Wearable biosensors,which aim at providing continuous,real-time physiological information via monitoring and screening biomarkers in human body,are receiving increasing attention among various fields including dis-ease treatment,diagnosis and self-health *** ongoing development in this realm starves for the exploration of fully-integrated,non-invasive *** this paper,we review the latest achievements with break-through significance on the wearable *** start with the classification of different types of wearable electronic devices and analyze their characteristics and application ***,we introduce a fully-integrated microneedle-based sensor and provide an in-depth look at its structure,subcomponents and in vivo ***,we put forward critical commentaries and clarify the direction of future researches.

Robust prediction of hourly PM2.5 from meteorological data using LightGBM

Retrieving historical fine particulate matter(PM2.5) data is key for evaluating the long-term impacts of PM2.5on the environment, human health and climate change. Satellite-based aerosol optical depth has been used to estimate PM2.5, but estimations have largely been undermined by massive missing values, low sampling frequency and weak predictive capability. Here, using a novel feature engineering approach to incorporate spatial effects from meteorological data, we developed a robust Light GBM model that predicts PM2.5at an unprecedented predictive capacity on hourly（R2= 0.75）, daily（R2= 0.84）, monthly（R2= 0.88） and annual（R2= 0.87） timescales. By taking advantage of spatial features, our model can also construct hourly gridded networks of PM2.5. This capability would be further enhanced if meteorological observations from regional stations were incorporated. Our results show that this model has great potential in reconstructing historical PM2.5datasets and real-time gridded networks at high spatial-temporal resolutions. The resulting datasets can be assimilated into models to produce long-term re-analysis that incorporates interactions between aerosols and physical processes.

The rolling force model is the basis for reasonable selection of rolling equipment and optimization of rolling process,and the establishment of an accurate mathematical model as well as doing the corresponding parameter analysis has been the focus of research in this field for many *** modeling methods of the rolling force and their research progress were introduced,the main methods of which are the theoretical analysis,the finite element simulation,the artificial neural network modeling,the hybrid modeling of theory and neural network,as well as the hybrid modeling of finite element and neural ***,the application examples of rolling force models in thickness control,strip crown control,and schedule optimization were presented,and an outlook on the new directions of future development was made,including establishing new type of hybrid models,solving the black box problem,and realizing the multi-objective optimization accounting for some special requirements.

In this paper,we investigate the observer-based event-triggered consensus problem for linear multi-agent systems(MASs)under a directed graph and denial-of-service(DoS)attacks.A type of DoS attacks launched by malicious attackers at irregular intervals is considered,which can cause communication channel disruption.A novel event-triggered secure control scheme based on a closed-loop observer is proposed to determine the scheduling of the controller update,and a separation method with less conservativeness is employed to design the controller and observer ***,the frequency and duration of DoS attacks that can be tolerated are analysed for the observer-based secure consensus *** addition,a strictly positive minimal event-triggered time interval for each agent is designed with the help of the proposed eventtriggered condition to eliminate the Zeno ***,a numerical simulation is given to verify the theoretical analysis.

Effects of Reservoir Minerals and chemical Agents on Aquathermolysis of Heavy Oil during Steam Injection

In order to effectively reduce the viscosity of heavy oil during steam injection, a catalyst system, consisting of reservoir minerals, nickel sulfate, and formic acid, was used to exert catalytic effect on aquathermolysis of heavy crude oil extracted from the Liaohe oilfield. Experimental results indicated that all the reservoir minerals used in the experiment had catalytic effect on aquathermolysis and the oil viscosity reduction rate ranged from 24% to 36% after the aquathermolysis reaction. If nickel sulfate was used as the catalyst and added to the reaction system, the oil viscosity reduction rate could reach 50%. If formic acid was used as the hydrogen donor, the oil viscosity reduction rate could increase further, and could reach up to 71.8%. The aquathermolysis reaction of heavy oil under steam injection condition was affected by the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the dosage of minerals, the catalyst concentration, and the hydrogen donor. The experimental results showed that minerals, catalyst and hydrogen donor could work together to enhance aquathermolysis reaction of heavy oil in the presence of the high-temperature water vapor.

Analysis on Genetic Diversity and Genetic Basis of the Main Sesame Cultivars Released in China

SRAP （sequence-related amplified polymorphism） was used for the analysis of 67 sesame （Sesamum indicum L.） cultivars widely used in Chinese sesame major production areas from 1950 to 2007. A total of 561 bands were amplified using 21 SRAP random primer pairs, with 265 of them were polymorphic, resulting in a polymorphism ratio of 47.2%. The total bands and polymorphism amplified by each primer pair averaged 26.7 and 12.6, respectively. The average genetic similar coefficient and genetic distance of the 67 cultivars were 0.9104 and 0.0706, respectively, indicating limited genetic diversity and narrow genetic basis. Comparative analysis on genetic similarity and genetic distance of different classified cultivars showed that the difference of average genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance between the landraces and cultivars bred through crosses reached significant levels （P=0.01）, with the genetic basis of landraces wider than that bred cultivars. The genetic basis of cultivars used in 1990-2007 was more narrow than that of cultivars from 1950 to 1969 and from 1970 to 1989, with the differences of average genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance reached 0.01 significant level. The genetic basis of Chinese sesame main cultivars is relatively narrow, and the genetic basis of cultivars developed through crosses in recent years is narrower than history cultivars.

In order to reduce the disturbance on an authorizing user and lower the competition between cognitive users, assure the normal communication of a cognitive radio system, reliability theory is applied to describe if a channel can be used by a cognitive user or not and the probability that the channel is continually used for a period. Three aspects including space, time domain and frequency domain are united for the research on the distribution of frequency spectrum. The simulation result shows that, in the space domain, time domain, frequency domain algorithm, the transmitted data volume and the total throughput of the system are superior to those in greedy algorithm and time domain—frequency domain algorithm, the novel algorithm is helpful to reduce the disturbance caused by a cognitive user to an authorizing user and lower the competition between cognitive users, this simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm is effective.
