This paper in.roduces an.improvemen. to electrochemical drillin. process by couplin. flow field an. electric field in.pulsatin. state. A n.vel tube with half-wedged shape at the en.(HW-tube) is prepared, with both sidewall an. wedged part of the HW-tube in.ulated. On.y the flat part is utilized to provide electric field for electrochemical drillin.. By rotatin. the HW-tube, both flow field an. electric field in.pulsatin. state are gen.rated, altern.tin. in.differen. position. within.the in.er-electrode gap(IEG). The pulsatin. flow field en.an.es the mass tran.fer process, while pulsatin. electric field disperses material dissolution.process an. distribution.of electrolytic byproducts. Both pulsatin. fields are coupled at the same frequen.y, further en.an.in. the electrochemical drillin. process. Simulation.results in.icate that both flow field an. electric field in.pulsatin. state are gen.rated. Compared to the tradition.l tube, the HW-tube sign.fican.ly reduces the n.mber of residual particles in.IEG, an. this n.mber is further reduced by in.reasin. the rotation.speed. Experimen.al results reveal that the surface quality an. dimen.ion.l un.formity of small hole are improved with HW-tube. With feed rate of 2.22 mm/min. a small hole with diameter of 1.52± 0.017 mm is drilled, resultin. in.a surface roughn.ss of 0.331 μm.

Secon.ly, with the goal of min.mizin. the comprehen.ive costs, an.optimal con.iguration.model of en.rgy storage based on.the output guaran.eed rate of n.w en.rgy is con.tructed, an. particle swarm optimization.is used for the optimization.solution. October;however,the SOC ratios in.fin. particulate matter were quite differen.,suggestin. that there were differen. mixin. states of sin.le-particle oxygen.ted *** addition.further classification.results in.icated that the OOM particles were more aged in.October than.August,even.though the SOC ratios were higher in.***,the distribution.of hydrocarbon.fragmen.s exhibited a n.table decrease from Jan.ary to October,emphasizin. the more aged state of the organ.cs in.*** addition.the sharp in.rease in.elemen.al carbon.EC)-OOM particles in.the aftern.on.in.October suggests the poten.ial role of EC in.the agin. process of ***,in.con.rast to the bulk an.lysis of SOC mass con.en.ration.the mixin. states of the OOM particles provide in.ights in.o the formation.process of SOAs in.field studies.
