Lisse effect an. decreased the slope factor of safety(F_(s)).When.the rain.all in.en.ity(R_(i))was higher than.the saturated hydraulic con.uctivity(K_(s)),the Lisse effect an. the F_(s) slightly chan.ed with the in.rease of the R_(i),an. the slope ten.ed to be un.table with con.in.ous *** in.reasin. The presen.e of alumin. agglomerates seriously affects the curren. efficien.y of the alumin.m electrolysis *** the dyn.mic dissolution.process of agglomerates is essen.ial to improve the curren. efficien.y of alumin.m electrolysis.A mathematical model is proposed to describe the differen. phen.men. from the formation.un.il complete dissolution.of *** permeation.an. solidification.processes of cryolite,a semi-an.lytical mathematical model is developed to formulate the formation.meltin. an. dissolution.processes of agglomerates,an. the time duration.for each stage is *** an. heat mass tran.fer of agglomerates are explored based on.the packin. theory an. mechan.sm of heat mass tran.fer in.wet porous *** approach is applied to in.estigate the main.factors affectin. the dissolution.stages an. porosity of *** results show that the superheat has a great in.luen.e on.the formation.an. meltin. stage,the diameter of agglomerates can.reach 14.93 mm for 200 particles *** den.ity decreases with the in.rease of agglomerated particle n.mber,which varies in.the ran.e of 2.27-2.28 g/cm^(3).The average dissolution.rate of agglomerates is about 1.83×10^(-5)-2.95×10^(-5) kg/s within.the ran.e of alumin. con.en.ration.in.this study.
