Inorganic luminescent nanocrystals(NCs)doped with main-group ns^(2)-metal ions have evoked tremendous interest in many technological fields owing to their superior optical ***,we report a new class of luminescent nanoprobes based on 5s2-metal Sb3+-doped CaS NCs that are excitable by using a near ultraviolet light-emitting *** optical properties and excited-state dynamics of Sb3+in CaS NCs are comprehensively surveyed through temperature-dependent steady-state and transient photoluminescence(PL)*** to the strong electron-phonon coupling of Sb^(3+)in CaS NCs,Sb3+ions experience a dynamic Jahn-Taller distortion on the excited state,which results in bright green PL of Sb3+with a broad emission band,a large Stokes shift,and a high PL quantum yield up to 17.3%.By taking advantage of the intense PL of Sb^(3+),we show in proof-of-concept experiments the application of biotinylated CaS:Sb^(3+)NCs as sensitive luminescent nanoprobes for biotin receptor-targeted cancer cell imaging and zebrafish imaging with a high imaging *** findings provide fundamental insights into the excited-state dynamics of Sb^(3+)in CaS NCs,thus laying a foundation for future design of novel and versatile luminescent nanoprobes via main-group ns2-metal doping.

Plant dormancy is essential for perennial plant *** genotypes of Prunus mume,including Eumume group and Apricot Mei group,undergo leaf senescence and dormancy at different *** order to verify the cold resistance of ***,freeze resistance evaluation was carried *** results showed that Apricot Mei group had a stronger freezing tolerance than Eumume group and that leaf senescence and dormancy of Apricot Mei group occurred at an earlier period before *** on phenotypic data in response to seasonal climate change,the significant candidate regions were selected using ***,through KEGG pathway and qRT-PCR analyses,we found that the ethylene-related genes,including PmEIL(Pm002057)and PmERF(Pm004265),were significantly upregulated in‘Songchun’Mei(Apricot Mei group)and downregulated in‘Zaohua Lve’Mei(Eumume group).Ethylene-related genes expression models showed that ethylene may be indirectly involved in the induction of *** PmEIL and PmERF genes were the core genes of the ethylene signal transduction pathway and were regulated by the exogenous ACC or PZA *** non-dormant or weekly dormant perennial plants,application of ACC was able to induce plant dormancy and thus enhance cold/freeze ***,the expression of the major ethylene genes played a significant role in dormancy induction and freezing tolerance in ***;accordingly,application of ACC and PZA compounds were an effective approach for enhancing cold/freeze of tolerance of woody plant.

Mitochondrial damage caused by oxidative stress and energy deficiency induced by focal ischemia and hypoxia are important factors that aggravate *** have shown that ginsenoside Rb1 has neurotrophic and neuroprotective ***,whether it influences energy metabolism after spinal cord injury remains *** this study,we treated mouse and cell models of spinal cord injury with ginsenoside *** found that ginsenoside Rb1 remarkably inhibited neuronal oxidative stress,protected mitochondria,promoted neuronal metabolic reprogramming,increased glycolytic activity and ATP production,and promoted the survival of motor neurons in the anterior horn and the recovery of motor function in the hind *** sirtuin 3 regulates glycolysis and oxidative stress,mouse and cell models of spinal cord injury were treated with the sirtuin 3 inhibitor *** Sirt3 expression was suppressed,we found that the therapeutic effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on spinal cord injury were remarkably ***,ginsenoside Rb1 is considered a potential drug for the treatment of spinal cord injury,and its therapeutic effects are closely related to sirtuin 3.

本文采用第一性原理计算方法开展La掺杂ZnO的缺陷研究,分析了La在ZnO中的不同占位缺陷:替换位和间隙位缺陷的形成能、能带和态密度;证明了La掺杂ZnO的生长过程中,La替换Zn原子形成替换位缺陷的可能性要比进入间隙位形成间隙位缺陷大,而在形成替换位缺陷时,选择富氧的生长环境要比富锌的生长环境好,替换位缺陷有助于提高ZnO的导电能力,改善ZnO的性能.本文的研究结果能够为La掺杂ZnO的实验和应用提供一定的理论参考.

Natural gas hydrate(NGH)has been widely considered as an alternative to conventional oil and gas resources in the future energy resource supply since Trofimuk’s first resource assessment in *** least 29 global estimates have been published from various studies so far,among which 24 estimates are greater than the total conventional gas *** drawn in chronological order,the 29 historical resource estimates show a clear downward trend,reflecting the changes in our perception with respect to its resource potential with increasing our knowledge on the NGH with time.A time series of the 29 estimates was used to establish a statistical model for predict the future *** model produces an expected resource value of 41.46×1012 m3 at the year of *** statistical trend projected future gas hydrate resource is only about 10%of total natural gas resource in conventional reservoir,consistent with estimates of global technically recoverable resources(TRR)in gas hydrate from Monte Carlo technique based on volumetric and material balance *** the technical challenges and high cost in commercial production and the lack of competitive advantages compared with rapid growing unconventional and renewable resources,only those on the very top of the gas hydrate resource pyramid will be added to future energy *** is unlikely that the NGH will be the major energy source in the future.

Chest CT features of children infected by B.1.617.2 (Delta) variant of COVID‑19

Background This study aimed to explore the imaging characteristics,diversity and changing trend in CT scans of pediatric patients infected with Delta-variant strain by studying imaging features of children infected with Delta and comparing the results to those of children with original *** A retrospective,comparative analysis of initial chest CT manifestations between 63 pediatric patients infected with Delta variant in 2021 and 23 pediatric patients with COVID-19 in 2020 was *** imaging features were *** addition,the changing trend in imaging features of COVID-19 Delta-variant cases were explored by evaluating the initial and follow-up CT *** Among 63 children with Delta-variant COVID-19 in 2021,34(53.9%)showed positive chest CT presentation;and their CT score(1.10±1.41)was signifcantly lower than that in 2020(2.56±3.5)(P=0.0073).Lesion distribution:lung lesions of Delta cases appear mainly in the lower lungs on both *** children had single lobe involvement(18 cases,52.9%),14(41.2%)in the right lung alone,and 14(41.2%)in both lungs.A majority of Delta cases displayed initially ground glass(23 cases,67.6%)and nodular shadows(13 cases,38.2%)in the frst CT scan,with few extrapulmonary *** 34 children with abnormal chest CT for the frst time have a total of 92 chest CT *** children showed a statistically signifcant diference between the 0-3 day group and the 4-7 day group(P=0.0392)and a signifcant diference between the 4-7 day group and the more than 8 days group(P=0.0003).Conclusions The early manifestations of COVID-19 in children with abnormal imaging are mostly small subpleural nodular ground glass *** changes on the Delta-variant COVID-19 chest CT were milder than the original *** lesions reached a peak on CT in 4-7 days and quickly improved and absorbed after a *** CT re-examination can achieve a good prognosis.

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common and serious *** diagnosis usually requires 12-lead electrocardiogram,which is heavy and *** the same time,the venue for diagnosis is also limited to the *** the development of the concept of intelligent medical,a wearable,portable,and reliable diagnostic method is needed to improve the patient’s comfort and alleviate the patient’s ***,we reported a wearable atrial fibrillation prediction wristband(AFPW)which can provide longterm monitoring and AF *** uses polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric film as sensing material and hydrogel as skin bonding material,of which the structure and design have been optimized and *** hydrogel skin bonding layer has good stability and skin affinity,which can greatly improve the user *** has enhanced signal,strong signal-tonoise ratio,and wireless transmission *** a sample library of 385 normal people/patients is analyzed and tested by linear discriminant analysis,the diagnostic success rate of atrial fibrillation is 91%.All these excellent performances demonstrate the great application potential of AFPW in wearable device diagnosis and intelligent medical treatment.

Cooperative spectrum sharing of multiple primary users and multiple secondary users

This paper proposes a multiple-input multiple-output （MIMO） based cooperative dynamic spectrum access （DSA） framework that enables multiple primary users （PUs） and multiple secondary users （SUs） to cooperate in spectrum sharing. By exploiting MIMO in cooperative DSA, SUs can relay the primary traffic and send their own data at the same time, which greatly improves the performance of both PUs and SUs when compared to the non- MIMO time-division spectrum sharing schemes. Especially, we focus on the relay selection optimization problem among multiple PUs and multiple SUs. The network-wide cooperation and competition are formulated as a bargaining game, and an algorithm is developed to derive the optimal PU-SU relay assignment and resource allocation. Evaluation results show that both primary and secondary users achieve significant utility gains with the proposed framework, which gives all of them incentive for cooperation.

Determination of Metamizole Sodium by Cyclic Voltammetry Under Microwave Activation

Microwave radiation was applied to the detection of metamizole sodium by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical characteristics of metamizole sodium were studied by cyclic voltammetry at GC electrode under microwave radiation and a considerable current enhancement was observed for metamizole sodium in aqueous 0.05 mol/L H2SO4. Under the optional conditions, metamizole sodium was determined in the absence and presence of microwave activation. In the absence of microwave activation cyclic voltammogram of metamizole sodium shows good linear relationship in a concentration range of 8.0×10^-5-1.0×10^-3 mol/L in aqueous 0.05 mol/L H2SO4 with a detection limit of 6.75× 10^-6 mol/L（S/N=3） and the equation of linear regression is Ip=12.973c-0.1905（R^2=0.9996, n=6）; in the presence of 80 W microwave activation cyclic voltammogram of metamizole sodiumin shows good linear relationship in a concentration range of 4.0× 10^-5-1.0×10^-3 mol/L in aqueous 0.05 mol/L H2SO4 with a detection limit of 4,41 × 10^-6 mol/L（S/N=3） and the equation of linear regression is Ip=25.107c-0.1193（R^2=0.9973, n=7）. The current in the presence of 80 W microwave activation increases to about 2 orders of magnitude compared with that in the absence of microwave activation. The proposed method in the presence of microwave activation showed high selectivity and sensitivity, and the sampling of the disposal method is simple. The method was verified by the determination of Metamizole Sodium tablet with satisfactory results.
