With the widespread use of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy,more and more gastric polyps(GPs)are being *** management strategies often rely on histopathologic examination,which can be time-consuming and may not guide immediate clinical *** paper aims to introduce a novel classification system for GPs based on their potential risk of malignant transformation,categorizing them as"good","bad",and"ugly".A review of the literature and clinical case analysis were conducted to explore the clinical implications,management strategies,and the system's application in endoscopic *** polyps,mainly including fundic gland polyps and inflammatory fibrous polyps,have a low risk of malignancy and typically require minimal or no *** polyps,mainly including hyperplastic polyps and adenomas,pose an intermediate risk of malignancy,necessitating closer monitoring or *** polyps,mainly including type 3 neuroendocrine tumors and early gastric cancer,indicate a high potential for malignancy and require urgent and comprehensive *** new classification system provides a simplified and practical framework for diagnosing and managing GPs,improving diagnostic accuracy,guiding individualized treatment,and promoting advancements in endoscopic *** some challenges,such as the risk of misclassification due to similar endoscopic appearances,this system is essential for the standardized management of *** also lays the foundation for future research into biomarkers and the development of personalized medicine.

Tuojiang River Basin is a first-class tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River—which is the longest river in *** phytoplankton are sensitive indicators of trophic changes inwater bodies,characterizing phytoplankton communities and their growth influencing factors in polluted urban rivers can provide new ideas for pollution ***,we used direct microscopic count and environmental DNA(eDNA)metabarcoding methods to investigate phytoplankton community structure in Tuojiang River Basin(chengdu,Sichuan Province,China).The association between phytoplankton community structure and water environmental factors was evaluated by Mantel *** environmental monitoring data were used to pinpoint major factors that influenced phytoplankton growth based on structural equation *** the phylum level,the dominant phytoplankton taxa identified by the conventional microscopic method mainly belonged to Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,and Cyanophyta,in contrast with Chlorophyta,Dinophyceae,and Bacillariophyta identified by eDNA ***α-diversity analysis,eDNA metabarcoding detected greater species diversity and achieved higher precision than the microscopic *** growth was largely limited by phosphorus based on the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratios>16:1 in all water *** analysis and structural equation modeling also confirmed that the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio was the principal factor influencing phytoplankton *** results could be useful for implementing comprehensive management of the river basin *** is recommended to control the discharge of point-and surface-source pollutants and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in areas with excessive nutrients(e.g.,Jianyang-Ziyang).Algae monitoring techniques and removal strategies should be improved in 201 Hospital,Hongrihe Bridge and Colmar Town areas.

基于系统动力学的北京市再生水利用潜力与生态网络特征分析

为应对再生水利用的潜在风险,有必要对再生水利用与再生水系统网络稳定性之间的不确定性关系展开研究。以北京市为研究区域,基于2015—2020年再生水需求、供给、利用及其影响因素,采用系统动力学方法构建了再生水供需模型,揭示了2020—2050年再生水供需变化特征,并确定了7种工业再生水使用情景下的生态环境、生活、工业、污水处理和再生水利用部门间用水变化。此外,基于生态网络分析方法,分析了再生水系统网络系统代谢效率、冗余和部门关系特征,揭示了再生水系统鲁棒性水平和互惠程度。研究结果表明:(1)再生水系统模拟值与现实值的误差小于10%,所构建再生水系统动力学模型能准确反馈再生水各变量间因果关系。经模拟发现,北京市2015—2050年再生水供给量增幅(2.55%)远低于再生水需求量增幅(2.82%)。(2)2020—2050年各情景下再生水系统平均鲁棒性指数呈现“先上升后下降”趋势。(3)在工业再生水比例为0.45时,再生水系统平均鲁棒性指数达到最大值0.28。此时再生水大量流入工业部门,形成工业对再生水的依赖,从而大大减少工业用水压力。通过结合系统动力学与生态网络方法,明晰了工业再生水潜力,为北京市工业部门节约用水提供参考。

我国是多自然灾害国家,极端天气下日益频发的多灾害给配电系统安全运行带来巨大威胁。新型配电系统建设背景下,配电网受灾对象范围拓展、致灾机理更加复杂、供电支撑多元化,多灾害地区配电网应具备对极端自然灾害的预防、感知、抵御、恢复等能力。以配电网为研究对象,阐述了多灾害地区概念及我国多灾害地区配电网地理分布情况,从多灾害地区配电网受灾机理与仿真技术、防灾规划设计技术、防灾运行与复电技术三个方面进行了详细梳理与讨论。在此基础上,从提升配电网长期本质防灾能力与满足短时应急供电需求的角度,总结多灾害地区配电网防灾能力提升技术的研究趋势,为建设新型配电系统、提升其防灾能力提供参考。

Semiconductor clusters enable high-efficiency extraction of hot electrons from gold nanorods for photocatalytic organic conversions

Plasmon-induced hot energy in metal nanostructures holds great promise for photocatalytic organic conversions. However,maintaining the high-energy state of hot electrons within these structures remains challenging, even in hybrid metal-semiconductor heterojunctions. The rapid relaxation of hot electrons（bing ultra-small metal chalcogenide semiconductor clusters（P2） with gold nanorods（AuNRs）, which exhibits high-efficiency extraction of hot electrons and photocatalytic application. The robust binding of P2 cluster, with its smaller volume and larger energy level splitting compared to large-sized quantum dots, not only significantly increases the yield of hot electrons but also enables their rapid extraction and sustains long-lived（> 2 ns） high-energy states. As a proof of concept, the composite photocatalyst achieves near-infrared-lightdriven C（sp3）–S cross-coupling reactions for the first time. This protocol effectively produces over 50 alkylthioethers from a wide scope range of non-active alkyl bromides and chlorides, aryl and alkyl thiols. This work provides a new strategy for highefficiency extraction of hot electrons within plasmonic metal nanostructures and paves the way for hot electron-driven photocatalytic organic transformations.

中华按蚊GR基因家族的全基因组鉴定及特性分析

【目的】在全基因组水平上鉴定中华按蚊Anopheles sinensis味觉受体(gustatory receptor,GR)蛋白家族基因,分析GR基因家族成员的结构和特征,预测其家族成员可能的生物学功能,为中华按蚊GR基因家族提供信息框架。【方法】从NCBI和Vectorbase数据库中下载冈比亚按蚊***、致倦库蚊Culex quinquefasciatus、埃及伊蚊Aedes aegypti和黑腹果蝇Drosophila melanogaster已知的GR氨基酸序列作为询问序列,通过Blast和HMM方法在全基因组水平上搜索和鉴定中华按蚊的GR家族基因并命名;通过生物信息学方法预测中华按蚊GR基因的基本特征(理化性质、基因结构及基因组定位)、保守结构域及Ka/Ks比值等;通过MEGA软件运用最大似然法构建中华按蚊和冈比亚按蚊GR基因编码蛋白系统发育树。【结果】中华按蚊基因组中共筛选鉴定出54个GR基因。参考冈比亚按蚊分类和基于系统发生关系,将中华按蚊AsGRs分为CO_(2)受体、苦味受体、糖受体和信息素受体4个亚家族,分别有3,40,6和5个受体。其中CO_(2)受体和糖受体聚成一支,信息素受体聚类成一个分支,而苦味受体则分散在整个系统发育树中。54个中华按蚊GR基因定位在Chr.1和Chr.2染色体上;AsGRs的氨基酸数量为128~3429,分子量是14.85~397.08 kD,理论等电点(pI)为5.16~9.84,亲水性指数(GRAVY)介于-0.023~0.838;54个中华按蚊AsGR基因的外显子数量为1~23个,跨度较大。大部分中华按蚊与冈比亚按蚊直系同源基因对的Ka/Ks比值都小于1,说明中华按蚊GR家族基因在进化过程中主要是受到纯化选择的作用。【结论】本研究对中华按蚊GR基因家族进行全基因组鉴定和特征分析,丰富了中华按蚊基因组数据库,为后续中华按蚊GR基因的功能研究奠定了一定基础。

正天丸中4种微量元素的含量测定及健康风险评估

目的建立测定正天丸中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)4种微量元素含量的方法,并对其进行健康风险评估。方法采用微波消解法对正天丸样品进行处理,采用等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AES)检测正天丸中4种微量元素的含量,利用聚类分析和相关性分析对数据进行处理;采用靶向危害系数法(target hazard quotient,THQ)和“中药有害物质限量制定指导原则”中的重金属及有害元素最大限量法对不同批次正天丸样品中4种微量元素的污染程度进行风险评估。结果在20.0~200.0 ng·mL^(-1)质量浓度范围内,4种元素的峰面积与质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r≥0.999 7),检出限为0.52~1.14 ng·mL^(-1);加样回收率为98.62%~101.83%,精密度实验、重复性实验、加标回收率实验的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)均小于3%。正天丸中4种微量元素的含量有差异但均符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)中的相关要求,对人体健康不会产生明显影响。结论该方法准确度高、精密度好、分析速度快,可同时测定多种元素,适用于正天丸中4种微量元素的测定,检测的正天丸质量安全性较好,为正天丸的健康风险评估提供科学依据。
