There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

The performance degradation of gate-recessed metal–oxide–semiconductor high electron mobility transistor(MOSHEMT)is compared with that of conventional high electron mobility transistor(HEMT)under direct current(DC)stress,and the degradation mechanism is *** the channel hot electron injection stress,the degradation of gate-recessed MOS-HEMT is more serious than that of conventional HEMT devices due to the combined effect of traps in the barrier layer,and that under the gate dielectric of the *** threshold voltage of conventional HEMT shows a reduction under the gate electron injection stress,which is caused by the barrier layer traps trapping the injected electrons and releasing them into the ***,because of defects under gate dielectrics which can trap the electrons injected from gate and deplete part of the channel,the threshold voltage of gate-recessed MOS-HEMT first increases and then decreases as the conventional *** saturation phenomenon of threshold voltage degradation under high field stress verifies the existence of threshold voltage reduction effect caused by gate electron injection.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

以福建省龙岩市新罗区铁山镇为研究区域,对畜禽养殖废弃物土地处理的适宜性进行了评价。主要探讨了评价因子的遴选以及因子量化过程,通过目标定位比较法确定因子权重,利用地理信息系统技术的空间分析功能及图形和属性结合,将区域自然、环境、社会和经济等多因素通过指数加和模型实现了对畜禽养殖废弃物土地处理适宜性的评价。结果表明,该研究区域有24.05%的土地适宜施用畜禽养殖废弃物,同时根据相应的适宜程度建议采用不同的管理措施。

Survey on Pre-pregnancy Health Knowledge and Service Demands among Un-pregnant Married Women

Objective To understand the pre-pregnancy health knowledge and service needs among un-pregnant married women in Shanghai. Methods A total of 968 newly-married un-pregnant women in Changqiao, Lingyun sub-districts and huajing town of Xuhui district, Shanghai, were recruited and interviewed by structured questionnaire to collect the information on pre-pregnancy health knowledge and service demands. Results 1） Newly-married women thought the contraceptive methods suitable for them was male condom（84.4%）, followed by oral contraceptives（54%）, emergent contraceptive（52.5%） and contraceptive suppository （48.3%）. 2） The score of pre-pregnancy health knowledge was 54.7±14.5 among the subjects. The participants with junior college or a bachelor had more knowledge than those with junior or senior high school, and those who were engaged in medicine /education/science field had higher score. 3） They had higher knowing rate on the common knowledge, and the rate was above 80%. But the knowing rate on the knowledge of birth defect was low, and all below 50%. 4）A proportion of 52. 7% of the respondents knew that there was a station for reproductive health service in their communities, but only 45.5% received the service from the station, 87.0% thought they had insufficient or scarce knowledge, 73.6% planned to consult before pregnancy training courses on preparing pregnancy. and 63.6% were willing to attend the Conclusion The participants had certain pre-pregnancy health knowledge, but still need being improved,＂ in addition, they had higher needs on knowledge and service of birth defect prevention, at the same time they can＇t make full use of the existing reproductive health institution.

Recently, Worobey et al.(2022) published a report entitled ‘The huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2,3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

Background A multi-center large scale study is needed to confirm the efficacy and safety of domestic peritoneal dialysis （PD） solutions. Some researchers believe that 6 Lid is enough for adequate dialysis, but there is no multi-center prospective study on Chinese population to confirm this. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of domestic PD solution （Changfu） and its difference between 6 L and 8 L dosage. Methods Adult PD patients who had taken PD therapy for at least one month were selected and divided into four groups according to two dialysis solution brands and two dialysis dosages, i.e., 6 L dose with Changfu dialysis solution, 6 L dose with Baxter dialysis solution, 8 L dose with Changfu dialysis solution, and 8 L dose with Baxter dialysis solution. After 48 weeks, the changes of primary and secondary efficacy indices were compared between different types and different dosages. We also analyzed the changes of safety indices. Results Changes of Kt/V from baseline to 48 weeks between Changfu and Baxter showed no statistical differences; so did those of creatinine clearance rate （Ccr）. Normalized protein catabolic rate （nPCR） from baseline to 48 weeks between Changfu and Baxter showed no statistical differences; so did those of net ultrafiltration volume （nUF） and estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR）. Changes of nPCR from baseline to 48 weeks between 6 L and 8 L showed no statistical differences; so did those of nUF and eGFR. The decline of Kt/V from baseline to 48 weeks in 6 L group was more than that in 8 L group. Change of Ccr was similar. During the 48-week period, the mean Kt/V was above 1.7/w, and mean Ccr was above 50 L.1.73 m-2.w1. More adverse events were found in Changfu group before Changfu Corporation commenced technology optimization, and the statistical differences disappeared after that. We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.
