Background:Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has potential risks for both clinically worsening pulmonary hypertension(PH)and increasing ***,the data regarding the protective role of vaccination in this population are still *** study aimed to assess the safety of approved vaccination for patients with ***:In this national prospective cohort study,patients diagnosed with PH(World Health Organization[WHO]groups 1 and 4)were enrolled from October 2021 to April *** primary outcome was the composite of PH-related major adverse *** used an inverse probability weighting(IPW)approach to control for possible confounding factors in the baseline characteristics of ***:In total,706 patients with PH participated in this study(mean age,40.3 years;mean duration after diagnosis of PH,8.2 years).All patients received standardized treatment for PH in accordance with guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of PH in *** them,278 patients did not receive vaccination,whereas 428 patients completed the vaccination *** of the participants were infected with COVID-19 during our study ***,398 patients received inactivated severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)vaccine,whereas 30 received recombinant protein subunit *** adjusting for baseline covariates using the IPW approach,the odds of any adverse events due to PH in the vaccinated group did not statistically significantly increase(27/428[6.3%]vs.24/278[8.6%],odds ratio=0.72,P=0.302).Approximately half of the vaccinated patients reported at least one post-vaccination side effects,most of which were mild,including pain at the injection site(159/428,37.1%),fever(11/428,2.6%),and fatigue(26/428,6.1%).Conclusions:COVID-19 vaccination did not significantly augment the PH-related major adverse events for patients with WHO groups 1 and 4 PH,although there were some tolerable side effects.A large-scale randomized controlled trial is warr

Background: The potential impact of pre-existing coronary artery stenosis (CAS) on acute pulmonary embolism (PE) episodes remains underexplored. This study aimed to investigate the association between pre-existing CAS and the elevation of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) levels in patients with ***: In this multicenter, prospective case-control study, 88 cases and 163 controls matched for age, sex, and study center were enrolled. Cases were patients with PE with elevated hs-cTnI. Controls were patients with PE with normal hs-cTnI. Coronary artery assessment utilized coronary computed tomographic angiography or invasive coronary angiography. CAS was defined as ≥50% stenosis of the lumen diameter in any coronary vessel >2.0 mm in diameter. Conditional logistic regression was used to evaluate the association between CAS and hs-cTnI ***: The percentage of CAS was higher in the case group compared to the control group (44.3% [39/88]vs. 30.1% [49/163];P = 0.024). In multivariable conditional logistic regression model 1, CAS (adjusted odds ratio [OR], 2.680; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.243–5.779), heart rate >75 beats/min (OR, 2.306; 95% CI, 1.056–5.036) and N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) >420 pg/mL (OR, 12.169; 95% CI, 4.792–30.900) were independently associated with elevated hs-cTnI. In model 2, right CAS (OR, 3.615; 95% CI, 1.467–8.909) and NT-proBNP >420 pg/mL (OR, 13.890; 95% CI, 5.288–36.484) were independently associated with elevated ***: CAS was independently associated with myocardial injury in patients with PE. Vigilance towards CAS is warranted in patients with PE with elevated cardiac troponin levels.

Solution-processed cadmium-based quantum dots(QDs)light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)have shown promising for high-definition display panels due to their high colour purity and low-cost fabrication,but the toxicity still is a big *** is considered as the most promising cadmium-free material to achieve high performance QLEDs,however,the performance of the InP-based QLEDs is far behind of the cadmium-based ***,we report high efficiency InP-based QLEDs with more than 20%of external quantum efficiency(EQE)by suppressing hole injection *** suppression is achieved by doping a strong Lewis acid into a Lewis base poly(bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine)to form a Lewis acid-base adduct hole-transport layer(HTL),which improves the hole mobility of the HTL,reduces the hole transfer barrier between HTL and QDs layer to increase hole transport *** eventually leads to a more balanced carrier-injection through accelerating hole-injection to match well with the rate of electron-injection,thus suppressing the hole injection loss in the *** InP-based QLED shows EQE of 20.4%,current efficiency of 25.3 cd·A^(−1),turn-on voltage of 2.0 V,luminance of 24,000 cd·m^(−2).This strategy would be a constructive approach to reduce hole loss for p-n junction optoelectronics.

Bottle-brush polymers possessing densely grafted side chains have special properties that are distinct from linear ***,an efficient method for preparing bottle-brush polymers based on a selective photoactivation strategy in the photoinduced electron/energy transfer reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(PET-RAFT)polymerization was developed.A methacrylate monomer 2-(2-(dodecylthiocarbonothioylthio)propionate)ethyl methacrylate(DTPEMA)containing a 2-(dodecylthiocarbonothioylthio)propionate(DTP)unit with a secondary R group was *** the unique selectivity of metal naphthalocyanine photocatalyst zinc 2,11,20,29-tetra-tert-butyl-2,3-naphthalocyanine(ZnTtBNc)toward trithiocarbonate with tertiary R group,the PET-RAFT polymerization of DTPEMA catalyzed by ZnTtBNc was performed under near infrared(NIR)light(λ_(max)=760 nm)irradiation at room temperature,using 4-cyano-4-[(dodecylsulfanylthiocarbonyl)-sulfanyl]pentanoic acid(CDTPA)with a tertiary R group as a chain transfer agent(CTA).Proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC)results demonstrated that the DTP units in the side chains were inert during the *** grafting poly(methyl acrylate)(PMA)from PDTPEMA via thermal-initiated RAFT polymerization,welldefined P(DTPEMA-g-PMA)bottle-brush polymers could be ***,the film prepared from the bottle-brush polymer exhibited excellent scratch self-healing property due to the interlocking of side chains.

肺动脉高压是一种疑难危重罕见病,一直以来被视为“心血管系统的癌症”,患者预后极差.对疾病进行危险分层可以帮助临床医生判断患者病情、指导治疗、评价疗效和预测预后,这需要大量的临床研究作为依据.高水平临床研究是解决临床实践问题的重要手段,我国肺动脉高压队列有着独特的特点,学习和借鉴国外肺动脉高压危险分层发展经验,对建立符合我国肺动脉高压人群的危险分层具有重要意义.本文以肺动脉高压危险分层发展为例,旨在深入剖析通过高水平临床研究解决临床问题的过程与方法.文章概述了肺动脉高压的发现与流行,明确了定义与深入开展临床研究的全过程;重点围绕靶向药治疗时代下肺动脉高压危险分层的建立与更新,总结临床研究推动肺动脉高压诊疗指南和治疗理念不断发展的方式方法;最后通过分析肺动脉高压危险分层在我国的应用现状和问题,希望国外研究肺动脉高压危险分层的思维方式对我国开展临床研究、解决临床实践中的问题有所启示.

The rapid deactivation of cost-effective MnO_(2)-based catalysts in humid air limits their application in practice,and the identification of the role of water in an oxidation process is significant for developing water-resistant MnO_(2)-based ***,CuMnO_(2)showed a20.3%HCHO conversion in 10 hr at room temperature in humid air with relative humidity of 40%,but deactivated in 3 hr in dry *** excellent activity and stability of HCHO oxidation in humid air were attributed to the positive effect of H_(2)O on HCHO oxidation to the H_(2)O-HOCH_(2)OH supermolecule assemblies via hydrogen bonds formed on CuMnO_(2).H_(2)O-HOCH_(2)OH supermolecule assemblies tend to be oxidized to carbonate,which is further oxidized to CO_(2).Furthermore,CuMnO_(2)exhibited a much poorer activity of CO oxidation in humid air,but the CO conversion was still 100%in 10 hr in dry air.H_(2)O showed a competitive adsorption effect to CO on CuMnO_(2).CuMnO_(2)could be applied in HCHO elimination in humid air and CO elimination in dry air.

新信息技术的快速迭代与普及为遗产展陈带来全新的发展前景。扩展现实(XR)技术在建筑遗产展陈中的应用,为用户提供了“信息交互”的可能性,从而极大丰富了遗产本体面向公众传达的信息容量与获取方式。本文以明清官式建筑北京故宫养心殿东暖阁XR展陈开发项目为例,展示了如何利用XR技术中的虚拟现实(VR)和增强现实(AR)两种具体技术方案,实现针对建筑本体以及附加其上的多元历史文化信息的交互式展示。VR和AR技术方案在公众体验建筑遗产时提供了以建筑本体为索引探寻其背后丰富知识的交互接口,此外还可在未来进一步拓展至服务建筑遗产保护从业者,实现对建筑遗产管理、监测与修缮的支持。

Mapping of fruit apex shape related QTLs across multi-genetic backgrounds in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)

The shape of fruit apex is critical to appearance quality in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.),of which the genetic basis was poorly understood,and the use of marker-assisted breeding for fruit apex improvement is not available *** this study,the variation of fruit apex in different cucumber ecotypes was evaluated by fruit apex angle(variation coefficient from 7.1%to 15.7%)and fruit apex index(variation coefficient from 8.8%to 22.6%).Fruit apex associated QTLs were mapped by using 145 F_(2:3) families and 155 F_(2:6) population that were derived from the cross of different ecotype *** of the mapping populations were conducted in four experiments in 2 *** majoreffect QTLs,Bfal4.1,Bfai4.1,Bfad6.1 and Bfai6.1 were consistently and reliably detected across two environments which could explain 11.6%-33.6%phenotypic variations(R^(2))in the F_(2:3) *** major-effect QTLs,Ofai4.1(R^(2)=13.4%-15.5%),Ofal4.1(R^(2)=10.7%-12.8%),and Ofad6.1(R^(2)=11.6%-12.4%)were stably detected in the F_(2:6) population in two ***4.1,Bfal4.1,Ofai4.1 and Ofal4.1 were integrated to be consensus QTL fa4.1,within which 11 candidate genes were ***6.1 and Bfad6.1 were integrated to be consensus QTL *** interaction analysis showed that Bfai6.1 has epistatic effect with *** study revealed two reliable major-effect fruit apex related QTLs across multi-genetic backgrounds and environments in *** possible candidate genes regulating the shape of fruit apex,and the relationship between cell division and fruit apex morphogenesis were discussed.

目的比较分析滨州市不同环境重要病媒生物,包括蚊、蝇、鼠等的群落特征,为进一步的综合防制提供科学依据。方法蚊虫用灯诱法在城镇的居民区、公园(含街心公园)、医院、农村住房和牲畜棚各1处监测;蝇用笼诱法随机选择农贸市场、餐饮外环境、绿化带和居民区各不少于2处监测;鼠用鼠夹法或粘捕法在特殊行业和农村自然村监测。同时引入群落生物多样性指数,如物种丰富度(S,species richness index)、种群密度(M,population density)、种群多样性指数(H′,Shannon-Weaner diversity index)、均匀度指数(J,pielou evenness index)4个指标进行分析。结果共监测到蚊类4属6种,蝇类6属9种,鼠类3属3种。蚊类与蝇类在7—8月密度达到高峰。不同的环境条件下,以群落的多样性指数为前提,蚊类的生物多样性指数由高到低的顺序是畜牧环境>医院>农户>公园>居民区;蝇类是农贸市场>餐饮外环境>绿化带>居民区;鼠类是农村自然村>特殊行业。结论不同的环境条件下重要病媒生物群落的生物多样性指数明显不同,在制定综合防制对策上应有针对性的区别对待。
