The title compound （C29H33NO2, 3） was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, 1H- and 13C-NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 14.428（3）, b = 7.3440（15）, c = 22.768（5） A, β = 95.17（3）°, V = 2402.7（8） A3, Z = 4, Mr = 427.56, Dc = 1.182 g/cm3, F （000） = 920, 2（MoKa） = 0.71073 A,μ = 0.073 mm-1, the final R= 0.0670 and wR= 0.1002 for 2437 reflections with I〉 2σ（I） Two crystallographically independent molecules with different conformations co-exist in the structure. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular C-H…π interactions which make the molecules stack along the b axis. In addition, the preliminary cytotoxic assay showed that the title compound exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against KB and SW1116 cells.

This study examined the evolution of morphology and nanostructure of soot particles from the plasma-flame interaction for various gas flow *** current study used both optical diagnostic and sampling methods to explore the soot production and combustion *** particles were characterized at the same positions downstream from the flame zone by thermophoretic sampling and transmission electron ***,X-ray diffraction analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis were performed to study the nanostructure and oxidation reactivity of soot.A reduction in soot concentration was found with the plasma addition,which illustrated an inhibition effect of plasma on soot *** increased gas flow rate promoted soot concentration since a growing number of carbons participated in the combustion *** on the gas flow rate(carbon content)variation and plasma activation,either liquid-like soot material with irregularly shaped protrusions or chain-like structure,or a mixture of both,were generated from the diffusion *** soot produced by plasma-flame interaction also demonstrated a high correlation between nanostructure and *** soot from lower carbon content with plasma activation had a shorter fringe length and larger fringe tortuosity related to higher oxidation *** the contrary,soot from the highest carbon content without plasma-flame interaction exhibited prevalent fullerene-like nanostructures with evident large or small shells and also had a higher carbonization degree resulting in lower oxidation reactivity.

The fingerprinting-based approach using the wireless local area network(WLAN)is widely used for indoor ***,the construction of the fingerprint database is quite *** when the position of the access point(AP)or wall changes,updating the fingerprint database in real-time is *** appropriate indoor localization approach,which has a low implementation cost,excellent real-time performance,and high localization accuracy and fully considers complex indoor environment factors,is preferred in location-based services(LBSs)*** this paper,we proposed a fine-grained grid computing(FGGC)model to achieve decimeter-level localization *** points(RPs)are generated in the grid by the FGGC ***,the received signal strength(RSS)values at each RP are calculated with the attenuation factors,such as the frequency band,three-dimensional propagation distance,and walls in complex *** a result,the fingerprint database can be established automatically without manual measurement,and the efficiency and cost that the FGGC model takes for the fingerprint database are superior to previous *** proposed indoor localization approach,which estimates the position step by step from the approximate grid location to the fine-grained location,can achieve higher real-time performance and localization accuracy *** mean error of the proposed model is 0.36 m,far lower than that of previous ***,the proposed model is feasible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Wi-Fi indoor *** also shows high-accuracy performance with a fast running speed even under a large-size *** results indicate that the proposed method can also be suitable for precise marketing,indoor navigation,and emergency rescue.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT),with high spatiotemporal selectivity,minimal side effects and less drug resistance,has emerged as a promising approach for the treatment of ***,inadequate penetration depth and poor efficacy seriously restrict its practical *** address these challenges,we developed a combined therapy platform(RENP@C/D-FA)based on rare-earth-doped nanoparticles(RENPs)with a structure of NaErF_(4):Tm(0.5%)@NaYF_(4),on which photosensitizer Ce6(chlorin e6)and chemo-therapeutic drug(DOX)(doxorubicin)were loaded by encapsulating with an amphiphilic polymer distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-folic acid(DSPE-PEG-FA).RENPs with NaErF_(4) as the matrix possess multiple excitation/emission peaks,enabling activation of PDT under near-infrared-Ⅱb(NIR-Ⅱb,1500-1700 nm)excitation and luminescence imaging in NIR-Ⅱb region by absorbing 808 nm near-infrared ***,DOX can be selectively released in the acidic microenvironment of *** from the tumor targeting capability of folic acid,this platform can successfully ablate tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth by combining PDT and *** innovative approach holds great promise as a powerful tool for cancer treatment,showing the potential to revolutionize PDT.

During criminal case investigations,blood evidence tracing is critical for criminal ***,the blood stains are often cleaned or covered up after the crime,resulting in trace residue and difficult ***,a highly sensitive and specific method for the rapid detection of human blood stains remains *** solve this problem,we established a nanozyme-based strip for rapid detection of blood evidence with high sensitivity and *** construct reliable nanozyme strips,we synthesized CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozymes with high peroxidase-like activity by scaling up to gram level,which can be supplied for six million tests,and conjugated antibody as a detection probe in nanozyme *** developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can detect human hemoglobin(HGB)at a concentration as low as 1 ng/mL,which is 100 times lower than the commercially available colloidal gold strips(100 ng/mL).Moreover,this CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip showed high generality on 12 substrates and high specificity to human HGB among 13 animal blood ***,we applied the developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip to successfully detect blood stains in three real cases,where the current commercial colloidal gold strip failed to *** results suggest that the CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can be used as an effective on-scene detection method for human blood stains,and can further be used as a long-term preserved material evidence for traceability inquiry.

Multi-scale collaborative design method for macroscopic thermal optimization and mesoscopic woven structure of hypersonic vehicle's TOCMC leading edge

A new thermal protection design method for hypersonic vehicle's leading edge is proposed, which can effectively reduce temperature of the leading edge without additional cooling measures. This method reduces the leading-edge's temperature by the multi-scale collaborative design of the macroscopic thermal optimization and the mesoscopic woven structures of Three-dimensional Orthogonal Woven Ceramic Matrix Composites(TOCMC). The macroscopic thermal optimization is achieved by designing different mesoscopic woven structures in different regions to create combined heat transfer channels to dredge the heat. The combined heat transfer channel is macroscopically represented by the anisotropic thermal conductivity of TOCMC. The thermal optimization multiple linear regression model is established to optimize the heat transport channel, which predicts Theoretical Optimal Thermal Conductivity Configuration(TOTCC) in different regions to achieve the lowest leading-edge temperature. The function-oriented mesostructure design method is invented to design the corresponding mesostructure of TOCMC according to the TOTCC, which consists of universal thermal conductivity prediction formulas for TOCMC. These universal formulas are firstly derived based on the thermal resistance network method, which is verified by experiments with an error of 6.25%. The results show that the collaborative design method can effectively reduce the leading edge temperature by about 12.8% without adding cooling measures.

This study investigates the dry reformation of methane(DRM)over Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts in a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)non-thermal plasma reactor.A novel hybrid machine learning(ML)model is developed to optimize the plasma-catalytic DRM reaction with limited experimental *** address the non-linear and complex nature of the plasma-catalytic DRM process,the hybrid ML model integrates three well-established algorithms:regression trees,support vector regression,and artificial neural networks.A genetic algorithm(GA)is then used to optimize the hyperparameters of each algorithm within the hybrid ML *** ML model achieved excellent agreement with the experimental data,demonstrating its efficacy in accurately predicting and optimizing the DRM *** model was subsequently used to investigate the impact of various operating parameters on the plasma-catalytic DRM *** found that the optimal discharge power(20 W),CO_(2)/CH_(4)molar ratio(1.5),and Ni loading(7.8 wt%)resulted in the maximum energy yield at a total flow rate of∼51 mL/***,we investigated the relative significance of each operating parameter on the performance of the plasma-catalytic DRM *** results show that the total flow rate had the greatest influence on the conversion,with a significance exceeding 35%for each output,while the Ni loading had the least impact on the overall reaction *** hybrid model demonstrates a remarkable ability to extract valuable insights from limited datasets,enabling the development and optimization of more efficient and selective plasma-catalytic chemical processes.

Effective operation strategies in the solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)can adjust the spatial distribution of temperature gradient favoring the long-term *** investigate the effects of different operating conditions on the thermal behavior inside SOFC,a three-dimensional model is developed in this *** model is verified by comparing it with the experimental *** heat generation rate and its variation under different operating conditions are *** combined effects of operating voltage and gas temperature are considered to be the key factor influencing the temperature *** to the original case,the temperature of SOFC decreases by 21.4 K when the fuel velocity reaches 5 m/*** the maximum temperature gradient increases by21.2%.Meanwhile,higher fuel velocities can eliminate about 32%of the area with higher temperature *** when the oxidant velocity reaches 7.5 m/s,the peak temperature gradient effectively decreases by 16.59%.Simultaneous adjustment of the oxidant and fuel velocities can effectively reduce the peak temperature gradient and increase the safety *** effects of operation conditions on the temperature gradient of the cell are clarified in this study,which can be a reference for further research on the reliability of SOFCs.
