BACKGROUND Autoimmune liver disease(AILD)has been considered a relatively uncommon disease in China,epidemiological data for AILD in patients with cirrhosis and acute decompensation(AD)is *** To investigate the prevalence,outcome and risk factors for AILD in cirrhotic patients complicated with AD in *** We collected data from patients with cirrhosis and AD from two prospective,multicenter cohorts in hepatitis B virus endemic *** were regularly followed up at the end of 28-d,90-d and 365-d,or until death or liver transplantation(LT).The primary outcome in this study was 90-d LTfree ***-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)was assessed on admission and during 28-d hospitalization,according to the diagnostic criteria of the European Association for the Study of the Liver(EASL).Risk factors for death were analyzed with logistic regression *** In patients with cirrhosis and AD,the overall prevalence of AILD was 9.3%(242/2597).Prevalence of ACLF was significantly lower in AILD cases(14%)than those with all etiology groups with cirrhosis and AD(22.8%)(P<0.001).Among 242 enrolled AILD patients,the prevalence rates of primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC),autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)and PBC-AIH overlap syndrome(PBC/AIH)were 50.8%,28.5%and 12.0%,*** ACLF patients,the proportions of PBC,AIH and PBC/AIH were 41.2%,29.4% and 20.6%.28-d and 90-d mortality were 43.8% and 80.0% in AILD-related *** etiology of AILD had no significant impact on 28-d,90-d or 365-d LTfree mortality in patients with cirrhosis and AD in both univariate and multivariate *** bilirubin(TB),hepatic encephalopathy(HE)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were independent risk factors for 90-d LT-free mortality in multivariate *** development of ACLF during hospitalization only independently correlated to TB and international normalized *** AILD was not rare in hospitalized patients with cirrhosis and AD in China,among which PBC was the m

目的探究非瓣膜性心房颤动患者左心耳解剖形态及相关参数与卒中的关系。资料与方法回顾性分析2015年3月—2020年1月就诊于解放军总医院,接受心脏CT血管造影和经食管超声检查的721例非瓣膜性心房颤动患者。收集患者的临床资料、心脏CT血管造影、经胸超声及经食管超声结果。根据既往有无卒中史分为卒中组105例和非卒中组616例,获取左心耳的解剖形态及相关参数,采用多因素Logistic回归分析左心耳解剖形态及相关参数与卒中的关系。结果卒中组与非卒中组患者CHA2DS2-VASc评分(t=-13.65,P<0.001)、心房颤动类型(χ^(2)=5.85,P=0.016)、左心耳开口平面与长径夹角(χ^(2)=5.483,P=0.009)等差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,左心耳开口平面与长径夹角(OR=2.813,95%CI 1.526~5.184,P=0.001)、CHA2DS2-VASc评分(OR=3.497,95%CI 2.801~4.336,P<0.001)是卒中的独立危险因素。结论左心耳开口平面与长径夹角是预测卒中的独立危险因素,左心耳形态传统的四分类型不是卒中风险的独立危险因素。

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST, also called the Guo Shou jing Telescope) is a special reflecting Schmidt telescope. LAMOST’s special design allows both a large aperture (effective aperture of 3.6 m–4.9 m) and a wide field of view (FOV) (5°). It has an innovative active reflecting Schmidt configuration which continuously changes the mirror’s surface that adjusts during the observation process and combines thin deformable mirror active optics with segmented active optics. Its primary mirror (6.67m×6.05 m) and active Schmidt mirror (5.74m×4.40 m) are both segmented, and composed of 37 and 24 hexagonal sub-mirrors respectively. By using a parallel controllable fiber positioning technique, the focal surface of 1.75 m in diameter can accommodate 4000 optical fibers. Also, LAMOST has 16 spectrographs with 32 CCD cameras. LAMOST will be the telescope with the highest rate of spectral acquisition. As a national large scientific project, the LAMOST project was formally proposed in 1996, and approved by the Chinese government in 1997. The construction started in 2001, was completed in 2008 and passed the official acceptance in june 2009. The LAMOST pilot survey was started in October 2011 and the spectroscopic survey will launch in September 2012. Up to now, LAMOST has released more than 480 000 spectra of objects. LAMOST will make an important contribution to the study of the large-scale structure of the Universe, structure and evolution of the Galaxy, and cross-identification of multiwaveband properties in celestial objects.

A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1996 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.

Lead（Pb） exposure causes long-term impairment in presynaptic transmitter release in the central nervous ***, the precise underlying mechanisms are unclear. MicroRNAs（miRNAs） regulating gene expression is a vital process for neuronal function. Through miR NA screening,we found that miR-130 was highly expressed in the anterior cingulate cortex（ACC） and hippocampus upon Pb exposure in mice. The dual luciferase assay demonstrated that miR-130 targeted synaptosomalassociated protein 25（SNAP-25） mRNA at nucleotides 555-561. Blocking miR-130 function in vitroor in vivoreversed the Pb-induced decrease in expression of its presynaptic target SNAP-25, leading tothe recovery of presynaptic vesicle release after Pb exposure, as well as the partial recovery of attention deficits in mice. Our study identified a critical target that miR-130 regulate SNAP-25 expression responsible for Pb caused presynaptic function impairment in ACC and mouse attentiondeficit disorder.

Despite surgical improvements and pharmacological advances,management of late-stage gastric cancer patients,especially those with hepatic metastasis remains challenging[1–3].Although nationwide registry data from SEER(Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results)[4]and the Nordic database[5]in Western countries have provided epidemiological information for patients with gastric cancer liver metastasis(GCLM),little is known about the detailed clinical characteristics.

Fluorescence polarization microscopy(FPM)aims to detect the dipole orientation of fluorophores and to resolve structural information for labeled organelles via wide-field or confocal *** FPM often suffers from the presence of a large number of molecules within the diffraction-limited volume,with averaged fluorescence polarization collected from a group of dipoles with different ***,we apply sparse deconvolution and least-squares estimation to fluorescence polarization modulation data and demonstrate a super-resolution dipole orientation mapping(SDOM)method that resolves the effective dipole orientation from a much smaller number of fluorescent molecules within a sub-diffraction focal *** further apply this method to resolve structural details in both fixed and live *** the first time,we show that different borders of a dendritic spine neck exhibit a heterogeneous distribution of dipole ***,we illustrate that the dipole is always perpendicular to the direction of actin filaments in mammalian kidney cells and radially distributed in the hourglass structure of the septin protein under specific *** accuracy of the dipole orientation can be further mapped using the orientation uniform factor,which shows the superiority of SDOM compared with its wide-field counterpart as the number of molecules is decreased within the smaller focal *** the inherent feature of the orientation dipole,the SDOM technique,with its fast imaging speed(at sub-second scale),can be applied to a broad range of fluorescently labeled biological systems to simultaneously resolve the valuable dipole orientation information with super-resolution imaging.

In this article,we present a detailed analysis of the statistical properties of seeing for the Muztaghata site which is a candidate site for hosting the future Chinese Large Optical/infrared Telescope(LOT)*** measurements were obtained with differential image motion monitors(DIMMs)from April2017 to November 2018 at different heights during different *** median seeings at 11 m and6 m are very close but significantly different from that on the *** mainly analyzed the seeing at11 m monthly and hourly,having found that the best season for observing was from late autumn to early winter and seeing tended to improve during the night only in *** analysis of the dependence on temperature inversion,wind speed and direction also was made and the best meteorological conditions for seeing are given.
