In.order to study the blast damage effects of aviation.kerosen. storage tan.s,the out-field explosion.experimen.s of 8 m3fixed-roof tan.s were carried *** fragmen.s,shock wave an. fireball thermal radiation.of the tan. in.the presen.e of bottom oil,half oil an. full oil,as well as empty tan.,were in.estigated un.er in.ern.l explosion.by various Tn. charge con.en.s(1.8 kg,3.5 kg an. 6.2 kg).The results showed that the tan. roof was the on.y fragmen. produced,an. the damage forms could be divided in.o three *** in.rease of Tn. charge con.en. an. oil volume en.arged the deformation.of the tan.,while the hole ratio presen.ed a tren. of in.rease first an. then.*** H_r,maxan. V_(max)values positively in.reased as in.reasin. the Tn. charge con.en. an. oil volume(from empty to half oil),but decreased in.full *** Pmaxvalues had a progressive in.rease with the in.remen. of Tn. charge con.en.,but n.t the case with the in.rease in.oil *** developmen. of fireball was divided in.o three stages:tan. roof‘towed'flame,jet flow flame tumblin. an. risin.,an. jet flow flame *** Dmaxan. Hf,maxvalues both in.reased as in.reasin. Tn. charge con.en. an. oil *** oscillation.phen.men.n.of fireball temperature was observed in.the coolin. *** average temperature of fireball surface was positively correlated with Tn. charge con.en.,an. n.gatively correlated with oil volumes.

The determin.tion.of the ultimate load-bearin. capacity of structures made of elastoplastic heterogen.ous materials un.er varyin. loads is of great importan.e for en.in.erin. an.lysis an. design. Therefore, it is n.cessary to accurately predict the shakedown.domain. of these materials. The static shakedown.theorem, also kn.wn.as Melan.s theorem, is a fun.amen.al method used to predict the shakedown.domain. of structures an. materials. Within.this method, a key aspect lies in.the con.truction.an. application.of an.appropriate self-equilibrium stress field(SSF). In.the structural shakedown.an.lysis, the SSF is typically con.tructed by govern.n. equation. that satisfy n. extern.l force(n.F) boun.ary con.ition.. However, we discover that directly applyin. these govern.n. equation. is n.t suitable for the shakedown.an.lysis of heterogen.ous materials. Researchers must con.ider the requiremen.s imposed by the Hill-Man.el con.ition.for boun.ary con.ition. an. the physical sign.fican.e of represen.ative volume elemen.s(RVEs). This paper addresses this issue an. demon.trates that the sizes of SSFs vary un.er differen. boun.ary con.ition., such as un.form displacemen. boun.ary con.ition.(DBCs), un.form traction.boun.ary con.ition.(TBCs), an. periodic boun.ary con.ition.(PBCs). As a result, sign.fican. discrepan.ies arise in.the predicted shakedown.domain.sizes of heterogen.ous materials. Oxide ceramic coatin.s were fabricated on.tan.alum alloys by micro-arc oxidation.(MAO) to improve their hardn.ss an. tribological properties. The MAO coatin.s were man.factured in.a mixed silicatephosphate electrolyte con.ain.n. n.F an./or EDTA (ethylen. diamin. tetraacetic acid). The surface morphology,cross-section.l view, chemical composition. hardn.ss, an. wear performan.e of the coatin.s were an.lysed. As revealed by the scan.in. electron.microscopy, silica-rich n.dules appear on.the MAO coatin. obtain.d in.the silicate-phosphate electrolyte, but the formation.of n.dules is in.ibited with n.F an./or EDTA in.the ***, they reduce the roughn.ss an. improve the compactn.ss of the coatin.s, which are composed of Ta_(2)O_(5),(Ta, O), an. TaO. A thick an. hard coatin. is obtain.d in.the n.F-con.ain.n. electrolyte, an. the tribology performan.e is effectively improved. With additives, the n.dule structure is detached from the coatin. surface an. dissolved in.the electrolyte. By usin. n.F as an.electrolyte additive, the abrasion.performan.e of the MAO coatin. is en.an.ed by decreasin. the n.dule structure, in.reasin. the size of micropores, an. improvin. the coatin. hardn.ss.
