目的探讨特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者的中医证型分布情况及与肾脏病理的相关性。方法回顾性分析2008—2022年于陕西省中医医院住院行肾穿刺活检术确诊为IMN的635例患者资料,收集患者的中医证型、病理分期、病理特征,比较各证型、病理分期及特征之间的异同。结果中医证型分为6类,以脾肾亏虚、风湿扰络证最多(39.84%),然后依次为脾虚水泛证(36.38%)、阳虚癥积证(10.24%)、脾虚湿热证(9.13%)、气阴两虚证(2.68%)、瘀水互结证(1.73%)。膜性肾病Ⅰ期213例(33.70%),Ⅱ期408例(64.25%),Ⅲ期12例(1.89%),Ⅳ期2例(0.32%)。膜性肾病Ⅰ期、Ⅲ期以脾虚水泛证多见,膜性肾病Ⅱ期以脾肾亏虚、风湿扰络证多见;气阴两虚证及瘀水互结证不见于膜性肾病Ⅲ期,膜性肾病Ⅳ期患者中1例为气阴两虚证,1例为瘀水互结证。中医证型与肾小球硬化、肾小管萎缩相关(P均0.05)。结论IMN患者的中医证型与肾脏病理分期及部分病理特征存在相关性,可为中医辨证用药提供依据。

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(<0.7 nm).Regulating the N content and ultra-microporosity led to efficient CO_(2)adsorption and *** ambient pressure,the optimal N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon exhibited the highest CO_(2)uptake of 4.25 mmol/g at 25℃ and 6.57 mmol/g at 0℃.These values are comparable or even better than those of numerous previously reported adsorbents prepared by multistep synthesis,primarily due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycling performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

Objective:To report a case of anisometropic amblyopia reversal as a result of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) occurring in the sound fellow ***:An adult patient with childhood anisometropic amblyopia was found to exhibit gradually visual acuity improvement in the amblyopic eye as the result of decreased visual acuity in the sound fellow ***:Four years after the BRVO,the patient subsequently regained normal vision in the previously amblyopic ***:Visual plasticity is preserved in adults but may require special or stronger stimulation and possibly longer treatment time than during childhood.

As a new optimization algorithm,Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm（FOA） attracts a lot of *** analyzing the probability of FOA jumping out of the local optimal range,we verified that FOA is ineffective in solving complex optimization problems whose optimal solution is *** order to improve the performance of FOA,a Modified Global Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm（MGFOA） is introduced in this *** MGFOA,a uniform mechanism to produce the candidate solution is used to improve the global searching ability,a self-adaptive way to control the flight range is adapted to increase the optimize accuracy,and a ladder growth way of population is introduced to imitate the detection behavior of fruit *** experiment on 12 benchmark functions shows that MGFOA is more effective and robust than basic FOA,Global Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm（GPSO） and another improved FOA（LGMS-FOA）.
