Research on Interpolation Method for Missing Electricity Consumption Data

Missing value is one of the main factors that cause dirty *** high-quality data,there will be no reliable analysis results and precise ***,the data warehouse needs to integrate high-quality data *** the power system,the electricity consumption data of some large users cannot be normally collected resulting in missing data,which affects the calculation of power supply and eventually leads to a large error in the daily power line loss *** the problem of missing electricity consumption data,this study proposes a group method of data handling(GmdH)based data interpolation method in distribution power networks and applies it in the analysis of actually collected electricity ***,the dependent and independent variables are defined from the original data,and the upper and lower limits of missing values are determined according to prior knowledge or existing data *** missing data are randomly interpolated within the upper and lower ***,the GmdH network is established to obtain the optimal complexity model,which is used to predict the missing data to replace the last imputed electricity consumption *** last,this process is implemented iteratively until the missing values do not *** a relatively small noise level(α=0.25),the proposed approach achieves a maximum error of no more than 0.605%.Experimental findings demonstrate the efficacy and feasibility of the proposed approach,which realizes the transformation from incomplete data to complete ***,this proposed data interpolation approach provides a strong basis for the electricity theft diagnosis and metering fault analysis of electricity enterprises.

Objective:To study early surgical cleft lip and nose repair. Patients and methods:We present the outcome of 248 early cleft lip repairs whose condition was managed in a multidisciplinary team according to a strict *** planed bi-rectangle flap in *** hundred and forty-eight patients were operated on during the first 12 weeks of life using. Results:All cleft lip and nose patients underwent birectangle flap in nostril combined with *** retained good contour after the operation. Conclusions:We are currently encouraging early cleft lip and nose repair in the fullterm *** and nose plasty using bi-rectangle flap in nostril technique improves nose deformities of cleft lip patients and can retain good postoperative contour.

Background and Objectives: Current preoperative N staging do not offer an accurate estimation of lymph node involvement We establish a new scoring system tor predicting N stages to guide a rational lymphadenectomy for gastric cancer Methods: Variables correlated with N stages were selected by multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis Variables granted the different scores according to the odds ratio (OR) Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was used to generate sconng ranges from NO to N3 The agreement between predicted N staging and actual pN classification was analyzed using kappa statistics. Results: Tumor size. depth of invasion. and histological types were selected to establish the sconng system. Scores 0-4, 5-7 8-9. and 10-13 were postulated to predict N0-3. respectively The predicted N stage has good agreement with the actual pN classifications The negative predictive values for N0-3 were 87.0,86.4. 90 4 and 90 2%. the positive predictive values were 74 7 62.8,57 3. and 69.6% respectively The accuracy is 82% for *** 83.7% for N2-3 Conclusions: The new sconng system can predict the N stage of gastric cancer With its good negative predictive value. it is possible to minimize the potential hazards of applying a more extensive lymph node dissection than necessary.

＜正＞Objective Preliminary studies of Deep Brain Stimulation（DBS）for primary dystonia and tardive dyskinesia have shown promising *** of targets were used for surgery,such as Vim,GPi et al. Since 2001,we use Subthalamic Neucleus stimulation for primary dystonia and tardive *** report the result of long term follow up and advantages of STN DBS for primary dystonia and tardive *** Seventeen patients with primary dystonia and two patients with anti-psychiatric medication induced generalized dystonia（tardive dyskinesia）had bilateral electrodes placed in STN by MRI guided stereotactic *** clinical symptoms of patients were documented by video tape at pre-operation and post-operation respectively to evaluated the effects of *** have been followed up from 4-61 months（mean 36.1 months）.The stimulation parameters are:2.8-3.2 V（bipolar stimulation）,90-120 us,*** Most patients showed 50-90%symptoms improvement immediately after initial programming of the stimulator which is easier to recognize the best location of *** showed a 91% in average improvement and very stable effect after 2-5 programmings and used 12 hrs stimulation on/stimulation off cycling *** of stimulation for drug induced generalized dytonia is as good as primary *** Bilateral STN stimulation is very effective in control of primary dystonia as well as drug-induced generalized *** with GPi stimulation,STN stimulation showed quicker improvement,easier to recognize best location,lower stimulation parameters.

＜正＞Background: The role of surgical resection and thrombectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） with portal vein tumor thrombus （PVTT） is controversial. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of the location and extent of PVTT on the long-term outcomes of surgical treatment for HCC. Methods: A total of 438 patients with HCC and PVTT underwent liver resection with or without thrombectomy. These 438 patients were divided into 2 groups: in group A, PVTT was located in the hepatic resection area or protruded into the first branch of the main portal vein beyond the resection line for ＜ 1 cm （286 patients）, and in group B, PVTT extended into the main portal vein （1S2 patients）. Concomitant thrombectomy was performed in 147 patients （51.4%） of group A and in all patients of group B. Results: PVTT recurrence within 6 months after surgery in group B was significantly higher than that in group A: 76.9% vs. 11.3%. Remnant liver recurrence within 1 year after surgery was 43.0% in group A and 78.8% in group B. The cumulative 1-, 2-. 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates were 58.7%, 39.9%, 22.7%, and 18.1% for group A and 39.5%. 20.4%, 5.7%, and 0% for group B, respectively. The overall survivals were significantly better in group A than group B （P ＜ .02）. Conclusions: Liver resection with thrombectomy yielded better outcomes in the HCC patients with PVTT confined to the first or second branch of the main portal vein compared with PVTT extending into the main portal vein.
