Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

目前柔性结构损伤检测需多个传感器,且需要探测器具有极高的采集频率。光纤光栅具有动态响应快、易实现分布式测量等特点,为解决上述问题提供了有效的途径,提出采用线性啁啾光栅(LCFBG)实现动态应力场探测。首先,用传输矩阵理论建立了LCFBG反射光谱应变传感模型,用衰减正弦函数模拟沿LCFBG分布的动态应力场。通过仿真实验,详细研究了LCFBG反射光谱对不同振幅、不同衰减系数与不同传播速度动态应力场的响应特性。实验结果表明,LCFBG反射光谱的反射率、波长变化与光谱形状均与动态应力场上述参数有关,但是LCFBG反射光谱对动态应力场不同参数的响应规律不同。在一定范围内,LCFBG反射光谱的最大反射率随动态应力场幅值与速度的增大而增大,最终趋于一稳定值,但其随阻尼系数增大而减小。最后,研制了以LCFBG为敏感元件的传感器,并构建了动态应力场实验平台,实验结果与仿真实验数据基本一致。提供了一种通过实时采集LCFBG全光谱信息探测动态应力场的新方法。

电离层调制加热能够有效激发极低频和甚低频(ELF/VLF)波,其中向上传播进入磁层的ELF/VLF波能够与高能电子发生共振相互作用,具有人工沉降高能电子、消除辐射带等潜在实际用途.本文综合运用射线追踪和试验粒子方法模拟电离层人工激发的单频ELF/VLF波在电离层和磁层的传播,以及在外辐射带层与高能电子的共振相互作用过程,通过投掷角和能量散射系数评估人工ELF/VLF波对磁层高能电子的共振散射效应.研究表明,电离层人工ELF/VLF波传播到磁层后呈现高倾斜性,传播所能跨域的空间范围主要取决于加热的纬度位置和调制频率.在内辐射带,与～100 keV到几个MeV高能电子发生一阶共振相互作用的为>10 kHz的VLF波段;在外辐射带,为几百Hz到1 kHz的ELF波段.对于L=4.5的外辐射带,试验粒子模拟结果显示,单个粒子在人工ELF波作用下投掷角和能量(α,E)的改变具有随机性,而所有试验粒子平均化的?α2和?E2随时间呈现出近似线性的增大,说明波粒共振散射过程体现出整体性.基于试验粒子模拟得到的共振散射系数表明,幅度为10 pT的人工ELF波可在外辐射带的磁赤道局地对1 MeV电子产生较强的投掷角散射效应,进而影响高能电子的损失、沉降等动力学过程.当人工ELF/VLF波在传播过程中变得高度倾斜,不仅最基本的一阶共振十分重要,高阶共振散射也具有较大效应.这些定量分析结果表明,通过电离层加热激发人工ELF/VLF哨声波来沉降、消除辐射带高能电子具有可行性.

AIM： To assess the effect of notoginsenoside R1 on hepatic microcirculatory disturbance induced by gut ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） in mice. METHODS： The superior mesenteric artery （SMA） of C57/BL mice was ligated for 15 min to induce gut ischemia followed by 30-rain reperfusion. In another set of experiments, R1 was continuously infused （10 mg/kg per hour） from 10 min before I/R until the end of the investigation to study the influence of R1 on hepatic microcirculatory disturbance induced by gut I/R. Hepatic microcirculation was observed by inverted microscopy, and the vascular diameter, red blood cell （RBC） velocity and sinusoid perfusion were estimated. Leukocyte rolling and adhesion were observed under a laser confocal microscope. Thirty and 60 min after reperfusion, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, alanine aminotransferase （ALl＇） and aspartate transaminase （AST） in peripheral blood were determined. The expression of adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 in neutrophils and tumor necrosis factor- alpha （TNF-α）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 （MCP-1） in plasma were evaluated by flow Oltometry. E-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ICAM-1） in hepatic tissue were examined by ***： After gut I/R, the diameters of terminal portal venules and central veins, RBC velocity and the number of perfused sinusoids were decreased, while the leukocyte rolling and adhesion, the expression of E-selectin in hepatic vessels and CD18 in neutrophils, IL-6, MCP-1, LDH, ALT and AST were increased. R1 treatment attenuated these alterations except for IL-6 and MCP-1. CONCLUSION： R1 prevents I/R-induced hepatic microcirculation disturbance and hepatocyte injury, The effect of R1 is related to its inhibition of leukocyte rolling and adhesion by inhibiting the expression of E-selectin in endothelium and CD18 in neutrophils.

背景:羟基磷灰石功能梯度生物材料对硬组织替代或种植体领域的研究起到积极的推动作用。目的:综述近年国内外羟基磷灰石功能梯度生物材料在硬组织替换中的应用及研究进展。方法:由第一作者检索Pub Med数据及中国期刊全文数据库2010年1月至2017年4月有关功能梯度生物材料应用于硬组织替换的文献,检索关键词为"功能梯度生物材料,硬组织替代,制备技术,性能评价,牙种植体,骨组织;Functional graded biomaterial,Hard tissue replacement implants,Preparation methods,Performance evaluation,Dental implants,Osseous tissue"。结果与结论:功能梯度生物材料是一种在结构和组成要素上连续或准连续变化、其性能相应于结构与组分而发生可控和可设计的渐变非均质复合材料,羟基磷灰石是该材料表面应用的首要选择。功能梯度生物材料既充分发挥了各材料的性能优势又减少了其内部应力界面,呈现出优良的力学和生物学性能,因此在骨组织替代或种植体修复领域受到广泛关注。由于功能梯度生物材料结构的独特性,因而其设计、制备技术和性能优化成为今后研究的重点和热点。

Objective:This study was performed to estimate the prevalence of hidradenitis suppurativa(HS)in China and describe the demographic and clinical features of HS in the Chinese ***:This multicenter clinic-based cross-sectional study was conducted in dermatology clinics within 19 hospitals located in 15 cities/provinces across China from September to October *** prevalence of HS was calculated as the percentage of patients with HS among all visitors at participating clinics during the 1-month study *** was independently diagnosed by two certified dermatologists at each *** visitors at participating clinics were screened,and all patients with HS were invited to participate in a questionnaire survey to elucidate the demographics and clinical features of HS in the Chinese ***:We identified 92 patients with HS among 274,742 visitors at participating *** prevalence rate was 0.03349%or 33.49 per 100,000 population(95%confidence interval,26.64–40.32),and the female:male ratio was 1.0:***:The overall prevalence of HS in China was lower than that in Western and other Asian countries with a predominance of male patients.

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.
