The interaction between temperature and precipitation on the potential distribution range of Betula ermanii in the alpine treeline ecotone on the Changbai Mountain

Alpine treeline ecotones are highly sensitive to climate *** low temperature-determined alpine treeline is expected to shift upwards in response to global ***,little is known about how temperature interacts with other important factors to influence the distribution range of tree species within and beyond the alpine treeline ***,we used a GF-2 satellite image,along with bioclimatic and topographic variables,to develop an ensemble suitable habitat model based on the species distribution modeling algorithms in *** investigated the distribution of suitable habitats for *** under three climate change scenarios(i.e.,low(SSP126),moderate(SSP370)and extreme(SSP585)future emission trajectories)between two consecutive time periods(i.e.,current-2055,and 2055-2085).By 2055,the potential distribution range of *** will expand under all three climate *** medium and high suitable areas will decline under SSP370 and SSP585scenarios from 2055 to ***,under the three climate scenarios,the uppermost altitudes of low suitable habitat will rise to 2,329 m a.s.l.,while the altitudes of medium and high suitable habitats will fall to 2,201 and2,051 m *** 2085,*** promotes the expansion of *** distribution range in Changbai Mountain,and this expansion will be modified by precipitation as climate warming *** interaction between temperature and precipitation plays a significant role in shaping the potential distribution range of *** in the alpine treeline *** study reveals the link between environmental factors,habitat distribution,and species distribution in the alpine treeline ecotone,providing valuable insights into the impacts of climate change on high-elevation vegetation,and contributing to mountain biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.

Pancreatic cancer,one of the most aggressive malignancies,has no effective treatment due to the lack of targets and drugs related to tumour ***6 can promote the migration of pancreatic cancer and could be a potential target for antimetastasis of pancreatic ***,highly selective and potency SIRT6 inhibitor that can be used in vivo is yet to be ***,we developed a noveSIRT6 allosteric inhibitor,compound 11e,with maximal inhibitory potency and an IC_(50) value of 0.98±0.13μmol/***,compound 11e exhibited significant selectivity against other histone deacetylases(HADC1-11 and SIRT1-3)at concentrations up to 100μmol/*** allosteric site and the molecular mechanism of inhibition were extensively elucidated by cocrystal complex structure and dynamic structural ***,we confirmed the antimetastatic function of such inhibitors in four pancreatic cancer cell lines as well as in two mouse models of pancreatic cancer liver *** our knowledge,this is the first study to reveal the in vivo effects of SIRT6 inhibitors on liver metastatic pancreatic *** not only provides a promising lead compound for subsequent inhibitor developmentargeting SIRT6 but also provides a potential approach to address the challenge of metastasis in pancreatic cancer.

为更好地控制切屑,通过ABAQUS建立了梯形断屑槽的切削有限元仿真模型,研究了梯形断屑槽参数中刀尖处最小槽间距、反屑面角、断屑槽斜角对切屑流向的影响,并通过响应面法分析并拟合出切屑流向与这三个影响因子的二次多项式响应模型。结果表明:断屑槽槽间距越小,反屑面角、断屑槽斜角对切屑流向的影响越大,且断屑槽斜角对切屑流向的影响最大,反屑面角次之。通过响应面法建立的二次多项式数学模型能够描述刀尖处的最小槽间距、反屑面角、断屑槽斜角对切屑流向的影响规律,并且可以在一定范围内进行预测。

为快速准确获取土壤含水率信息,便于农业精准灌溉,引入支持向量机算法(SVM)对4种不同干湿交替处理下超声波速度与土壤含水率进行拟合分析和回归训练优化,构建基于超声波速度的土壤含水率预测模型。结果显示,与传统的烘干法相比较,利用该模型在田间验证土壤含水率,平均相对误差为1.5%左右。研究结果表明,基于SVM模型构建的超声波速度-土壤含水率预测模型能够较好地描述被研究区域内土壤含水率,可为利用超声波特性实现对农田土壤水分的持续监测提供参考。

Water conservation initiatives satisfy the demand for water supply,electricity generation,irrigation,and flood *** helping humanity,they have also altered the ecosystem of natural rivers,impacted river ecology,disrupted river continuity,and jeopardized the existence of aquatic creatures in *** the impacts of dam construction on rivers can enhance our knowledge of river ecological and environmental concerns and help sustain the health of river ecosystems,thereby realizing the harmony between humans and water in both theoretical and practical *** study used bibliometrics and constructed an author-keyword 2-mode matrix network using Co-Occurrence software to identify the hotspots and research trend in eco-hydrology of dammed *** identified‘FLOW’‘SEDIMENT’‘QUALITY’and‘MODEL’as the research hotspots in the ecological impact of dammed rivers,and combined the related literatures,we highlight the research progress in the four *** the research shortcomings and prospect were discussed,including strengthening the monitoring and analysis of critical ecological variables,enhancing the hydrological monitoring density for small rivers,strengthening the research of relationship between eutrophication and zooplankton,establishing multiscale approaches,and combining multi-sources information technologies to improve parameter accuracy in the model research.

A hybrid intelligent soft computing method for ammonia nitrogen prediction in aquaculture

Ammonia nitrogen is one of the key parameters in determining the aquaculture water quality condition in *** high level of ammonia nitrogen is likely to cause deterioration of water quality and mass death of cultured ***,accurate detection of the cultured water ammonia nitrogen content is crucially important for aquaculture ***,at present,the accuracy of equipment for measuring the ammonia nitrogen content of aquaculture water in real time cannot meet the requirements for *** this paper,the soft computing method is firstly proposed to predict the ammonia nitrogen content in aquaculture water in real *** method includes empirical mode decomposition(EMD),improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)and extreme learning machine(ELM).To evaluate the performance of the soft computing techniques,three different statistic indicators were used,including root mean square error(RMSE),the mean absolute error(MAE),and the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)to compare three artificial soft computing *** showed that the EMD-IPSO-ELM soft computing method showed the best performance among other studied methods in the ammonia nitrogen real time *** EMD-IPSO-ELM model provides moderately and roughly accurately real time prediction value of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water.

Retinoschisis and intravitreal ranibizumab treatment for myopic choroidal neovascularization

Background Intravitreal ranibizumab injection is effecitve on treating myopic CNVs,but it could be a risk factor for developing more severe retinoschisis in eyes with preexisted retinoschisis and epiretinal *** study aimed to explore the incidence and features of retinoschisis after intravitreal ranibizumab injection for myopic choroidal *** Eighty-three eyes of 81 patients with choroidal neovascularization secondary to pathologic myopia were treated with intravitreal ranibizumab *** best corrected visual acuity and optical coherence tomography （OCT） images were recorded at baseline and every month *** retina thickness and maximal retina thickness were *** subjects were divided into three *** eyes that had retinoschisis and epiretinal membrane were in group 1,six eyes that had simple epiretinal membrane were in group 2,and 66 eyes that had neither retinoschisis nor epiretinal membrane were in group *** contralateral eyes in group 1 which had retinoschisis and epiretinal membrane but were not treated with intravitreal ranibizumab injection were set as the control *** Seven of the 11 eyes in group 1 developed more severe retinoschisis,the mean maximal retinal thickness increased from （380.28±90.13） to （467.00±70.20） μm （P 〈0.05）.The retinoschisis of all 6 eyes of the control group did not *** with the control group,the aggravation ratio of retinoschisis increased significantly （P 〈0.05）.No new onset of retinoschisis took place in group 2 and group *** Intravitreal ranibizumab injection may be a risk factor for aggravation of retinoschisis in eyes with preexisted retinoschisis and epiretinal membrane.
