BACKGROUND Schizophrenia is a severe psychiatric disease,and its prevalence is ***,diagnosis of early-stage schizophrenia is still considered a challenging *** To employ brain morphological features and machine learning method to differentiate male individuals with schizophrenia from healthy *** The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator and t tests were applied to select important features from structural magnetic resonance images as input features for *** commonly used machine learning algorithms,the general linear model,random forest(RF),k-nearest neighbors,and support vector machine algorithms,were used to develop the classification *** performance of the classification models was evaluated according to the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).RESULTS A total of 8 important features with significant differences between groups were considered as input features for the establishment of classification models based on the four machine learning *** to other machine learning algorithms,RF yielded better performance in the discrimination of male schizophrenic individuals from healthy controls,with an AUC of *** Our research suggests that brain morphological features can be used to improve the early diagnosis of schizophrenia in male patients.

Incorporation of siloxane-functionalized units into polymers backbone has proven to be an efficient strategy to improve photovoltaic performance. In this work, a low-cost siloxane-containing unit was developed to construct a series of terpolymers, and the effects of siloxane on the polymer performance were systematically studied. Different contents of thiophene containing siloxane-functionalized side chain were introduced into PM6 to obtain a series of polymers(PM6, PM6-SiO-10, PM6-SiO-20 and PM6-SiO-30). The siloxane-functionalized side chains in polymers have only a slight effect on the absorption behavior and frontier molecular orbitals. However, when the siloxane content increased, the terpolymers' aggregation property decreased and the temperature-dependency increased, leading to improved donor-acceptor compatibility. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) based on PM6:Y6, PM6-SiO-20:Y6 and PM6-SiO-30:Y6 devices was 15.64%, 16.03% and 15.82%, respectively. In comparison, the active layer based on PM6-SiO-10:Y6 exhibits the most appropriate phase separation morphology, resulting in effective exciton dissociation, more balanced hole-electron transport and less recombination. Consequently, the highest PCE of 16.69% with an outstanding shortcircuit current density of 26.96 mA·cm^(-2) was obtained, which are one of the highest values for siloxane-functionalized polymer-based *** work demonstrates that finely controlling the content of siloxane-functionalized thiophene is beneficial for obtaining high-performance terpolymer donors and provides a novel and low-cost method to improve photovoltaic performance.

In this paper, a feature interactive bi-temporal change detection network (FIBTNet) is designed to solve the problem of pseudo change in remote sensing image building change detection. The network improves the accuracy of change detection through bi-temporal feature interaction. FIBTNet designs a bi-temporal feature exchange architecture (EXA) and a bi-temporal difference extraction architecture (DFA). EXA improves the feature exchange ability of the model encoding process through multiple space, channel or hybrid feature exchange methods, while DFA uses the change residual (CR) module to improve the ability of the model decoding process to extract different features at multiple scales. Additionally, at the junction of encoder and decoder, channel exchange is combined with the CR module to achieve an adaptive channel exchange, which further improves the decision-making performance of model feature fusion. Experimental results on the LEVIR-CD and S2Looking datasets demonstrate that iCDNet achieves superior F1 scores, Intersection over Union (IoU), and Recall compared to mainstream building change detection models, confirming its effectiveness and superiority in the field of remote sensing image change detection. The timing of flowering is an important driver of species distribution and community assembly ***,we still have much to learn about the factors that shape flowering diversity(i.e.,number of species flowering per period) in plant *** potential explanation of flowering diversity is the mid-domain effect,which states that geometric constraints on species ranges within a bounded domain(space or time) will yield a mid-domain peak in diversity regardless of ecological ***,we determine whether the mid-domain effect explains peak flowering time(i.e.,when most species of communities are flowering) across *** used phenological data of 16,267 herbaceous and woody species from the provincial Flora in China and species distribution data from the Chinese Vascular Plant Distribution Database to determine relationships between the observed number of species flowering and the number of species flowering as predicted by the mid-domain effect model,as well as between three climatic variables(mean minimum monthly temperature,mean monthly precipitation,and mean monthly sunshine duration).We found that the mid-domain effect explained a significant proportion of the temporal variation in flowering diversity across all species in ***,the mid-domain effect explained a greater proportion of variance in flowering diversity at higher latitudes than at lower *** patterns of flowering diversity for both herbaceous and woody species were related to both the mid-domain effect and environmental *** findings indicate that including geometric constraints in conjunction with abiotic and biotic predictors will improve predictions of flowering diversity patterns.

Eight zwitterionic rare earth metal complexes stabilized by amino-bridged tris(phenolato)ligands bearing quaternary ammonium side-arms were synthesized and *** complexes were used as single-component catalysts for the cycloaddition of CO_(2)and epoxides,and their catalytic activities are obviously higher than those of their binary *** studies revealed that the halide anions(Cl^(–),Br^(–),I^(–))and the metal complexes influenced the catalytic activity,and the lanthanum complex bearing iodide anion showed the highest catalytic activity for this addition reaction.A variety of mono-substituted epoxides were converted to cyclic carbonates in good to excellent yields(55%—99%)with high selectivity(>99%)at 30℃and 1 bar CO_(2),whereas internal epoxides required higher both reaction temperatures(60—120℃)and catalyst loading(2 mol%)for high *** catalyst was recyclable for four times without noticeable loss of catalytic *** on the results of kinetic studies and in℃situ IR reactions,a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.

Solid-state lithium metal batteries are one of the most promising options for next-generation batteries pursuing high-energy density and ***,the inevitable volatilization of lithium compounds during sintering leads to low relative density and low ionic conductivity of solid-state ***,the dynamic lithium-compensation mechanism is proposed to facilitate the densification of Ta-substituted garnet-type electrolyte(Li_(6.5)La_(3)Zr_(1.5)Ta_(0.5)O_(12)(LLZT))through the reversible manipulating of Li_(2)O ***_(2)ZrO_(3)is used as mother powder additive,which reacts with Li_(2)O in sintering atmosphere and forms Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7).Li_(2)ZrO_(3)/Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)buffer pair manipulates the sintering Li_(2)O atmosphere,which is vital for LLZT,within the Li_(2)O partial pressure range corresponding to Li_(2)ZrO_(3)and Li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7).Furthermore,the reversibility mechanism of buffer pair for Li_(2)O absorption and release is *** obtained LLZT exhibits a relative density of over 96%and an ionic conductivity exceeding 7×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1)with no abnormal grain *** symmetric cell demonstrates an excellent lithium dendrite suppressing ability(stable cycling at a current density of 0.3 mA·cm^(−2)for over 1000 h).Such dynamic lithium-compensation strategy has been successfully applied in atmosphere manipulation of LLZT sintering process,which reduces the dependence of LLZT on the Li_(2)O atmosphere,making it conducive to large-scale preparation of electrolyte ceramics.

Flexible load can optimize the load curve,which is an important means to promote renewable energy *** peculiarities of electricity,heat,cooling and gas loads are analyzed in this paper,considering the fuzzy degree of human perception for water temperature,and the characteristic model of hot water load is *** the fuzzy degree of human perception of ambient temperature,the characteristic model of cooling load is established by using PMV and PPD ***,considering four combinations of cut load,translatable load,transferable load and alternative load,and considering the coupling relationship of composite parts,different response models of load are established *** the minimum cost of the system,including operation and compensation costs as the objective function,the optimization scheduling model of the regional integrated energy system is established,and the Gurobi solver is used for simulation analysis to solve the optimal output and load response curve of each piece of *** results show that the load curve can be optimized,the flexible regulation ability of the regional integrated energy system can be enhanced,the energy loss of the system can be reduced,and the wind power consumption ability of the system can be increased by considering the integrated demand response.
