Straw return influences the structure and functioning of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community in a rice-wheat rotation system

Straw return is a sustainable soil fertility-building practice,which can affect soil microbial communities.However,how straw return affects arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)is not well explored.Here,we studied the impacts of different straw management treatments over eight years on the structure and functioning of AMF communities in a rice-wheat rotation system.The straw management treatments included no tillage with no straw(NTNS),rotary tillage straw return(RTSR),and ditch-buried straw return(DBSR).The community structure of AMF was characterized using high-throughput sequencing,and the mycorrhizal functioning was quantified using an in situ mycorrhizal-suppression treatment.Different straw management treatments formed unique AMF community structure,which was closely related to changes in soil total organic carbon,available phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonium,and nitrate.When compared with NTNS,RTSR significantly increased Shannon diversity in 0–10 cm soil layer,while DBSR increased it in 10–20 cm soil layer;DBSR significantly increased hyphal length density in the whole ploughing layer(0–20 cm),but RTSR only increased it in the subsurface soil layer(10–20 cm).The mycorrhizal responses of shoot biomass and nutrient(N and P)uptake were positive under both straw return treatments(RTSR and DBSR),but negative under NTNS.The community composition of AMF was significantly correlated to hyphal length density,and the latter was further a positive predictor for the mycorrhizal responses of plant growth and nutrient uptake.These findings suggest that straw return can affect AMF community structure and functioning,and farmers should manage mycorrhizas to strengthen their beneficial effects on crop production.

Synthesis and Characterization of Hyperbranched Epoxy with Terminal Ally Group and Its Application of Toughen Bismaleimide

A hyperbranched epoxy(AHEP)resin with terminal allyl groups was synthesized.The number average molecular weight of the synthesized AHEP is 1260,the multi-dispersion coefficient is 1.88,and the branching degree is 0.9.The hyperbranched epoxy resin and bismaleimide(BMI)monomer were heated to extend the chain and then blended and cured with methyl nadic anhydride.Studies have found that when the molar ratio of AHEP:BDM is 1:2,the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the resin casting body reach the best.Among them,the impact toughness was 15.05 kg/m^(2),the bending strength was 101 MPa,and the heat resistance temperature index was 229.23℃.We used AHEP to toughen bismaleimide resin in three ways simultaneously:hyperbranched structure,allyl copolymerized brackets chain and flexible side chain(epoxy group)addition.Experiments have proved that AHEP can improve the flexibility of the BMI chain and maintain its heat resistance,thereby forming a matrix with excellent mechanical properties and processing properties.

An Experimental Study on the Treating River Sewage with New Bioreactor

A new bioreactor on the basis of a dynamic fluidized bed was designed, which combines advantages of the fluidized bed and a biological contactor. The experiments of start-up, nor- mal operation and parameter adjustment are carried out. The re- sults show that the bioreactor can be quickly started up in the condition that the fill is 50%, the hydraulic retention time is 72 min, aerate speed is 2.5 m3/h, rotation-cage rotated speed is 1.5 r/min, and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) and Ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) are 75.34% and 80.98% respec- tively. The influence of the operation parameter on removal rates of the bioreactor is analyzed, and an appropriate operation pa- rameter is provided.

线上社会资本指基于互联网平台和社交媒体等网络工具所形成的社会联系和信任关系,是可以被行为主体调动和利用的社会关系资源。在互联网时代,积累和利用线上社会资本为组织获取更多发展机会和发展空间提供了必要的支持和保障,也成为提升组织绩效和促进组织持续发展的重要行动策略。通过系统整理线上社会资本的研究文献,本文首先总结分析了线上社会资本的概念内涵及其区别于传统线下社会资本的五个重要特性。其次,本文梳理了线上社会资本的测量方法,总结出主观量表法和数字足迹法及相应的数据分析方法。再次,本文归纳梳理了线上社会资本的影响因素与影响结果。最后,本文从加强线上社会资本与线下社会资本关系研究、创新其测量方法、探讨其前因、深化后效研究以及开展中国情境的本土化研究等方面提出了未来研究建议。本文为后续线上社会资本研究提供了一个较为完备的思考框架和参考借鉴,有助于更好地认识、解释线上社会资本,并发挥其实际意义和现实效应。

Study on microstructure and properties of brass containing Sb and Mg

A novel free-cutting unleaded brass containing antimony and magnesium was prepared by gravity casting and hot extrusion. Microstructure of the hot extruded Sb-Mg brass was studied with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). Its mechanical properties were measured by tensile test, and cutting performance was investigated by lathe turning experiment. Results showed that microstructure of the hot extruded Sb-Mg brass was composed of α, β phases and Sb-Mg containing intermetallic compounds. The newly developed brass was compared with the HPb59-1 brass for its mechanical property. Its cutting performance was close to that of a German free-cutting unleaded brass. Sb-Mg brass has potential to replace HPb59-1 brass so as to reduce cost and protect environment.

Influence of cooling rate and antimony addition content on graphite morphology and mechanical properties of a ductile iron

Cooling rate and inoculation practice can greatly affect the graphite morphology of ductile irons.In the present research,the effects of the cooling rate and antimony addition on the graphite morphology and mechanical properties of ductile irons have been studied.Three ductile iron castings were prepared through solidification under cooling conditions S(slow),M(medium)and F(fast).The cooling rates around the equilibrium eutectic temperature (1,150℃)for these cooling conditions(S,M and F)were set at 0.21℃·min -1 ,0.32℃·min -1 and 0.37℃·min -1 , respectively.In addition,four ductile iron castings were prepared by adding 0.01%,0.02%,0.03%and 0.04%(by weight)antimony,respectively under the slow cooling condition.The results show that the nodularity index,tensile strength and hardness of the ductile iron castings without antimony addition are all improved with the increase of cooling rate,while the ductile iron casting solidified under the medium cooling rate possesses the largest number of graphite nodules.Furthermore,for the four antimony containing castings,the graphite morphology and tensile strength are also improved by the antimony additions,and the effect of antimony addition is intensified when the addition increases from 0.01%to 0.03%.Moreover,the rare earth elements(REE)/antimony ratio of 2 appears to be the most effective for fine nodular graphite formation in ductile

Risk Assessment of Heavy Metal Pollution in Sediments of the Fenghe River by the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model and Multivariate Statistical Methods

Concentrations of heavy metals in 74 sediment samples from the Fenghe River, which originates from the north of the Qinling Mountains and flows through Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, were characterized by employing geographic information system(GIS)mapping, fuzzy synthetic assessment, and multivariate statistical analysis to determine the enrichment characteristics of heavy metals as well as their potential risks of pollution to sediments. Al, Cd, and Co were the major pollutants, with a high enrichment factor(EF) value. Heavy metal concentrations from samples near the paper plant were maintained at a high level. Significant enrichment of Al, Ba, Cr, Ni, Pb, and Co was found in the midstream and downstream, while high concentration of Cu occurred in the headwater stream. Based on the cluster and principal component analyses, sediment metals mainly came from the paper plants, agronomic practices, natural sources, and tourism, with a contribution of 51.59%, 23.01%, 14.21%, and 9.88%, respectively. Sediment pollution assessment explored using fuzzy theory based on the entropy method and toxicity coefficient showed that 26, 32, and 11 sites fell into Class III(slightly polluted), Class IV(moderately polluted), and Class V(heavily polluted), respectively, and their scores of membership degree in the polluted level were on the rise, suggesting a relatively high degree of sediment metal pollution in the study area. Closely related to the excessive industrial and agricultural applications, metal pollution in sediment is necessary to be addressed in the Fenghe River.

目的:分析基于PDCA循环模式对改善消化内镜肿瘤切除患者睡眠质量的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月福建省泉州第一医院消化内镜中心收治的肿瘤切除患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予PDCA循环模式针对性护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量,并比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、VAS评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对消化内镜肿瘤切除患者实施PDCA循环模式护理,能够有效改善其睡眠质量,降低术后疼痛感受,提高生命质量,获得较高的护理满意度,值得在临床中推广。
