Compressive sensing technique has been widely applied to achieve range-Doppler reconstruction of high frequency radar by utilizing sparse random stepped-frequency(SRSF) signal, which can suppress the complex electromagnetic interference and greatly reduce the coherent processing interval. An important way to improve the performance of sparse signal reconstruction is to optimize the sensing matrix(SM). However, the existing research on the SM optimization needs to design a measurement matrix with superior performance, which needs a large amount of computation and does not consider the influence of the waveform parameters design. In order to improve the superior reconstruction performance, a novel SM optimization approach for SRSF signal is proposed by using two-dimensional ambiguity function(TDAF) in this paper. Firstly, based on the two-dimensional sparse reconstruction model of the SRSFs, the internal relationship between the waveform parameters and the SM was derived. Secondly, the SM optimization problem was directly transformed into the waveform design of SRSFs. Furthermore, on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the mutual coherence matrix of SM and the TDAF matrix of SRSFs, the purpose of optimizing the SM can be achieved by designing the TDAF of the SRSFs. Based on this analysis, a sparse waveform optimization method with joint constraints of maximum and mean sidelobes of the TDAF by using the genetic algorithm was derived. Compared with the traditional SM optimization method, our method not only avoids generating a new measurement matrix, but also further reduces the complexity of the waveform optimization. Simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The discovery of semiconductor has witnessed remarkable strides toward high performance of photodetectors attributed to its excellent carrier ***,semimetal,owning to the high carrier concentration and low carrier mobility compared to those of semiconductor,is generally considered unsuitable for ***,we demonstrate an outstanding photodetection in a layered semimetal titanium diselenide(TiSe_(2))in Bose-Einstein condensation(BEC)*** sensitivity of semimetal photodetector is realized in the range of visible,infrared and terahertz *** noise equivalent power(NEP)has threefold improvement at the visible and infrared wavebands,and significant decrease by one order of magnitude in the terahertz frequencies via BEC phenomenon,attributed to the electrical parameter variation after *** best NEP value in the terahertz frequency is comparable to that of commercial Si *** results show another recipe to fabricate high performance of photodetection via semimetal except for semiconductor and pave the way to exploit macroscopic quantum phenomena for optoelectronics.

To reduce CO_(2) emissions in response to global climate change,shale reservoirs could be ideal candidates for long-term carbon geo-sequestration involving multi-scale transport ***,most current CO_(2) sequestration models do not adequately consider multiple transport ***,the evaluation of CO_(2) storage processes usually involves laborious and time-consuming numerical simulations unsuitable for practical prediction and *** this paper,an integrated model involving gas diffusion,adsorption,dissolution,slip flow,and Darcy flow is proposed to accurately characterize CO_(2) storage in depleted shale reservoirs,supporting the establishment of a training *** this basis,a hybrid physics-informed data-driven neural network(HPDNN)is developed as a deep learning surrogate for prediction and *** incorporating multiple sources of scientific knowledge,the HPDNN can be configured with limited simulation resources,significantly accelerating the forward and inversion ***,the HPDNN can more intelligently predict injection performance,precisely perform reservoir parameter inversion,and reasonably evaluate the CO_(2) storage capacity under complicated *** validation and test results demonstrate that the HPDNN can ensure high accuracy and strong robustness across an extensive applicability range when dealing with field data with multiple noise *** study has tremendous potential to replace traditional modeling tools for predicting and making decisions about CO_(2) storage projects in depleted shale reservoirs.

Threshold of environmental elements in drainage basin sediment yield refers to, under effect of climate, underlying surface and human activity, a turning point of abrupt changes in drainage sediment yield related to environmental element characteristics. Previous studies on threshold of sediment yield of relevant drainage basins were mainly concentrated on impact of natural zones with a few researches on impact of other environmental elements. Particularly studies on compound environmental element threshold in drainage basin sediment yield remain blank today. Studies indicate that sediment yield in drainage basins is affected by compound interactions and complex actions. Based on single element analysis, the present paper gives quantitatively compound threshold of environmental elements affecting sediment yield of the drainage basin between Hekouzhen and Tongguan in the middle Yellow River by the method of multi-variant, polynomial formula regression analysis.

The endoplasmic reticulum(ER)and the plasma membrane(PM)form ER–PM contact sites(EPCSs)that allow the ER and PM to exchange materials and ***-induced disruption of protein folding triggers ER stress,and the cell initiates the unfolded protein response(UPR)to resist the ***,whether EPCSs play a role in ER stress in plants remains ***-ASSOCIATED MEMBRANE PROTEIN(VAMP)-ASSOCIATED PROTEIN 27-1(VAP27-1)functions in EPCS tethering and is encoded by a family of 10 genes(VAP27-1–10)in Arabidopsis ***,we used CRISPR-Cas9-mediated genome editing to obtain a homozygous vap27-1 vap27-3.vap27-4(vap27-1/3.4)triple mutant lacking three of the key VAP27 family members in *** vap27-1/3.4 mutant exhibits defects in ER–PM connectivity and EPCS architecture,as well as excessive UPR *** further showed that relocation of VAP27-1 to the PM mediates specific VAP27-1-related EPCS remodeling and expansion under ER ***,the spatiotemporal dynamics of VAP27-1 at the PM increase ER–PM connectivity and enhance Arabidopsis resistance to ER *** addition,we revealed an important role for intracellular calcium homeostasis in the regulation of UPR *** together,these results broaden our understanding of the molecular and cellular mechanisms of ER stress and UPR signaling in plants,providing additional clues for improving plant broad-spectrum resistance to different stresses.

In this study,a series of hindered urea bond(HUB)containing polyurethane-urea methacrylate prepolymers and a none HUB containing polyurethane methacrylate prepolymer were prepared using isobornyl methacrylate as the reactive diluent via one-pot *** prepolymers were characterized fully by various ***,their thermosets were fabricated via UV curing in presence of a photo initiator,and their mechanical property and thermal behavior were investigated and *** from the none HUB containing thermoset,the HUB containing thermosets(defined as PUT)could be recycled and reprocessed by hot press under relatively mild conditions with high recovery ratio of mechanical ***,zinc oxide(ZnO)nanoparticles were modified with 3.(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate and the modified ZnO(defined as ZnO-TPM)was dispersed and polymerized into PUT matrix to prepare their *** influence of ZnO-TPM on the mechanical performance of the composites was evaluated,which indicated that the Young’s modulus and tensile strength increased gradually to the maximum values at ZnO-TPM content of 1 wt%and then *** composites also displayed good reprocessability with improved recovery ratio compared to the pure PUT *** addition,the composite materials exhibited strong UV absorption capacity,implying their potential application in the circumstance where UV-shielding was required.
