To improve the GNSS receiver’s accuracy,continuity,and stability in measuring the height of agricultural implements,this study proposed a variable-parameter Kalman filter(VPKF)algorithm based on GNSS and accelerometer to estimate the height of the implements *** VPKF was verified,and its accuracy was evaluated by parallel rail platform and field *** the parallel rail test results,when the GNSS receiver was in real-time kinematic(RTK)positioning and the time delay of differential correction data(TDDcD)was less than or equal to 4 s,the root mean square error(RMSE)of the VPKF estimation was 9.82 *** RMSE of the GNSS measurement was 18.85 *** the GNSS receiver lost differential correction data within 28 s,the absolute error of VPKF was less than 30 mm,and the RMSE was 16.93 *** field test results showed that when the GNSS receiver was in RTK positioning and the TDDcD was less than or equal to 4 s,the RMSE of VPKF estimation was 13.43 mm,and the GNSS measurement was 14.56 *** the GNSS receiver lost differential correction data within 28 s,the RMSE of the VPKF estimate was 15.22 *** results show that VPKF can optimally estimate implement height with better ***,the VPKF can obtain a more accurate,continuous,and stable height of the implement,and increase the application scenarios of the GNSS receiver to measure the implement height.

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a fatal disorder characterized by pulmonary vascular remodeling and obstruction. The phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) family hydrolyzes cyclic AMP (cAMP) and is comprised of four subtypes (PDE4A–D). Previous studies have shown the beneficial effects of pan-PDE4 inhibitors in rodent PH;however, this class of drugs is associated with side effects owing to the broad inhibition of all four PDE4 isozymes. Here, we demonstrate that PDE4B is the predominant PDE isozyme in lungs and that it was upregulated in rodent and human PH lung tissues. We also confirmed that PDE4B is mainly expressed in the lung endothelial cells (Ecs). Evaluation of PH in Pde4b wild type and knockout mice confirmed that Pde4b is important for the vascular remodeling associated with PH. In vivo Ec lineage tracing demonstrated that Pde4b induces PH development by driving endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndMT), and mechanistic studies showed that Pde4b regulates EndMT by antagonizing the cAMP-dependent PKA–cREB–BMPRII axis. Finally, treating PH rats with a PDE4B-specific inhibitor validated that PDE4B inhibition has a significant pharmacological effect in the alleviation of PH. collectively, our findings indicate a critical role for PDE4B in EndMT and PH, prompting further studies of PDE4B-specific inhibitors as a therapeutic strategy for PH.

High-density polyethylene(HDPE)pipes have gradually become the first choice for gas networks because of their excellent *** the use of pipes increases,there will unavoidably be a significant amount of waste generated when the pipes cease their operation life,which,if improperly handled,might result in major environmental contamination *** this study,the thermal degradation of polyethylene materials is simulated for different pressures(10,50,100,and 150 MPa)and temperatures(2300,2500,2700,and 2900 K)in the framework of Reactive Force Field(ReaxFF)molecular dynamics *** main gas products,density,energy,and the mean square displacement with temperature and pressure are also *** findings indicate that raising the temperature leads to an increase in the production of gas products,while changing the pressure has an impact on the direction in which the products are generated;the faster the temperature drops,the less dense the air;both temperature and pressure increase impact the system’s energy conversion or distribution mechanism,changing the system’s potential energy as well as its total energy;the rate at which molecules diffuse increases with temperature,and decreases with *** results of this investigation provide a theoretical basis for the development of the pyrolytic treatment of polyethylene waste materials.
