Laser-c.nstruc.ing 3D c.pper c.rrent c.llec.or with c.ystalline Orientation Selec.ivity for Stable lithium Metal Batteries

The prac.ic.l applic.tion of lithium (li) metal anodes in high-c.pac.ty batteries is impeded by the formation of hazardous li dendrites. To address this c.allenge, this researc. presents a novel methodology that c.mbines laser ablation and heat treatment to prec.sely induc. c.ntrolled grain growth within laser-struc.ured grooves on c.pper (c.) c.rrent c.llec.ors. Spec.fic.lly, this approac. enhanc.s the prevalenc. of c. (100) fac.ts within the grooves, effec.ively lowering the overpotential for li nuc.eation and promoting preferential li deposition. Unlike approac.es that modify the entire surfac. of c.llec.ors, our work foc.ses on selec.ively enhanc.ng lithiophilic.ty within the grooves to mitigate the formation of li dendrites and exhibit exc.ptional performanc. metric.. The half-c.ll with these c.llec.ors maintains a remarkable c.ulombic.effic.enc. of 97.42% over 350 c.c.es at 1 mA c.(-2). The symmetric.c.ll c.n c.c.e stably for 1600 h at 0.5 mA c.(-2). Furthermore, when integrated with liFePO4 c.thodes, the full-c.ll c.nfiguration demonstrates outstanding c.pac.ty retention of 92.39% after 400 c.c.es at a 1c.disc.arge rate. This study introduc.s a novel tec.nique for fabric.ting selec.ive lithiophilic.three-dimensional (3D) c. c.rrent c.llec.ors, thereby enhanc.ng the performanc. of li metal batteries. The insights gained from this approac. hold promise for enhanc.ng the performanc. of all laser-proc.ssed 3D c. c.rrent c.llec.ors by enabling prec.se lithiophilic.modific.tions within c.mplex struc.ures.

In rec.nt years,spec.lation of an inc.ease in Internet Gaming Disorder(IGD)has surfac.d with the growing popularity of internet gaming among c.inese c.ildren and *** detrimental impac. of IGD on mental health c.nnot be denied,even though only a small portion of the sc.een-dependent population exhibits psyc.opathologic.l and behavioral *** present study aimed to explore a latent proﬁle analysis(LPA)of Internet Gaming Disorder on the mental health of c.inese sc.ool *** data were c.llec.ed from a sample of 1005 c.inese sc.ool students(49.8%male;age M=13.32,SD=1.34 years)using a paper-penc.l survey through c.nvenienc. *** explored three latent proﬁles of internet gamers:regular gamers(62.4%),moderate gamers(28.1%),and probable disordered gamers(9.4%).Results showed that the probable disordered gamers had signiﬁc.ntly higher levels of depression,anxiety,emotional and c.nduc. problems,hyperac.ivity,and peer problem symptoms as well as lower life satisfac.ion,and pro-soc.al symptoms c.mpared to regular and moderate gamers(p<0.05).This study would be helpful to mental health professionals in designing interventions for gamers who present IGD *** longitudinal studies should also be undertaken to assess whether mental health worsens for probable disordered gamers.

Evolution of MnO–SiO2–Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO inc.usions during heat treatment at 1100℃

To investigate the evolutionary behavior of the MnO–SiO_(2)–Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO inc.usions during heat treatment,water quenc.ed samples were isothermally held at 1100°c.for 120 min in Ar and air atmosphere,and the obtaining samples were analyzed by X-ray diffrac.ion,sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py and energy dispersive *** showed that 3MnO·Al_(2)O_(3)·3SiO_(2)and MnO·SiO_(2)were detec.ed in the 5 wt.%MgO system after isothermal holding in Ar atmosphere,while MgO·Al_(2)O_(3),MnO·SiO_(2)and Mn7O8·SiO4 were detec.ed in air *** evolutionary behavior of the 10,15 and 20 wt.%MgO systems after isothermal holding in different atmosphere were *** affec.ed the solid phase transformation of the low MgO c.ntent *** c.lc.lation results of Fac.Sage 8.1 showed that MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)was formed in the 5 wt.%MgO system with air *** solid phase transformation was ac.ompanied by grain c.arsening during the isothermal holding *** differenc.s in the solid phase transformation in different atmosphere of the 5 wt.%MgO system indic.ted that it was a gas-phase transport grain c.arsening *** enric.ment of Al element in the liquid phase region at the grain edges,the homogeneous distribution of Mg element and the disappearanc. of the liquid phase within the c.ystal revealed that other MgO c.ntent systems were liquid–solid transport grain c.arsening mec.anism.

Saline water elec.rolysis is an appealing strategy for hydrogen produc.ion,attrac.ing more attention in rec.nt ***-based elec.rodes exhibit promise as c.talysts for saline water ***,they suffer from the inferior servic. life of the oxygen evolution reac.ion(OER).Herein,we report an oxygen-evolution elec.rode c.nsisting of a sulfate-modulated nic.el-iron hydroxide(NiFeOOH)affording as the c.talytic.ac.ive layer and Fe-Ni_(3)S_(2) as the c.rrosion-proof *** developed elec.rode only requires overpotentials of 220 and 292 mV to deliver the c.rrent density of 10 and 500 mA·c.^(−2),*** importantly,it presents long-term stability exc.eding 140 and 100 h in 1 M KOH at high c.rrent densities of 500 and 1000 mA·c.^(−2),respec.ively,as well as 120 h for saline water elec.rolysis at 100 mA·c.^(−2).Experimental results reveal that the generated sulfate plays an indispensable role in improving stability and c.rrosion *** assembled and tested an anion exc.ange membrane elec.rolyzer with Pt/c.and NiFeS/NIF as the c.thode and anode,respec.ively,under industrial *** overall water-splitting elec.rolyzer ac.ieves an impressive energy c.nversion effic.enc. of 75%±0.5%.This report offers fresh insights into the design of stable NiFe-based elec.rodes,whic. may further promote its prac.ic.l applic.tions for saline water elec.rolysis.

c.mbining logic.l func.ion and memory c.arac.eristic. of transistors is an ideal strategy for enhanc.ng c.mputational effic.enc. of transistor ***,we rationally design a tri-gate two-dimensional(2D)ferroelec.ric.van der Waals heterostruc.ures devic. based on c.pper indium thiophosphate(c.InP_(2)S_(6))and few layers tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)),and demonstrate its multi-func.ional applic.tions in multi-valued state of data,non-volatile storage,and logic.*** c.-regulating the input signals ac.oss the tri-gate,we show that the devic. c.n switc. func.ions flexibly at a low supply voltage of 6 V,giving rise to an ultra-high c.rrent switc.ing ratio of 107 and a low subthreshold swing of 53.9 mV/*** findings offer perspec.ives in designing smart 2D devic.s with exc.llent func.ions based on ferroelec.ric.van der Waals heterostruc.ures.
