Spinal cord injuries impose a notably economic burden on society,mainly because of the severe after-effects they *** the ongoing development of various therapies for spinal cord injuries,their effectiveness remains ***,a deeper understanding of metabolism has opened up a new therapeutic opportunity in the form of metabolic *** this review,we explore the metabolic changes that occur during spinal cord injuries,their consequences,and the therapeutic tools available for metabolic *** spinal cord metabolism is characterized by independent cellular metabolism and intercellular metabolic ***,spinal cord injury results in metabolic disorders that include disturbances in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and mitochondrial *** metabolic disturbances lead to corresponding pathological changes,including the failure of axonal regeneration,the accumulation of scarring,and the activation of *** rescue spinal cord injury at the metabolic level,potential metabolic reprogramming approaches have emerged,including replenishing metabolic substrates,reconstituting metabolic couplings,and targeting mitochondrial therapies to alter cell *** available evidence suggests that metabolic reprogramming holds great promise as a next-generation approach for the treatment of spinal cord *** further advance the metabolic treatment of the spinal cord injury,future efforts should focus on a deeper understanding of neurometabolism,the development of more advanced metabolomics technologies,and the design of highly effective metabolic interventions.

The detection of crack defects on the walls of road tunnels is a crucial step in the process of ensuring travel safetyand performing routine tunnel maintenance. The automatic and accurate detection of cracks on the surface of roadtunnels is the key to improving the maintenance efficiency of road tunnels. Machine vision technology combinedwith a deep neural network model is an effective means to realize the localization and identification of crackdefects on the surface of road *** propose a complete set of automatic inspection methods for identifyingcracks on the walls of road tunnels as a solution to the problem of difficulty in identifying cracks during manualmaintenance. First, a set of equipment applied to the real-time acquisition of high-definition images of walls inroad tunnels is designed. Images of walls in road tunnels are acquired based on the designed equipment, whereimages containing crack defects are manually identified and selected. Subsequently, the training and validationsets used to construct the crack inspection model are obtained based on the acquired images, whereas the regionscontaining cracks and the pixels of the cracks are finely labeled. After that, a crack area sensing module is designedbased on the proposed you only look once version 7 model combined with coordinate attention mechanism (CAYOLOV7) network to locate the crack regions in the road tunnel surface images. Only subimages containingcracks are acquired and sent to the multiscale semantic segmentation module for extraction of the pixels to whichthe cracks belong based on the DeepLab V3+ network. The precision and recall of the crack region localizationon the surface of a road tunnel based on our proposed method are 82.4% and 93.8%, respectively. Moreover, themean intersection over union (MIoU) and pixel accuracy (PA) values for achieving pixel-level detection accuracyare 76.84% and 78.29%, respectively. 目的:探讨人毛囊真皮鞘细胞(hHF-DSCs)移植对兔跟腱炎的治疗效果。方法:采集人后枕部毛囊单位,并进行分离培养获得hHF-DSCs。选取30只雄性大白兔随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组,每组10只。模型组及治疗组于兔左侧跟腱止点上1 cm处多点注射Ⅰ型胶原酶建立跟腱炎兔模型。建立跟腱炎模型成功后于第0、3、6、13天,治疗组在兔跟腱患侧注射0.5 ml的hHF-DSCs,模型组与对照组在兔跟腱相同部位注射相同体积0.9%氯化钠溶液。观察各组兔跟腱外观以及组织病理学染色结果。采用ELISA法检测跟腱组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量以及肌腱蛋白C(TNC)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平。采用免疫组化法检测跟腱组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原(collagenⅠ、Ⅲ)表达水平。采用牵拉法检测跟腱组织生物力学。结果:分离培养后的hHF-DSCs表面CD14、CD34、CD45和人类白细胞抗原-DR(HLA-DR)几乎不表达,CD49d、CD90、CD73和CD105表达率接近100%。与对照组比较,模型组步态改变明显,跟腱红肿、无弹性、无光泽。HE染色结果显示,模型组胶原纤维排列疏松,原核细胞较少,分布紊乱不均匀,表明跟腱炎兔模型构建成功。治疗组跟腱组织弹性和光泽度好于模型组,且治疗组HE染色显示胶原纤维排列整齐,无明显纤维坏死,炎症细胞较少,胶原纤维原核细胞数量正常。模型组HYP含量低于对照组和治疗组,对照组高于治疗组(均P<0.05)。模型组MMP-9水平高于对照组和治疗组,治疗组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。模型组TNC水平低于对照组和治疗组,治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组和模型组兔跟腱组织IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α表达水平升高(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,治疗组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平降低(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,治疗组collagenⅠ、Ⅲ升高(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组collagenⅠ、Ⅲ降低(均P<0.05)。模型组跟腱最大负荷低于对照组,治疗组高于模型组(均P<0.05)。结论:hHF-DSCs移植治疗兔跟腱炎,能够促进受损跟腱组织修复及胶原合成,降低胶原降解,减轻炎症反应。

Acoustic emission(AE)localization algorithms based on homogeneous media or single-velocity are less accurate when applied to the triaxial localization *** the end,a robust triaxial localization method of AE source using refraction path is ***,the control equation of the refraction path is established according to the sensor coordinates and arrival ***,considering the influence of time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)errors,the residual of the governing equation is calculated to estimate the equation ***,the refraction points in different directions are solved using Snell’s law and orthogonal ***,the source coordinates are iteratively solved by weighted correction *** feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by pencil-lead breaking *** simulation results show that the new method is almost unaffected by the refraction ratio,and always holds more stable and accurate positioning performance than the traditional method under different ratios and scales of TDOA outliers.

A nonchlorinated solvent-processed polymer semiconductor for high-performance ambipolar transistors

Ambipolar polymer semiconductors are potentially serviceable for logic circuits, light-emitting field-effect transistors(LFETs) and polymer solar cells(PSCs). Although several high-performance ambipolar polymers have been developed, their optoelectronic devices are generally processed from toxic chlorinated solvents. To achieve the commercial applications of organic FETs(OFETs), the polymers should be processed from nonchlorinated solvents, instead of chlorinated solvents. However, most conjugated polymers show poor solubility in nonchlorinated solvents. It is of great importance to develop ambipolar polymers that can be processed from nonchlorinated solvents. Here, we develop a nonchlorinated solvent processed polymer named poly[7-fluoro-N, N′-di(4-decyltetradecyl)-7′-azaisoindigo-6′,6′′-(thieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2,5-diyl)-7′′′-fluoro-N′′, N′′′-di(4-decyltetradecyl)-7′′-azaisoindigo-6,6′′′-([2,2′′-bithiophene]-5,5′′-diyl)](PITTI-BT) by designing a monomer with a large molar mass. The polymer displays good solubility in p-xylene(PX). Well-aligned films of PITTI-BT are achieved by an off-center spin-coating(SC) method. Based on the high-quality films, the OFETs fabricated from PX solution achieve record ambipolar performance with hole and electron mobilities of 3.06 and2.81 cm~2 V-1s-1, respectively. The combination of nonchlorinated solvents and good alignment process offers an effective and eco-friendly approach to obtain high-performance ambipolar transistors.

联合战术信息分发系统(Joint Tactical Information Distribution System,JTIDS)作为Link16的通信载体为多军种协同作战提供服务。当前,高精尖武器装备的数量激增,进而JTIDS终端增多,导致非正交跳频层叠网间的邻频干扰和同频干扰发生的概率很大。基于此,分析了改用高斯最小频移键控(Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying,GMSK)调制后,JTIDS的频谱特征。同时,仿真分析了改进系统对于互干扰和同频干扰的健壮程度。仿真结果表明,在邻频干扰和同频干扰下,JTIDS误码率显著提高,使用复杂度更高的GMSK解调的JTIDS性能比原系统更好。

Towards Semi-supervised Classification of Abnormal Spectrum Signals Based on Deep Learning

In order to cope with the heavy labor cost challenge of the manual abnormal spectrum classification and improve the effectiveness of existing machine learning schemes for spectral datasets with interference-to-signal ratios,we proposes a semi-supervised classification of abnormal spectrum signals(SSC-ASS),aimed at addressing some of the challenges in abnormal spectrum signal(ASS) classification tasks.A significant advantage of SSC-ASS is that it does not require manual labeling of every abnormal data,but instead achieves high-precision classification of ASSs using only a small number of labeled ***,the method can to some extent avoid the introduction of erroneous information resulting from the complex and variable nature of abnormal signals,thereby improving classification ***,SSC-ASS uses a memory AutoEncoder module to efficiently extract features from abnormal spectrum signals by learning from the reconstruction ***,SSC-ASS combines convolutional neural network and the K-means using a DeepCluster framework to fully utilize the unlabeled ***,SSC-ASS also utilizes pre-training,category mean memory module and replaces pseudo-labels to further improve the classification accuracy of *** we verify the classification effectiveness of SSC-ASS on synthetic spectrum datasets and real on-air spectrum dataset.

研究以餐厨垃圾为原料,在中温(37℃)和高温(55℃)条件下开展批次试验。通过测定各项产气指标探究不同温度对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产气性能的影响,并采用Gompertz模型和一级动力学模型对中温和高温条件下餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵累计产甲烷量进行拟合。结果表明,高温厌氧发酵最大产甲烷潜能为398.33 mL·g^(-1)VS,高出中温发酵32.37%,高温条件下餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵累积沼气产量和甲烷产量分别为665.89和399.41 mL·g^(-1)VS,显著高于中温条件下的累积沼气产量及甲烷产量。餐厨垃圾高温发酵甲烷生成速率常数k为0.43558 d^(-1),高于中温发酵动力学常数(k=0.31367 d^(-1)),餐厨垃圾高温厌氧发酵产甲烷速率高于中温发酵。综上所述,相较于中温条件,高温条件下餐厨垃圾批次厌氧发酵产气性能更优异。
