Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy solidified with the application of direct electric current has a refined and homogeneous microstructure without segregation. We observed an initial decrease followed by a subsequent increase in grain size and lamellar spacing, with the increase in current density. Similar trend can also be obtained by varying the amount of α2-phase(Ti_3Al). Using a directional solidification processing method,the columnar crystal microstructure transforms into an equiaxed crystal microstructure at a current density of 32–64 m A/mm^2. High dislocation density is also introduced with a minimum cross-sectional grain size of 460 μm at a current density of 64 mA/mm^2. The application of electric current alters the free energy of the critical nucleus and temperature via joule heating, causing a transformation from a columnar grain microstructure into an equiaxed grain microstructure. The increase in current density leads to a rise of the nucleation rate, and a resulting undercooling combined with temperature gradient contribute to growth of the primary phase, which finally results in grain coarsening at a critical current density of 96 mA/mm^*** climb and cross-slip of dislocation and the migration of grain boundary ultimately create variable lamellae spacing of TiAl alloy.

Harvesting water from the air using adsorbents and obtaining fresh water by solar-driven desorption is considered as one of the most effective ways to solve the freshwater crisis in arid and desert *** on a simple and low-cost photothermal hygroscopic hydrogel,a new strategy is proposed to boost solar energy efficiency by coupling solar-driven atmospheric water harvesting technology with thermoelectric power generation technology in this *** hygroscopic hydrogel ink PAM-CaCl_(2)is prepared by in situ polymerization using Acrylamide as monomer,Ammonium persulfate as thermal initiator and CaCl_(2)as hygroscopic *** the day,the photothermal hygroscopic hydrogel absorbs solar energy and evaporates its own internal water to obtain fresh ***,the residual waste heat is utilized to power the thermoelectric panel,which produces electricity based on Seebeck *** night,the hydrogel harvests water molecules in the air to achieve *** hybrid system can achieve a water production rate of 0.33 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)and an additional electrical energy gain of 124 mW m^(-2)at 1 kW m^(-2)solar *** model of the hybrid system is developed to understand the heat flow and thermoelectric generation *** results provide new insights into energy and freshwater replenishment options in arid or desert areas with abundant solar energy.

In this study,the first radial excited heavy pseudoscalar and vector mesons(η_(c)(2S),ψ(2S),B_(c)(2S),B_(c)^(*)(2S),η_(b)(2S),and γ(2S))are investigated using the Dyson-Schwinger equation and Bethe-Salpeter equation *** is shown that the effective interactions of the radial excited states are harder than those of the ground *** the interaction well determined by fitting the masses and leptonic decay constants of ψ(2S)and γ(25),the first radial excited heavy mesons could be quantitatively described in the rainbow ladder *** masses and leptonic decay constants of η_(c)(2S),ψ(2S),B_(c)(2S),B_(c)^(*)(2S),and η_(b)(2S) are predicted.

目的探索Rictor/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白复合体2(Rictor/mTORC2)信号在Kras突变的肿瘤细胞中的表达情况及对癌细胞增殖和致瘤性的影响。方法利用公共数据库的泛癌种数据了解Kras和Rictor基因变异的频率。通过Pearson相关性分析研究Kras和Rictor基因变异和基因表达的共表达趋势。利用Kras突变的多种癌症细胞模型,通过反义RNA序列下调Rictor基因的表达,分别通过CCK-8、克隆形成实验了解Rictor/mTORC2信号通路对Kras突变的肿瘤细胞的增殖和致瘤性的影响。结果公共数据库分析显示Kras和Rictor基因的变异频率分别超过90%及30%,最常见于胰腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌和乳腺癌。一系列携带Kras基因突变以及Kras基因野生型的细胞株Rictor基因检测结果中,Pearson相关性分析显示Kras和Rictor基因变异呈正相关(均P <0.05),mRNA表达水平存在共同变化趋势;下调Rictor基因的表达可抑制Kras突变的癌细胞的增殖和致瘤能力(均P <0.05)。结论 Rictor/mTORC2信号通路在Kras突变的癌细胞中明显活化,并可促进Kras突变的癌细胞的增殖和致瘤性。

中国“画学”之“学”,作为“学科”之义,是本土资源与西方现代学科意识共同作用的结果。20世纪初,学科意识觉醒,各学科建设掀起了高潮,“画学”也进入自觉阶段,逐渐从创作研究发展为理论研究,从“历史的—实用的”研究发展为“体系的—哲学的”研究。如何在西学语境下表述中国画学的民族内涵,完成传统画学的现代转换,成为时代使命。尽管也有学者试图建构中国画学的完整体系,但通过文献整理,将史料在西学框架中进行分类,仍是主流。这造成了现代学科框架与传统话语方式的脱节,同时在救国救亡的历史语境中,在西学主导的时代背景中,中国画学也呈现出了功利主义取向、时代语境错位和二元对立思维等局限,清醒地认识到这些局限,是21世纪中国画学研究的前提。

The southwestern part of the Sichuan Basin(SW-SCB)is adjacent to the eastern Himalayan *** by the Indo-Eurasian collision and subsequent intrusion of the Indian plate into the Eurasian plate during the Cenozoic,this region is ideal for the study of the tectonic evolution of the intracontinental lithosphere and the dynamic processes of deep and shallow *** this study,we applied the receiver function technique to the data obtained from a recently deployed high-density broadband seismic array across the Sichuan Basin and Sichuan-Yunnan block(SCB-SYB).We conducted a multi-frequency and multi-model correction analysis to image the structure of the mantle transition zone beneath this *** results showed the660-km discontinuity gradually increasing in depth by 10-30 km beneath the western side of the Anninghe-Xiaojiang Fault,suggesting the presence of thermal anomalies caused by the subducted Indian plate from west to *** the junction of the SCBSYB,the 410-km discontinuity exhibited a slight uplift of 5-10 km,while the 660-km discontinuity showed a significant depression of~30 km over a lateral range of~150 *** on previous surface GPS observation and dynamic numerical simulation studies,we suggest that the sharp lateral small-scale topography of this 660-km discontinuity beneath the SW-SCB may have resulted from dripping delamination of the lithosphere within the strain localization ***,the aggregation of delaminated lithospheric material at the base of the 660-km discontinuity determines the regional topography of mantle transition zone *** this study,we provided seismological evidence for the challenging detection of small-scale intracontinental lithosphere dripping ***,it provides a new view for studying deep and shallow dynamic processes in intracontinental regions with stress concentration resulting from plate/continental subduction and collision.

Regulating the local coordination of Fe active center can further improve the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)performance of Fe-N-C catalyst to meet the practical application requirements of zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,carbon vacancies modified hollow porous catalysts(C-FeZ8@PDA-950)are constructed by microenvironment modulation,achieving the efficient utilization of active sites and optimization of elec-tronic *** functional theory(DFT)calculations confirm that the defective-edge Fe-N_(4) sites can weaken the adsorption free energy of OH^(∗),and hinder the dissolution of Fe center,significantly accel-erating the ORR process for *** rechargeable liquid ZABs equipped with C-FeZ8@PDA-950 display high specific capacity(819.95 mAh g Zn^(−1))and excellent long-cycling life(over 500 h).Furthermore,the relevant flexible all-solid-state ZABs also display outstanding folding performance under various bending *** work will provide insights into optimizing the electronic structure to improve electrocatalytic performance in the energy conversion and storage area.

For a set A of nonnegative integers, the representation functions R2(A,n) and R3(A,n) are defined as the numbers of solutions to the equation n = a + a′ with a,a′∈ A, a 0, it is known that there exist A,A′■ N such that R2(A′,n) = R2(N \ A′,n) and R3(A,n) = R3(N \ A,n) for all n n0. We obtain several related results. For example, we prove that: If A ■ N such that R3(A,n) = R3(N \ A,n) for all n n0, then (1) for any n n0 we have R3(A,n) = R3(N \ A,n) > c1n - c2, where c1,c2 are two positive constants depending only on n0; (2) for any α αn has the density one. The answers to the four problems in chen-Tang (2009) are affirmative. We also pose two open problems for further research.
