The conjugation of external species with twodimensional（2D） materials has broad application prospects.In this study,we have explored the potential of noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures in hydrogen storage.Specifically,the MgH2-Ni-MOF@Pd system has shown remarkable hydrogen desorption/sorption performances,starting to liberate hydrogen at 181 0C,which is 230 0C lower than that of pristine MgH2.Under the catalytic effect of Ni-MOF@Pd,the dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of MgH2 is noticeably decreased from（133.5 ± 17.5） to（34.58 ± 1.87） kJ·mol-1,and the hydrogenation apparent activation energy is reduced from（70.41 ± 7.43） to（25.78 ± 4.64） kJ·mol-1,which is lowered by 63.4%.The fully-dehydrogenated MgH2-NiMOF@Pd composite rapidly uptakes hydrogen,with 2.62wt% at 100℃ and 6.06 wt% at 150℃ within 300 s,respectively.The mechanism analysis of MgH2 catalyzed by Ni-MOF@Pd has revealed that the transformation of Mg2Ni and Mg2NiH4could act as a "hydrogen pump",providing numerous channels for fast diffusion and transport of hydrogen atoms.Moreover,in the dehydrogenation process,the element Pd reacts with MgH2to form the MgPd alloy phase,which makes MgH2take precedence to decompose through the Mg-Pd alloy rather than self-decomposition,further reducing thermal stability and improving de/hydrogenation kinetics.The synergistic effect of Mg-Pd,Mg2Ni,and the special ultra-thin 2D sheet structure of the additive is the main reason for the good hydrogen storage property of MgH2-Ni-MOF@Pd.Our findings provide inspiration for designing efficient multifunctional additives with unique morphologies to optimize the hydrogen desorption/sorption behaviors of hydrogen storage materials.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer is the third most prevalent malignancy globally and ranks second in cancer-related mortality,with the liver being the primary organ of metastasis.Preoperative chemotherapy is widely recommended for initially or potentially resectable colorectal liver metastases(CRLMs).Tumour pathological response serves as the most important and intuitive indicator for assessing the efficacy of chemotherapy.However,the postoperative pathological results reveal that a considerable number of patients exhibit a poor response to preoperative chemotherapy.Body mass index(BMI)is one of the factors affecting the tumori-genesis and progression of colorectal cancer as well as prognosis after various antitumour therapies.Several studies have indicated that overweight and obese patients with metastatic colorectal cancer experience worse prognoses than those with normal weight,particularly when receiving first-line chemotherapy regimens in combination with bevacizumab.AIM To explore the predictive value of BMI regarding the pathologic response following preoperative chemotherapy for CRLMs.METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed in 126 consecutive patients with CRLM who underwent hepatectomy following preoperative chemotherapy at four different hospitals from October 2019 to July 2023.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were applied to analyse potential predictors of tumour pathological response.The Kaplan-Meier method with log rank test was used to compare progression-free survival(PFS)between patients with high and low BMI.BMI<24.0 kg/m^(2) was defined as low BMI,and tumour regression grade 1-2 was defined as complete tumour response.RESULTS Low BMI was observed in 74(58.7%)patients and complete tumour response was found in 27(21.4%)patients.The rate of complete tumour response was significantly higher in patients with low BMI(29.7%vs 9.6%,P=0.007).Multivariate analysis revealed that low BMI[odds ratio(OR)=4.56,95%confidence interval(CI):1.42-14.63,P=0.011],targeted therapy with bevaciz

Knowledge domain and emerging trends in the rupture risk of intracranial aneurysms research from 2004 to 2023

BACKGROUND Intracranial aneurysms(IAs)pose significant health risks,attributable to their potential for sudden rupture,which can result in severe outcomes such as stroke and death.Despite extensive research,the variability of aneurysm behavior,with some remaining stable for years while others rupture unexpectedly,remains poorly understood.AIM To employ bibliometric analysis to map the research landscape concerning risk factors associated with IAs rupture.METHODS A systematic literature review of publications from 2004 to 2023 was conducted,analyzing 3804 documents from the Web of Science Core Collection database,with a focus on full-text articles and reviews in English.The analysis encompassed citation and co-citation networks,keyword bursts,and temporal trends to delineate the evolution of research themes and collaboration patterns.Advanced software tools,CiteSpace and VOSviewer,were utilized for comprehensive data visualization and trend analysis.RESULTS Analysis uncovered a total of 3804 publications on IA rupture risk factors between 2006 and 2023.Research interest surged after 2013,peaking in 2023.The United States led with 28.97%of publications,garnering 37706 citations.Notable United States-China collaborations were observed.Capital Medical University produced 184 publications,while Utrecht University boasted a citation average of 69.62 per publication.“World Neurosurgery”published the most papers,contrasting with“Stroke”,the most cited journal.The PHASES score from“Lancet Neurology”emerged as a vital rupture risk prediction tool.Early research favored endovascular therapy,transitioning to magnetic resonance imaging and flow diverters.CONCLUSION This study assesses global IA research trends and highlights crucial gaps,guiding future investigations to improve preventive and therapeutic approaches.

Kawasaki disease(KD)is a disorder of immune responses.The prevalence of KD among 100,000 children aged 0-4 years was 71.9-110.0 in China,170.9-194.9 in Korea,and 18.1-21.3 in the USA[1].The most severe complication of KD is coronary artery lesions(CALs),including coronary dilatation and coronary aneurysms,which may even lead to myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction,and sudden death.

本研究尝试在潘文国先生的“译文三合”理论框架下,基于《北美自由贸易协定》(叶兴国、陈满生译)及其NAFTA原文,以ChatGPT的长难句个案翻译为参照,结合章节层次的多角度多元信息熵对比,定性及定量地探索自贸协定翻译特征。本研究总结出自贸协定翻译特征:“义合”——确保意义准确等效,“体合”——讲究体式对应工整,“气合”——力成气势节奏一致,并发现《北美自由贸易协定》非常符合“译文三合”且明显优于ChatGPT译文。前者与原文关于词语和词性的多元句子熵都显著相关,尤其在词语和句子层面保持高度一致,并在兼顾“义合”和“气合”的同时,采用多样化句内语法结构的整体“体合”模式。本研究旨在拓展“译文三合”理论对应用翻译的指导,并为自贸协定翻译和语言的跨学科研究提供参考。

Lithium Isotope Analytical Methods and Implications for Rare-Metal Mineralization in Granite-Pegmatite Systems: An Overview

The origin of highly-fractionated granite-pegmatite systems and their associated rare metal mineralization has been widely studied， but there is still ongoing debate. Prevailing hypotheses suggest that pegmatite formation and the associated rare metal mineralization are closely related to aqueous fluid processes. Lithium (Li) isotope analysis has been widely applied to trace granite-pegmatite evolution. This is because lithium is widely present in various minerals (e.g.， mica， tourmaline) that record the melt and fluid compositions， and lithium isotopes are sensitive to magmatic-hydrothermal processes. We briefly review the methodology of Li isotope analyses， the mechanisms of Li isotopic fractionation， and， in particular， Li isotope fractionation in granite-pegmatite system based on Li isotope data we have collected and the latest developments in Li isotope geochemistry. With the development of analytical technology， high-precision measurement of the Li content and isotopic compositions have facilitated a series of scientific breakthroughs in understanding the magmatic-hydrothermal evolution of rare-element ore deposits. Li isotope analysis on bulk mineral separates show ability to trace various hydrothermal processes (e.g. exotic or exsolved fluids). In situ Li isotope analysis methods has been enhanced by the development of new， homogeneous mineral reference materials. In situ SIMS and LA-MC-ICP-MS Li isotope measurements on minerals (e.g.， tourmaline) will likely become more important in studying the fluid–rock interactions in magmatic， metamorphic， and hydrothermal processes， as well as on pegmatite petrogenesis and rare-metal mineralization.

钢水与炉渣之间的界面接触面积是影响化学反应效率的关键因素之一。通过搭建水-油体系物理模型,结合图像处理技术,重现气泡穿越渣-金界面现象,研究气泡大小、渣层密度、黏度及界面张力对气泡携带金属量及渣-金界面面积的影响。结果发现,气泡尺寸增加,气泡夹带金属液滴体积及体积增长速率均增大,气泡初始直径从5 mm增大到15 mm及25 mm时,夹带量分别增加733.33%及3611.11%。随着炉渣黏度增加和密度减少,夹带量增加,但在所研究的炉渣厚度范围内对其影响程度低。气泡穿越过程引起渣-金界面面积的变化是关注的重点。值得注意的是,渣-金界面面积随气泡尺寸增加呈先增加后减少的趋势,气泡直径从5 mm增大到15 mm及25 mm时,界面面积分别增加312.97%及113.44%。当气泡尺寸为15 mm时,油相密度由0.76 kg/m^(3)增加到0.84 kg/m^(3),界面面积增长率增加67.44%;黏度由8.9 mPa·s增加到193.5 mPa·s,界面面积增长率减少31.39%。另外,通过数值模拟表明油表面张力、水表面张力或者水-油界面张力由0.03 N/m增加至0.06 N/m,液-液界面面积最大值分别增加2.96%、减少6.05%及减少9.14%,影响程度从高到低分别为,油-空气、水-空气及水-油界面张力。结合钢液二次精炼,选择合适的底吹气量和炉渣物性参数对精炼效率有重要作用,但由于试验材料物性参数的限制,未来建议通过数值模拟的手段,进行单参数对夹带量与渣-金界面面积的影响程度分析,提供更有效的现场指导。

多元图像分析方法在图像展开阶段会丢失像素间空间关联关系,导致其对图像纹理特征的分析能力不足.针对此问题,本文提出了一种基于图像纹理特征的多元图像构造方法,并应用于图像分割.首先,结合滑动窗口法和灰度共生矩阵求取图像各通道的纹理特征影像,叠加纹理特征影像构造多元图像.然后,应用多元图像分析方法对所得多元图像进行分析,分割出感兴趣区域.最后,利用分割结果构造决策树模型,以完成对同类感兴趣区域的分割.在图像数据集上进行仿真实验,实验结果表明,本文所提方法的均交并比(MIoU)与同类方法相比有10%左右的提升.

超快差示扫描量热仪是第三代差热分析技术,可以实现最高60000 K/s的超快速加热和最高40000 K/s的超快速冷却,适合对熔点小于1000℃的物质或材料进行速率跨越五个数量级的反复原位升降温测试.该仪器独特的高速率在满足人们观测样品中毫秒尺度上的结构转变需求的同时,也产生大量的数据.本文提出一种“俯视图”的数据分析方法,即将热流投影到温度-速率或温度-时间的平面,然后用颜色衬度代表热流强弱.该方法有效地解决速率或时间在“侧视图”上难以被区分和量化的问题,实现同时观测几个物理现象和比较其动力学行为的目的.本文以一种Au基非晶合金为例,从4篇代表性文献中的“侧视图”上采集数据,重新绘制出“俯视图”,比较两者的优缺点.上述方法具有普适性,适合对任何物质或材料的超快差示扫描量热数据进行分析.不仅如此,“俯视图”也为构建新材料的工艺相图、发现新的结构转变和探索不同物理现象的动力学行为提供支持和帮助.本文数据集可在https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00213.00012中访问获取.

Preoperative albumin-bilirubin score predicts short-term outcomes and long-term prognosis in colorectal cancer patients undergoing radical surgery

BACKGROUND The albumin-bilirubin(ALBI)score is a serum biochemical indicator of liver function and has been proven to have prognostic value in a variety of cancers.In colorectal cancer(CRC),a high ALBI score tends to be associated with poorer survival.AIM To investigate the correlation between the preoperative ALBI score and outcomes in CRC patients who underwent radical surgery.METHODS Patients who underwent radical CRC surgery between January 2011 and January 2020 at a single clinical center were included.The ALBI score was calculated by the formula(log10 bilirubin×0.66)+(albumin×-0.085),and the cutoff value for grouping patients was-2.8.The short-term outcomes,overall survival(OS),and disease-free survival(DFS)were calculated.RESULTS A total of 4025 CRC patients who underwent radical surgery were enrolled in this study,and there were 1908 patients in the low ALBI group and 2117 patients in the high ALBI group.Cox regression analysis revealed that age,tumor size,tumor stage,ALBI score,and overall complications were independent risk factors for OS;age,tumor stage,ALBI score,and overall complications were identified as independent risk factors for DFS.CONCLUSION A high preoperative ALBI score is correlated with adverse short-term outcomes,and the ALBI score is an independent risk factor for OS and DFS in patients with CRC undergoing radical surgery.
