Ag-In intermetallic alloys were produced by using vacuum arc furnace. Differential scanning Calorimetry(DsC) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray spectrometry(EDX) were used to determine the thermal properties and chemical composition of the phases respectively. Microhardness values of Ag-In intermetallics were calculated with Vickers hardness measurement method. According to the experimental results, Ag-34 wt%In intermetallic system generated the best results of energy saving and storage compared to other intermetallic systems. Also from the microhardness results, it was observed that intermetallic alloys were harder than pure silver and Ag-26 wt%In system had the highest microhardness value with 143.45 kg/mm^(2).

The kinetic of low-temperature carrier and lattice of lead-halide perovskite is yet to be fully *** this work,we investigate the steady-state photoluminescences(PLs)of CsPbI_(3)at the environmental temperature(Te)ranging from 20 K to 300 K,and observed anomalous behaviors at cryogenic temperatures:The carrier temperature(Tc)of pure CsPbI_(3)exhibits a negative correlation with Te,accompanied by an expansion in Urbach tails of absorption spectra(Abs.)and excessive red-shifts at peak energy of *** phenomena are also observed in those samples containing a certain amount of Cs_(4)PbI_(6),but to a lesser extent and occurs at lower *** is attributed to the intensified hot phonon bottleneck effect(HPB)in CsPbI_(3)at cryogenic Te,which hinders the energy transfer from hot carriers,via longitudinal optics(LO)phonons to longitudinal acoustic(LA)phonons,to the *** samples under continuous-wave laser excitation,in specific,the barrier induced by the enhanced HPB at low Teprevents the effective thermalization among carriers,LO and LA phonons,which,therefore,form thermally isolated ensembles with different *** cryogenic Terange,the elevated temperatures of carrier and LO phonon expand the high-energy side of PLs and the low-energy tail of Abs.,*** those samples in which the CsPbI_(3)is mixed with Cs_(4)PbI_(6),the interfacial LO-LO interaction across them provides a bypass for heat dissipation,mitigating the heat accumulation in LO-phonons of CsPbI_(3).The results suggest that a strong HPB effect may break the thermal equilibrium among different branches of phonons in the lattice under certain extreme conditions.

Mitotic catastrophe(MC),which occurs under dysregulated mitosis,represents a fascinating tactic to specifically eradicate tumor *** pyroptosis can be a death form of MC remains ***-mediated protein degradation is crucial for ***(BTz),which inhibits the 20s catalytic particle of proteasome,is approved to treat multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma,but not solid tumors due to primary *** date,whether and how proteasome inhibitor affected the fates of cells in M-phase remains ***,we show that BTz treatment,or silencing of PsMC5,a subunit of 19s regulatory particle of proteasome,causes G2-and M-phase arrest,multi-polar spindle formation,and consequent caspase-3/GsDME-mediated pyroptosis in M-phase(designated as mitotic pyroptosis).Further investigations reveal that inhibitor of WEE1/PKMYT1(PD0166285),but not inhibitor of ATR,CHK1 or CHK2,abrogates the BTz-induced G2-phase arrest,thus exacerbates the BTz-induced mitotic arrest and *** BTz and PD0166285 treatment(named BP-Combo)selectively kills various types of solid tumor cells,and significantly lessens the IC50 of both BTz and PD0166285 compared to BTz or PD0166285 *** using various mouse models show that BP-Combo has much stronger inhibition on tumor growth and metastasis than BTz or PD0166285 monotreatment,and no obvious toxicity is observed in BP-Combo-treated *** findings disclose the effect of proteasome inhibitors in inducing pyroptosis in M-phase,characterize pyroptosis as a new death form of mitotic catastrophe,and identify dual inhibition of proteasome and WEE family kinases as a promising anti-cancer strategy to selectively kill solid tumor cells.

BACKGROUND Women with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics have been widely used to improve adherence and prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from previous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics during *** To summarize relevant data on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developmental outcomes from published cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed through November 11,2023,using three online databases:PubMed/MEDLINE,scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative summation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcomes of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 women and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAI antipsychotics was reported in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were administered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had developed gestational diabetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported adverse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term developmental *** Currently available data seem reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAI antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

A NiP/TiO2 composite film on carbon steel was prepared by electroless plating and sol-gel composite process. An artificial neural network was applied to optimize the prepared condition of the composite film. Corrosion behavior of the NiP/TiO2 composite film was investigated by polarization resistance measurement, anode polarization, EsEM （environmental scanning electron microscopy） and EIs （electrochemical impedance spectroscopy） measurements. Results showed that the NiP/ TiO2 composite film has a good corrosion resistance in 0.5mol/L H2sO4 solution. The element valence of the composite film was characterized by XPs （X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy） spectrum, and an anticorrosion mechanism of the composite film was discussed.
