Infant formula (IF) based on cow milk and goat milk is a substitute food for infants who are underfed with human milk. In our previous study， we reported the composition and physicochemical stability of IF based on milk from cows and goats and a combination of both milks. Here， we investigated the effects of these three IFs on intestinal immunity and short-chain fatty acid production (SCFAs) using human microbiota-associated (HMA) mice and selected human milk as a positive control. The results showed that goat milk-based IF is associated with a functional immune advantage， due to the rise in the levels of immune-related cytokines IL-2 and IL-10， decreased levels of intestinal permeability markers D-lactic acid and endotoxin， and increased mRNA levels of intestinal tight junction proteins ocludin and claudin. In addition， the intestine of mice fed with goat milk-based IF contained 12.06 μmol/g acetate， 2.42 μmol/g propionate， and 1.72 μmol/g butyrate， which reached 69%， 79%， and 60% of the levels in human milk， respectively. Our results indicate that goat milk-based IF improves intestinal immune function and promotes the production of intestinal SCFAs.

2′-Fucosyllactose (2’-FL) shows the potential to support intestinal health as a natural prebiotic that bridges the gap between infant formula feeding and breastfeeding. However， the effect and mechanism of 2’-FL in improving intestinal permeability are not clear. In this study， we constructed human microbiota-associated (HMA) mouse models by colonizing healthy infant feces in mice with antibiotic-depleted intestinal microbiota. The protective effect of 2’-FL on the intestinal permeability was explored using the HMA mouse models， and the combination of metagenomics was used to analyze the possible mechanisms by which the microorganisms reduced the intestinal permeability. The results showed that 2’-FL decreased the concentration of markers of intestinal permeability (enterotoxin and DAO) and increased the expression levels of tight junctions (occludin and claudin). Metagenomics revealed the enrichment of Bifidobacterium and increased the expression of glycoside hydrolases (GHs)， including GH31， GH28， and GH5. In conclusion， 2’-FL strengthened intestinal permeability function by improving microbiota composition to control the translocation of harmful substance.

食源性活性物质因在健康调节和疾病预防等方面表现出的卓越功效而被研究者广泛关注。然而,其易受环境条件和胃肠道极端pH值的影响而破坏,表现出极低的体内生物利用率,限制了其应用。大量研究表明,利用多糖经美拉德反应修饰的酪蛋白具有良好的功能特性和环境稳定性,同时,基于美拉德反应改性的酪蛋白递送体系能显著提高生物活性物质在胃环境中的稳定性,并使其在小肠中实现靶向释放。本文综述酪蛋白的结构与性质、美拉德反应修饰酪蛋白的制备方法、美拉德反应修饰后的酪蛋白作为生物活性物质递送载体的类型以及在生物活性物质递送体系中的应用,进而讨论了活性物质在胃肠模拟消化系统中的释放特性,展望了酪蛋白经美拉德反应在制备递送体系方面的应用前景和需要解决的问题,为提升食源性活性物质的生物利用率及其深度利用提供思路。

基于OPUT的城市LID设施防涝布设方法

近年来,极端暴雨增加导致城市内涝愈发严重,而合理布设低影响开发(low impact development,LID)设施可以有效地缓解城市内涝问题。该文提出了一种基于溢流点位上游追踪(overflow point upstream tracking,OPUT)的LID设施布设方法。运用暴雨洪水管理模型(storm water management model,SWMM)构建排水模型,模拟不同重现期管网溢流,采用OPUT方法确定需要布设LID设施的雨水子汇水区,与传统全范围等比例(traditional full range equal proportion,FREP)的LID设施布设方法结果进行对比。结果显示:从缓解内涝方面来看,OPUT方法和FREP方法节点溢流体积削减百分比在单位布设LID设施面积下均随着重现期增大而减小。从径流削减方面来看,在不同的重现期下,2种方法对径流体积和径流峰值流量的削减情况在单位布设LID设施面积下是不同的,OPUT方法对径流体积的削减在重现期较大时效果更好,对径流峰值流量的削减随着重现期的增大呈上升趋势并接近FREP方法。从经济方面来考虑,当2种方法对节点溢流的削减效果近似一致时,OPUT方法和FREP方法成本均随着重现期的增大而增加且OPUT方法的成本均小于FREP方法的。可见对于缓解内涝的LID设施布设需求,OPUT方法具有更佳的内涝缓解效果和经济性。

A novel photo-catalytic system composed of N-doped biochars(NBCs),MnFe_(2)O_(4) and sulfite activation under ultraviolet(NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)/sulfite/UV)was constructed to realize the efficient eliminate of tetracycline(TC).As the carrier of MnFe_(2)O_(4),NBCs were synthesized from alfalfa,which has large specific surface area,graphite like structure and hierarchical porous *** adsorption isotherm indicated that NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)-2:1 had the best adsorption performance for TC(347.56 mg g^(-1)).Through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis,the removal rate of TC reached 84%,which was significantly higher than that of MnFe_(2)O_(4).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and Photoluminescence(PL)characterization results showed that the introduction of NBCs improved the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron and hole pairs and enhanced the photocatalytic ***,the adsorption,degradation mechanism and degradation path of TC by the catalyst were systematically analyzed by coupling HPLC–MS measurement with the theoretical *** the advantages of excellent degradation performance,low cost,easy separation and environmental friendliness of NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4),this work was expected to provide a new path for the practical application of biochar.

High frequency pulsating voltage injection method is a good candidate for detecting the initial rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous ***,traditional methods require a large number of filters,which leads to the deterioration of system stability and dynamic *** order to solve these problems,a new signal demodulation method is proposed in this *** proposed new method can directly obtain the amplitude of high-frequency current,thus eliminating the use of filters,improving system stability and dynamic performance and saving the work of adjusting filter *** addition,a new magnetic polarity detection method is proposed,which is robust to current measurement ***,experiments verify the effectiveness of the method.

In this paper,we consider a system which has k statistically independent and identically distributed strength components and each component is constructed by a pair of statistically dependent elements with doubly type-II censored *** elements(X1,Y1),(X2,Y2),…,(Xk,Yk)follow a bivariate Kumaraswamy distribution and each element is exposed to a common random stress T which follows a Kumaraswamy *** system is regarded as operating only if at least s out of k(1≤s≤k)strength variables exceed the random *** multicomponent reliability of the system is given by Rs,k=P(at least s of the(Z1,…,Zk)exceed T)where Zi=min(Xi,Yi),i=1,…,*** Bayes estimates of Rs,k have been developed by using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods due to the lack of explicit *** uniformly minimum variance unbiased and exact Bayes estimates of Rs,k are obtained analytically when the common second shape parameter is *** asymptotic confidence interval and the highest probability density credible interval are constructed for Rs,*** reliability estimators are compared by using the estimated risks through Monte Carlo simulations.
