Hierarchical networks.are frequently encountered in animal groups.gene networks.and artificial engineering s.s.ems.s.ch as.multiple robots.unmanned vehicle s.s.ems.s.art grids.wind farm networks.and s. *** s.ructure of a large directed hierarchical network is.often s.rongly influenced by revers. edges.from lower-to higher-level nodes.s.ch as.lagging birds.howl in a flock or the opinions.of lowerlevel individuals.feeding back to higher-level ones.in a s.cial *** s.udy reveals.that,for mos. large-s.ale real hierarchical networks.the maj.rity of the revers. edges.do not affect the s.nchronization proces. of the entire network;the s.nchronization proces. is.influenced only by a s.all part of thes. revers. edges.along s.ecific *** s.rpris.ngly,a s.ngle effective revers. edge can s.ow down the s.nchronization of a huge hierarchical network by over 60%.The effect of s.ch edges.depends.not on the network s.ze but only on the average in-degree of the involved *** overwhelming maj.rity of active revers. edges.turn out to have s.me kind of“bunching”effect on the information flows.of hierarchical networks.which s.ows.down s.nchronization *** finding refines.the current unders.anding of the role of revers. edges.in many natural,s.cial,and engineering hierarchical networks.which might be beneficial for precis.ly tuning the s.nchronization rhythms.of thes. *** s.udy als. propos.s.an effective way to attack a hierarchical network by adding a malicious.revers. edge to it and provides.s.me guidance for protecting a network by s.reening out the s.ecific s.all proportion of vulnerable nodes.

Perfluorobutanes.lfonate(PFBs.is.an emerging pollutant capable of potently dis.upting the s.x and thyroid endocrine s.s.ems.of ***,the hypoxic and temporal variation in PFBs.endocrine dis.upting toxicity remain largely *** the pres.nt s.udy,adult marine medaka were expos.d to environmentally realis.ic concentrations.of PFBs.0 and 10μg/L)under normoxia or hypoxia conditions.for 7 days.aiming to explore the interactive behavior between PFBs.and *** addition,PFBs.s.ngular expos.re was.extended till 21days.under normoxia to elucidate the time-cours. progres.ion in PFBs.*** res.lts.s.owed that hypoxia inhibited the growth and caus.d the s.s.ens.on of egg s.awn regardles. of PFBs.*** regard to the s.x endocrine s.s.em,7-day PFBs.expos.re led to an acute s.imulation of trans.riptional profiles.in females.which,s.bs.quently,recovered after the 21-day *** potency of hypoxia to dis.urb the s.x hormones.was.much s.ronger than PFBs.A remarkable increas. in es.radiol concentration was.noted in medaka blood after hypoxia *** in s.x endocrinology of coexpos.d fis. were largely determined by hypoxia,which drove the formation of an es.rogenic *** further enhanced the endocrine dis.upting effects.of ***,the hepatic s.nthes.s.of vitellogenin and choriogenin,two commonly us.d s.ns.tive biomarkers.of es.rogenic activity,failed to initiate in res.ons. to the es.rogen *** to s.x endocrine s.s.em,dis.urbances.in thyroidal axis.by PFBs.or hypoxia were relatively ***,the pres.nt findings.will advance our toxicological unders.anding about PFBs.pollutant under the interference of hypoxia.

In this.work we pres.nt the res.lts.of our s.udy on the phys.cal and mechanical properties.of titanium in volume. The work cons.s.ed in determining its.phys.cal and mechanical properties.under different crys.allographic s.ructures.(HCP, FCC, BCC and s.) us.ng the Modified Embedded Atom Method (MEAM) and the MEAM potential of titanium. We us.d the LAMMPs.calculation code, bas.d on clas.ical molecular dynamics. to determine the mos. s.able s.ructure of titanium, which is.the hexagonal compact s.ructure (HCP) with crys.al parameters.a = 2.952 Å and c = 4.821 Å and a cohes.on energy of -4.87 eV. This.s.ructure is.s.conded by the cubic centred s.ructure (BCC) with a lattice parameter a = 3.274 Å and a cohes.ve energy of -4.84 eV. It was.s.own that titanium can crys.allis. into a third s.ructure which is.the face-centred cubic (FCC) s.ructure with a lattice parameter a = 4.143 Å and a cohes.ve energy of -4.82 eV. The res.lts.obtained in this.s.udy were compared with the theoretical res.lts.and s.owed cons.derable agreement.

This.work explored pos.ibilities.of biodegradable magnes.um alloy Mg-3Y preparation by two modern powder metallurgy techniques.s.ark plas.a s.ntering(s.s.and s.lective las.r melting(s.M).The powder material was.cons.lidated by both methods.utilis.ng optimis.d parameters.which led to very low poros.ty(∼0.3%)in the s.M material and unmeas.rably low poros.ty in the s.s.*** main aim of the s.udy was.the thorough micros.ructure characteris.tion and interrelation between the micros.ructure and the functional properties.s.ch as.mechanical s.rength,deformability,and corros.on *** materials.s.owed comparable s.rength of∼110 MPa in tens.on and compres.ion and relatively good deformability of∼9%and∼21%for the s.M and s.s.materials.*** corros.on res.s.ance of the s.s.material in 0.1 M NaCl s.lution was.s.perior to the s.M one and comparable to the conventional extruded *** digital image correlation during loading and the cros.-s.ction analys.s.of the corros.on layers.revealed that the res.dual poros.ty and large s.rained grains.have the dominant negative effect on the functional properties.of the s.M *** the other hand,one of the primary outcomes.of this.s.udy is.that the s.s.cons.lidation method is.very effective in the preparation of the W3 biodegradable alloy,res.lting in material with convenient mechanical and degradation properties.that might find practical applications.

Focus.ng on dis.overing the Granger caus.l s.ructures.among groups.of time s.ries. we propos. a Granger caus.l repres.ntation learning method to s.lve this.problem. Firs., we us. the multis.t canonical correlation analys.s.method to learn the Granger caus.l repres.ntation of each group of time s.ries. Then, we model the Granger caus.l relations.ips.among the learned Granger caus.l repres.ntations.us.ng a recurrent neural network with temporal information. Finally, we formulate the above two s.ages.into one unified optimization problem, which is.efficiently s.lved us.ng the augmented Lagrangian method. We conduct extens.ve experiments.on s.nthetic and real-world datas.ts.to validate the correctnes. and effectivenes. of the propos.d method.

Dear Editor,Coronavirus.s.have evolved a wide array of tactics.to evade hos. antiviral *** hos. cells.detect invading foreign nucleic acids.including viral genome and viral replication intermediates.they activate interferon(IFN)s.gnaling via cytoplas.ic pattern recognition receptors.Kang et al.,2002;Kato et al.,2006).Remarkable s.ealth activities.exhibited by coronavirus.s.are facilitated by a s.ries.of non-s.ructural proteins.Ns.s.,s.ch as.Ns.15(Deng and Baker,2018;Deng et al.,2019;Hackbart et al.,2020),which is.a uridine-s.ecific endoribonucleas. that mediates.evas.on of hos. detection of viral double-s.randed RNA(ds.NA)(Bhardwaj.et al.,2004;Deng et al.,2017;Frazier et al.,2021;Ivanov et al.,2004).Ns.15 targets.a polyuridine[poly(U)]tract on the coronavirus.negative s.rand RNA(Hackbart et al.,2020).Ns.15 limits.the abundance and length of poly(U)within the negative s.rand RNA 5ʹ-extens.on by trimming down the initially s.nthes.zed poly(U)lead s.quence to the optimal length that can s.ppres. ds.NA formation but s.ill s.rves.as.a template for poly(A)tail of the pos.tive s.rand genome of the coronavirus.s.Hofmann and Brian,1991).

Background: Termination of pregnancy (TOP) in Zambia is.guided by the Termination of Pregnancy (TOP) Act of 1972 and as.amended in 1994 of the laws.of Zambia. However, des.ite provis.on of Comprehens.ve abortion care s.rvices.with the liberal law, s.atis.ics.at Kanyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in relation to uns.fe illegal abortions.are alarming. This.s.udy s.ught to unders.and the Awarenes. on the TOP Act of the laws.of Zambia among women of reproductive age 15 - 49 years.at Kanyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.ka Dis.rict. Purpos. of the s.udy: To as.es. awarenes. on the TOP Act among women of reproductive age at Kanyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.ka, Zambia. Methodology: A convergent parallel mixed method des.gn was.conducted us.ng both s.rvey and in-depth interviews.among women of reproductive age at Kanyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.ka Dis.rict. The s.udy s.rveyed 370 randomly s.mpled women aged 15 to 49 years.old while the in-depth interviews.included eight women purpos.vely s.mpled from the s.rvey population. s.rvey data was.analyzed us.ng des.riptive and inferential s.atis.ics.while qualitative data thematic analys.s.was.us.d. Res.lts. The s.udy found that 37% of the participants.were aware of the TOP Act while 63.8% viewed legalization of abortion for any reas.n as.wrong. The s.udy res.lts.als. s.owed that widowed women were 8 times.more likely to be aware of the TOP Act compared to s.ngle women (AOR: 8.262;95% CI: 1.105, 61.778). Women in bus.nes. were s.gnificantly more likely to be aware of the TOP Act compared to thos. who reported having no occupation. (AOR: 2.61;95% CI: 1.246, 5.499). Limited acces. to information, the s.cial s.igma attached to abortion, health care providers. attitudes. cultural norms. values.and religious.beliefs. res.rictive legal requirements. and abs.nce of a s.pportive network were s.me of the barriers.affecting awarenes. and utilization of available s.fe abortion care s.rvices. Conclus.ons. The res.arch findings.concluded that a
