation index of the improved U-Net architecture has been significantly improved for the microstructure segmentation of the steels with the ferrite/martensite composite microstructure and pearlite/ferrite composite microstructure and the complex martensite/austenite island/bainite microstructure,which demonstrates the advantages of the utilization of the visual attention mechanism in the microstructure *** reasons for the accuracy improvement were discussed based on the feature maps analysis.

This paper proposes a new global fixed-time sliding mode control strategy for the trajectory tracking control of uncertain robotic ***,a fixed-time disturbance observer(FTDO) is designed to deal with the adverse effects of model uncertainties and external disturbances in the manipulator *** an adaptive scheme is used and the adaptive FTDO(AFTDO) is developed,so that the priori knowledge of the lumped disturbance is not ***,a new non-singular fast terminal sliding mode(NFTSM) surface is designed by using an arctan function,which helps to overcome the singularity problem and enhance the robustness of the *** on the estimation of the lumped disturbance by the AFTDO,a fixed-time non-singular fast terminal sliding mode controller(FTNFTSMC)is developed to guarantee the trajectory tracking errors converge to zero within a fixed *** settling time is independent of the initial state of the *** addition,the stability of the AFTDO and FTNFTSMC is strictly proved by using Lyapunov ***,the fixed-time NFESM(FTNFTSM) algorithm is validated on a 2-link manipulator and comparisons with other existing sliding mode controllers(SMCs) are *** comparative results confirm that the FTNFTSMC has superior control performance.

EuCd_(2)As_(2)was theoretically predicted to be a minimal model of Weyl semimetals with a single pair of Weyl points in the ferromagnet ***,the heavily p-doped Eu Cd_(2)As_(2)crystals in previous experiments prevent direct identification of the semimetal ***,we present a comprehensive magneto-transport study of high-quality Eu Cd_(2)As_(2)crystals with ultralow bulk carrier density(10^(13)cm^(-3)).In contrast to the general expectation of a Weyl semimetal phase,Eu Cd_(2)As_(2)shows insulating behavior in both antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic states as well as surface-dominated conduction from band ***,the application of a dc bias current can dramatically modulate the resistance by over one order of magnitude,and induce a periodic resistance oscillation due to the geometric *** nonlinear transport results from the high nonequilibrium state induced by an electrical field near the band *** results suggest an insulating phase in Eu Cd_(2)As_(2)and put a strong constraint on the underlying mechanism of anomalous transport properties in this system.

Extreme hydrological events such as droughts and floods have been increasingly influenced by abnormal atmospheric disturbances caused by human activity and global *** Dongting Lake Basin(DLB)has experienced challenging circumstances over the past 20 years due to complex climatic variations,leading to extreme flooding and *** study aims to investigate the spatiotemporal variation in terrestrial water storage anomalies(TWSA)over the DLB using data from the GRACE/GRACE-FO and GLDAS spanning the latest two decades.A significant decline trend in TWSA is unveiled from July 2019 to May 2023,with the rate of change determined as-1.94 cm/year and-1.99 cm/year based on the GRACE/GRACE-FO and GLDAS,*** GRACE-Drought Severity Index(DSI)is employed to identify and evaluate the severity and spatiotemporal evolution of the 2022 drought event in the *** results accurately capture the drought event,which began in July 2022 and continued until March 2023,with the most severe conditions occurring in October 2022,when the GRACE-DSI value stood at-2.06 and the TWSA decreased by 15.24 cm and 33.51 cm relative to the same month in 2021 and 2020,***,the daily water level variation at the chenglingji hydrological gauging station in 2022 broke previous records,reaching a minimum of only 19 *** the 2022 drought event with the drought events in 2006 and 2011,the impact of drought on vegetation growth conditions was relatively small,but there was still significant vegetation degradation across the DLB.

AIM: To improve the clinical diagnosis and recognition of hepatic epithelioid angiomyolipoma(HEAML).METHODS: Four cases of primary HEAML were confirmed based on the pathology archive system in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2015. The general state, clinical symptoms, imaging manifestations, histological results and immunohistochemistry of these patients were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Studies of HEAML published in the last 15 years were collected from Pub Med and MEDLINE to summarize the clinical symptoms, imaging characteristics, pathological features and management of ***: Four cases of primary HEAML were retrieved from our archives. These included three female patients and one male patient, with a mean age of 41.8 ± 11.5 years(ranging from 31 to 56 years). The meantumor size was 7.3 ± 5.5 cm(ranging from 3.0 to 15 cm). In the contrast-enhanced imaging, the tumor was obviously enhanced in the arterial phase, but enhanced continuously or exhibited a slow-density masse during the venous and delayed phases. Histologically, the tumors mainly consisted of epithelioid cells that comprised approximately 95% of the total neoplastic mass. Although no metastases occurred in our patients, pathological studies revealed necrosis, mitotic figures and liver invasion in two patients, which indicates aggressive behavior. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that human melanoma black 45(HMB-45) and Melan-A were positive in 4 cases. We only identified 81 cases with primary HEAML, including our present patients, from 26 articles available from Pub Med and MEDLINE. The majority of the papers were published as case reports. Only 5(5/75, 6%) cases were associated with tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC). More than half(35/66) were discovered incidentally upon physical examination. The lateral parabrachial nucleus(PBL)is implicated in the regulation of respiratory *** leak channel(NALCN)mutations disrupt the respiratory rhythm and influence anesthetic sensitivity in both rodents and ***,we investigated whether the NALCN in PBL glutamatergic neurons maintains respiratory function under general *** results showed that chemogenetic activation of PBL glutamatergic neurons increased the respiratory frequency(RF)in mice;whereas chemogenetic inhibition suppressed *** knockdown in PBL glutamatergic neurons but not GABAergic neurons significantly reduced RF under physiological conditions and caused more respiratory suppression under sevoflurane *** knockdown in PBL glutamatergic neurons did not further exacerbate the respiratory suppression induced by propofol or *** sevoflurane anesthesia,painful stimuli rapidly increased the RF,which was not affected by NALCN knockdown in PBL glutamatergic *** study suggested that the NALCN is a key ion channel in PBL glutamatergic neurons that maintains respiratory frequency under volatile anesthetic sevoflurane but not intravenous anesthetic propofol.

The BeiDou-Ⅱcivil navigation message(BDⅡ-CNAV)is transmitted in an open environment and no information integrity protection measures are ***,the BDⅡ-CNAV faces the threat of spoofing attacks,which can lead to wrong location reports and time *** order to deal with this threat,we proposed a scheme of anti-spoofing for BDⅡ-CNAV based on integrated information *** scheme generates two type authentication information,one is authentication code information(ACI),which is applied to confirm the authenticity and reliability of satellite time information,and the other is signature information,which is used to authenticate the integrity of satellite location information and other *** authentication information is designed to embed into the reserved bits in BDⅡ-CNAV without changing the frame *** order to avoid authentication failure caused by public key error or key error,the key or public key prompt information(KPKPI)are designed to remind the receiver to update both keys in *** results indicate that the scheme can successfully detect spoofing attacks,and the authentication delay is less than 1%of the transmission delay,which meets the requirements of BDⅡ-CNAV information authentication.
