With the rapid growth of urbanization and the increasing demand for transportation, urban traffic congestion has become a hindrance to individuals’ travel experience. Urban intersections are one of the primary sources of traffic congestion, and these bottlenecks have a negative impact not only on traffic efficacy but also on the surrounding road traffic in the region. To alleviate urban traffic congestion, cyber-physical systems have been widely implemented in the transportation industry, allowing for the perception, analysis, calculation, and dispatching of urban traffic flow, as well as making urban transportation safe, efficient, and quick. As the system scale and functions increase, system design has become increasingly complex, necessitating a deeper comprehension of the system’s structure and interaction relationships to construct a stable and reliable system. Therefore, this study proposes a method for designing cyber-physical systems for urban traffic intersections based on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This method models and analyses exhaustively the system’s requirements, functions, and logical architecture using System Modeling language (SysMl). After the architecture design has been completed, an architecture verification and optimization method based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for urban road intersection cyber-physical systems is utilized to analyze the architecture’s reliability by analyzing the failure modes of activities and to optimize the system architecture to improve the design’s efficiency and reliability.

cFD Investigation of Diffusion law and Harmful Boundary of Buried Natural Gas Pipeline in the Mountainous Environment

The leakage gas from a buried natural gas pipelines has the great potential to cause economic losses and environmental pollution owing to the complexity of the mountainous *** this study,computational fluid dynamics(cFD)method was applied to investigate the diffusion law and hazard range of buried natural gas pipeline leakage in mountainous *** on cloud chart,concentration at the monitoring site and hazard range of lower explosion limit(lEl)and upper explosion limit(UEl),the influences of leakage hole direction and shape,soil property,burial depth,obstacle type on the diffusion law and hazard range are *** show that the leakage gas is not radially diffused until it reaches the ground,and the velocity of gas diffusion to the ground and the hazard range decrease as the angle between the leaking direction and the buoyancy direction *** and square leak holes have a faster diffusion rate and a wider hazard range than *** diffusion rate of leakage gas in soil rises as soil granularity and porosity *** time of leakage gas diffusion to the ground increases significantly with the increase of burial depth,and the hazard range reduces as burial depth ***-type obstacles will alter the diffusion path of the leakage gas and accelerate the expansion of the hazard distance,while trench-type obstacles will cause the natural gas to accumulate in the trench and form a high concentration region slowing the expansion of the surface gas concentration.

The Turpan-Hami(Tuha)Basin in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of china,holds significant strategic importance as a key economic artery of the ancient Silk Road and the Belt and Road Initiative,necessitating a holistic understanding of the spatiotemporal evolution of land use/land cover(lUlc)to foster sustainable planning that is tailored to the region's unique resource ***,existing lUlc classification methods demonstrate inadequate accuracy,hindering effective regional *** this study,we established a two-level lUlc classification system(8 primary types and 22 secondary types)for the Tuha *** employing landsat 5/7/8 imagery at 5-a intervals,we developed the lUlc dataset of the Tuha Basin from 1990 to 2020,conducted the accuracy assessment and spatiotemporal evolution analysis,and simulated the future lUlc under various scenarios via the Markov-Future land Use Simulation(Markov-FlUS)*** results revealed that the average overall accuracy values of our lUlc dataset were 0.917 and 0.864 for the primary types and secondary types,*** with the seven mainstream lUlc products(Globeland30,Global 30-meter land cover with Fine classification System(Glc_FcS30),Finer Resolution Observation and Monitoring of Global land cover PlUS(FROM_Glc PlUS),ESA Global land cover(ESA_lc),Esri land cover(ESRI_lc),china Multi-Period land Use land cover change Remote Sensing Monitoring Dataset(cNlUcc),and china Annual land cover Dataset(clcD))in 2020,our lUlc data exhibited dramatically elevated overall accuracy and provided more precise delineations for land features,thereby yielding high-quality data backups for land resource analyses within the *** 2020,unused land(78.0%of the study area)and grassland(18.6%)were the dominant lUlc types of the basin;although cropland and construction land constituted less than 1.0%of the total area,they played a vital role in arid land development and primarily situated within oases that form the urban co

Epidemiological feature analysis of SVEIR model with control strategy and variant evolution

The complex interactions were performed among non-pharmaceutical interventions,vaccinations,and hosts for all epidemics in china's Mainland during the spread of ***,the small-scale epidemic in the city described by SVEIR model was less found in the current *** SVEIR model with control was established to analyze the dynamical and epidemiological features of two epidemics in Jinzhou city led by Omicron variants before and after Twenty *** this study,the total population(N)of Jinzhou city was divided into five compartments:the susceptible(S),the vaccinated(V),the exposed(E),the infected(I),and the recovered(R).By surveillance data and the SVEIR model,three methods(maximum likelihood method,exponential growth rate method,next generation matrix method)were governed to estimate basic reproduction number,and the results showed that an increasing tendency of basic reproduction number from Omicron BA.5.2 to Omicron ***,the effective reproduction number for two epidemics were investigated by surveillance data,and the results showed that Jinzhou wave 1 reached the peak on November 1 and was controlled 7 days later,and that Jinzhou wave 2 reached the peak on November 28 and was controlled 5 days ***,the impacts of non-pharmaceutical interventions(awareness delay,peak delay,control intensity)were discussed extensively,the variations of infection scales for Omicron variant and EG.5 variant were also ***,the investigations on peaks and infection scales for two epidemics in dynamic zero-cOVID policy were operated by the SVEIR model with *** investigations on public medical requirements of Jinzhou city and liaoning Province were analyzed by using SVEIR model without control,which provided a possible perspective on variant evolution in the future.

In this work,two kinds of primary batteries,both of which included a Zn anode,c rod cathode,copper wire and electrolyte composed of cd^(2+)-contaminated water or soil,were constructed in the first attempt to both remove cd^(2+)and generate *** traditional technologies such as electrokinetic remediation with high energy consumption,this technology could realize cd^(2+)migration to aggregation and solidification and generate energy at the same time through simultaneous galvanic *** passive surface of Zn and c was proven via electrochemical measurements to be porous to maintain the relatively active galvanic reactions for continuous cd^(2+)***^(2+)RE(removal efficiency)and electricity generation were investigated under different conditions,based on which two empirical models were established to predict them *** soil,Kcl was added to desorb cd^(2+) from soil colloids to promote cd^(2+) *** systems were also proven to remove cd^(2+) efficiently when their effects on plants,zebrafish,and the soil bacterial community were *** could be lit for days by utilizing the electricity produced *** work provides a novel,green,and low-cost route to remediate cd^(2+) contamination and generate electricity simultaneously,which is of extensive practical significance in the environmental and energy fields.

Effects of Typical Soil and Stratification Thickness on Water Infiltration characteristics in central Ningxia

In order to compare the influence of different soil types and stratification on water infiltration capacity,two main types of soil in the desert steppe,sierozem(S)and aeolian sandy soil(A),were selected,and infiltration simulation tests were conducted on homogeneous soil and layered soil(layer thickness 5,10,and 20 cm),*** results show that during the whole experiment,there was a small difference between S5A95(aeolian sandy soil 95 cm thick was covered with sierozem 5 cm thick)and S10A90(aeolian sandy soil 90 cm thick was covered with sierozem 10 cm thick)in the wetting front process,infiltration rate and cumulative infiltration,but there was a significant difference between S5A95 and S20A80(aeolian sandy soil 80 cm thick was covered with sierozem 20 cm thick).In the initial infiltration stage,there was no significant difference between A5S95(sierozem 95 cm thick was covered with aeolian sandy soil 5 cm thick)and A10S90(sierozem 90 cm thick was covered with aeolian sandy soil 10 cm thick).However,with the increase of infiltration time,the wetting front process,A5S95,A10S90 and A20S80 had significant differences in terms of wetting front process,infiltration rate and cumulative *** infiltration capacity of A was significantly higher than that of *** with linear R 2 value and model parameters,the three infiltration models were comprehensively compared,and the fitting process and results of the general empirical model for the infiltration process of homogeneous soil and layered soil showed good *** models were used to simulate the water infiltration process of layered soil with different textures,and the order of the effect is as follows:general empirical model>Kostiakov model>philip *** type and layer thickness had a great influence on water infiltration *** sierozem was covered with aeolian sandy soil 20 cm thick,the infiltration capacity was the *** aeolian sandy soil was covered with sierozem 10 cm thic

BAcKGROUND Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)protocol is a comprehensive manage-ment modality that promotes patient recovery,especially in the patients undergo-ing digestive tumor ***,it is less commonly used in the *** To study the application value of ERAS in laparoscopic surgery for acute *** A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy due to acute appendicitis were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,including 63 patients in the experimental group and 57 patients in the control *** in the experimental group were managed with the ERAS protocol,and those in the control group were received the tra-ditional *** exhaust time,the hospitalization duration,the hospita-lization expense and the pain score between the two groups were *** There was no significant difference in age,gender,body mass index and Sunshine Appendicitis Grading System score between the experimental group and the con-trol group(P>0.05).compared to the control group,the patients in the expe-rimental group had earlier exhaust time,shorter hospitalization time,less hospi-talization cost and lower degree of pain *** differences were statis-tically significant(PcONclUSION ERAS could significantly accelerate the recovery of patients who underwent la-paroscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization *** is a safe and effective approach.
