Photoactive complexes of nonprecious transition metals, mainly including those in the first-row and partially the second-row of the Periodic table of elements, have received increasing attention in view of their low cost and long-term sustainability. They are recognized as promising alternatives to noble transition metal complex congeners that have been extensively studied in optoelectronic devices, artificial photosynthesis, photocatalysis, biodiagnostics, and therapeutics, etc. This review is devoted to a comprehensive summary on the classical and recent advances on photoactive nonprecious transition metal complexes, including photoactive Zr, V, Cr, Mo, and W complexes, Mn complexes and hybrids, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu complexes, and Zn and Cd complexes and hybrids. A particular focus is given on the molecular design, modulation of photophysical and photochemical properties, and applications of the representative and lately-developed nonprecious metal complexes. In addition, a perspective on the future development in this field is provided at the end of this review.

BACKGROUND Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)targeting the programmed death(PD)-1 pathway have substantially changed the clinical management of metastatic urothelial carcinoma(m UC);however,the response rate remains *** are ongoing efforts to identify robust biomarkers that can effectively predict the treatment response to *** studies have suggested that ERBB2/3 mutations are associated with the efficacy of ICIs in gallbladder *** SUMMARY We present a 59-year-old man with m UC harboring ERBB2/3 mutations(in-frame insertion of ERBB2 and ERBB3 amplification),negative PD-ligand 1 expression,and low tumor mutation *** received anti-PD-1 antibodies and paclitaxel as second-line *** two cycles of treatment,the lung metastases had significantly shrunk,achieving good partial *** six cycles of combination therapy,the patient received sindilimab 200 mg once every 3 wk as maintenance *** the last follow-up,the patient continued to exhibit a partial response and progression-free survival for as long as 19 *** ERBB2/3 mutations may represent a predictive biomarker for selecting a subgroup of m UC patients who will benefit from ICIs.

基于边缘引导与特征融合的分阶段图像去模糊

针对现有方法去模糊后图像缺乏足够清晰边缘的问题，提出了一种基于边缘引导与特征融合的分阶段图像去模糊方法，分两个阶段逐步去除模糊。首先，第一阶段应用含双交叉集成注意力模块(dual cross integrated attention module, DCIAM)的编解码网络学习不同尺度下图像的内容特征，初步去除模糊信息。然后，构建边缘分支网络(edge branch network, EBN)提取图像边缘特征。再次，设计了边缘引导去模糊模块(edge-guided deblurring module, EGDM)以耦合不同分辨率下图像的内容与边缘特征。最后，第二阶段通过级联的残差块和DCIAM进一步去除图像模糊，并通过引入自校准注意融合模块(self-calibrating attention fusion module, SCAFM)增强特征表达效果。实验结果表明：所提方法去模糊后图像的峰值信噪比和结构相似度均值分别达到32.78 dB和0.964,均优于其他对比方法。所提方法可以显著提高去模糊性能且去模糊后图像边缘结构更加完整。

We applied the Koch snowflake fractal antenna in planning calibration of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST), hypothesizing second-order fractal primary reflectors can optimize the orientated sensitivity of the telescope. Meanwhile, on the grounds of NASA Science Working Group Report in 1984, we reexamine the strategy of Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence(SETI).A mathematical analysis of the radar equation will be performed in the first section, aiming to make it convenient to design a receiver system that can detect activities of an extraterrestrial civilization, according to the observable region of the narrowband. Taking advantage of the inherent potential of FAST, we simulate the theoretical detection of a Kardashev Type I civilization by a snowflake-selected reflecting area(Drake et al.).

We evaluated the clinical efficacy of free internal limiting membrane(ILM) flap transplantation for the treatment of large macular hole over 500 μm in 42 consecutive patients. Quantified evaluation of the post-operative macular anatomy restoration was performed by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography in the 12 mo follow-up. The results showed 41 eyes achieved successful closure(97.6%). Postoperative best corrected visual acuity, ellipsoid layer, and external limiting membrane disruption were significantly improved at all follow-up time points. The central foveal thickness was significantly higher at 1 mo. We concluded that free ILM flap transplantation proves to be effective to achieve anatomical and functional improvement for the treatment of large macular hole.

To realize highly efficient hydrogen production of graphene-based photocatalysts,it is greatly important to increase more interfacial active sites onto *** this work,the highly efficient CoS_(x)-rGO(reduced graphene oxide)/TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst was synthesized via a simple two-step method,including the hydrothermal loading of rGO nanosheets onto TiO_(2) nanoparticles and the subsequent photodeposition process of CoS_(x) nanodots(0.5-2 nm) on the rGO *** experimental results confirmed that the CoS_(x)-rGO/TiO_(2) photocatalyst displayed a distinctly higher photocatalytic H_(2)-evolution activity than the TiO_(2) *** highest hydrogen-production efficiency of obtained CoS_(x)-rGO/TiO_(2)(10%) achieved 256.97 μmol·h-1,which was distinctly higher than that of TiO_(2)(4.41 μmol·h-1),rGO/TiO_(2)(20.19 μmol·h^(-1)) and CoS_(x)/TiO_(2)(132.67 μmol·h^(-1)).According to the results of various characterizations and tests,the synergistic-effect mechanism of CoS_(x) nanodots and rGO nanosheets is proposed to explain the increased photocatalytic performance of Co S_(x)-rGO/TiO_(2) photocatalytic material,namely the rGO nanosheets cause the quick transfer of photo-induced carriers from TiO_(2) to CoS_(x) nanodots,and then CoS_(x) nanodots work as hydrogenproduction active sites to quickly generate H_(2).The present study may offer innovative ideas for the preparation and application of new highly efficient and inexpensive photocatalytic materials.

Blast furnace data processing is prone to problems such as *** overcome these problems and identify an improved method for processing blast furnace data,we conducted an in-depth study of blast furnace *** on data samples from selected iron and steel companies,data types were classified according to different characteristics;then,appropriate methods were selected to process them in order to solve the deficiencies and outliers of the original blast furnace *** interpolation was used to fill in the divided continuation data,the Knearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm was used to fill in correlation data with the internal law,and periodic statistical data were filled by the *** error rate in the filling was low,and the fitting degree was over 85%.For the screening of outliers,corresponding indicator parameters were added according to the continuity,relevance,and periodicity of different ***,a variety of algorithms were used for *** the analysis of screening results,a large amount of efficient information in the data was retained,and ineffective outliers were *** processing of blast furnace big data as the basis of applied research on blast furnace big data can serve as an important means to improve data quality and retain data value.

To explore the effect of different positions and number of pyrrolidine bound to the carbon cage on the stabilization effect of fulleropyrrolidine derivatives to nitrocellulose(NC)/nitroglycerine(NG),we synthesized N-(4-methoxy)phenylpyrrolidine-C_(60) and four different of bis(N-(4-methoxy)phenylpyrrolidine)-C_(60) compounds through Prato *** structures were characterized by UVevis,^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,high-resolution mass spectroscopy,and single-crystal X-ray *** stabilization effect to NC/NG were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry,methyl violet,vacuum stabilization effect,weight loss,and accelerating rate calorimeter *** results indicated these compounds had excellent stabilization effect to NC/*** stabilization effect of the fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts to NC/NG is significantly better than that of fulleropyrrolidine monoadduct and C_(60).Moreover,the position where pyrrolidine binds to fullerene in fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts is different,and its stabilization effect to NC is also *** stabilization effect order of different bisadduct isomers to nitrocellulose is as follows:e-edge>trans-2>cis-2>*** paramagnetic resonance(EPR)and FT-IR were used to study the stabilization mechanism of fulleropyrrolidine derivatives to NC/*** EPR results also show that fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts with different addition sites have different abilities to absorb nitroxide,and their ability is better than that of the monoadduct and C_(60),which is consistent with the results of stabilization effect performance test.
