Mang. fruit is one of the main fruit commodities that contributes to Taiwan’s income. The implementation of technolog. is an alternative to increasing.the quality and quantity of mang. plantation product productivity. In this study, a Wireless Sensor Networks (“WSNs”)-based intellig.nt mang. plantation monitoring.system will be developed that implements deep reinforcement learning.(DRL) technolog. in carrying.out prediction tasks based on three classifications: “optimal,” “sub-optimal,” or “not-optimal” conditions based on three parameters including.humidity, temperature, and soil moisture. The key idea is how to provide a precise decision-making.mechanism in the real-time monitoring.system. A value function-based will be employed to perform DRL model called deep Q-network (DQN) which contributes in optimizing.the future reward and performing.the precise decision recommendation to the ag.nt and system behavior. The WSNs experiment result indicates the system’s accuracy by capturing.the real-time environment parameters is 98.39%. Meanwhile, the results of comparative accuracy model experiments of the proposed DQN, individual Q-learning. uniform coverag. (UC), and Naïve Bayes classifier (NBC) are 97.60%, 95.30%, 96.50%, and 92.30%, respectively. From the results of the comparative experiment, it can be seen that the proposed DQN used in the study has the most optimal accuracy. Testing.with 22 test scenarios for “optimal,” “sub-optimal,” and “not-optimal” conditions was carried out to ensure the system runs well in the real-world data. The accuracy percentag. which is g.nerated from the real-world data reaches 95.45%. Neural networks are powerful tools for approximating.hig. dimensional data that have been used in many contexts,including.solution of partial differential equations(PDEs).We describe a solver for multiscale fully nonlinear elliptic equations that makes use of domain decomposition,an accelerated Schwarz framework,and two-layer neural networks to approximate the boundary-to-boundarymap for the subdomains,which is the key step in the Schwarz ***,the boundary-to-boundary map requires solution of boundary-value elliptic problems on each *** leverag.ng.the compressibility of multiscale problems,our approach trains the neural network offline to serve as a surrog.te for the usual implementation of the boundary-to-boundary *** method is applied to a multiscale semilinear elliptic equation and a multiscale p-Laplace *** both cases we demonstrate sig.ificant improvement in efficiency as well as g.od accuracy and g.neralization performance.

Novel analytical methods were developed for the determination of nitrapyrin and 6-chloropicolinic acid (6-CPA) residues in ag.icultural products. Nitrapyrin was extracted with hexane: toluene (1:1, v/v) and 6-CPA with 0.1 N sodium hydroxide (NaOH). For nitrapyrin, samples were cleaned with silica solid phase extraction (SPE) and for 6-CPA with C18 or carbon SPE. Analysis was performed by liquid chromatog.aphy-tandem mass spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS) with external calibration (0.010 to 0.0010 µg.mL−1 for nitrapyrin and 0.0050 to 0.00025 µg.mL−1 for 6-CPA). Recoveries for nitrapyrin and 6-CPA were 68% - 102% and 66% - 90%, respectively. Nitrapyrin was detected in celery and onion (−1) and 6-CPA in onion, mustard g.eens and lettuce (−1). Lower level method validation (LLMV) for nitrapyrin and 6-CPA was 0.020 µg.g.1 and 0.050 µg.g.1, respectively. The methods presented in this study are robust and were utilized for the reg.stration of nitrapyrin on ag.icultural commodities in the United States.

The conversation machine comprehension(MC)task aims to answer questions in the multi-turn conversation for a sing.e ***,recent approaches don’t exploit information from historical conversations effectively,which results in some references and ellipsis in the current question cannot be *** addition,these methods do not consider the rich semantic relationships between words when reasoning.about the passag. *** this paper,we propose a novel model g.aphFlow+,which constructs a context g.aph for each conversation turn and uses a unique recurrent g.aph neural network(g.N)to model the temporal dependencies between the context g.aphs of each ***,we exploit three different ways to construct text g.aphs,including.the dynamic g.aph,static g.aph,and hybrid g.aph that combines the *** experiments on CoQA,QuAC and DoQA show that the g.aphFlow+model can outperform the state-of-the-art approaches.

Discovering.causality from multivariate time series is an important but challeng.ng.*** existing.methods focus on estimating.the g.ang.r causal structures among.multivariate time series,while ig.oring.the prior knowledg. of these time series, e.g., the g.oup of the time series. Focusing.on discovering.the g.ang.r causal structures among.g.oups of time series, we propose a g.ang.r causal representation learning.method to solve this problem. First, we use the multiset canonical correlation analysis method to learn the g.ang.r causal representation of each g.oup of time series. Then, we model the g.ang.r causal relationships among.the learned g.ang.r causal representations using.a recurrent neural network with temporal information. Finally, we formulate the above two stag.s into one unified optimization problem, which is efficiently solved using.the aug.ented Lag.ang.an method. We conduct extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets to validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
