A new measurement of the reactor antineutrino flux and energy spectrum by the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment is reported. The antineutrinos were generated by six 2.9 GWth nuclear reactors and detected by eight antineutrino detectors deployed in two near（560 m and 600 m flux-weighted baselines） and one far（1640 m flux-weighted baseline） underground experimental halls. With 621 days of data, more than 1.2 million inverse beta decay（IBD） candidates were detected. The IBD yield in the eight detectors was measured, and the ratio of measured to predicted flux was found to be 0.946±0.020（0.992±0.021） for the Huber＋Mueller（ILL＋Vogel） model. A 2.9σ deviation was found in the measured IBD positron energy spectrum compared to the predictions. In particular, an excess of events in the region of 4–6 MeV was found in the measured spectrum, with a local significance of 4.4σ. A reactor antineutrino spectrum weighted by the IBD cross section is extracted for model-independent predictions.

背景：能导致糖尿病视网膜病变（Dr）视力丧失的弥漫性黄斑囊样水肿（DME）和（或）异常新生血管（NV）可能受生长因子和化学激活剂的调节。化学激活素基质衍生因子-1（SDF-1）是一种血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的有效刺激剂，是NV的重要效应物。并且是与发生DME有关血管通透性的关键诱导物。循环中的内皮前体细胞对SDF-1应答迁徙参与NV。目的：调查不同程度的的Dr和DME患者。在眼内注射曲安奈德（triamcinolone acetonide）前后，玻璃体中SDF-1和VEGF之间的关系。用于治疗难治的DME。方法：在这一前瞻性的研究中。包括36例患者并观察了6个月。在紧接着注射曲安奈德前和注射1个月后获得的标本，用酶联免疫吸附试验检测玻璃体中VEGF和SDF-1的水平。结果：增生性Dr患者的VEGF和SDF-1与非增生Dr患者相比显著高（P〈0．01）。DME患者与非DME患者相比较。SDF-1水平显著增加。VEGF与SDF-1的水平和疾病的严重程度相关（r^2=0．88）。结论：应用曲安奈德出现了激动人心的结果，VEGF和SDF-1降到了几乎检测不出来的水平。消除了DME并使活动性的NV退化。我们的结果支持SDF-1和VEGF在Dr有害视力后果的发病机制中的作用，并提示注射曲安奈德后，可能由于抑制了VEGF和SDF-1，使得DME消退和（或）NV开始纤维化的退化。

The prediction of reactor antineutrino spectra will play a crucial role as reactor experiments enter the precision *** positron energy spectrum of 3.5 million antineutrino inverse beta decay reactions observed by the Daya Bay experiment,in combination with the fission rates of fissile isotopes in the reactor,is used to extract the positron energy spectra resulting from the fission of specific *** information can be used to produce a precise,data-based prediction of the antineutrino energy spectrum in other reactor antineutrino experiments with different fission fractions than Daya *** positron energy spectra are unfolded to obtain the antineutrino energy spectra by removing the contribution from detector response with the Wiener-SVD unfolding *** results are obtained with other unfolding methods.A technique to construct a data-based prediction of the reactor antineutrino energy spectrum is proposed and *** the reactor fission fractions,the technique can predict the energy spectrum to a 2%*** addition,we illustrate how to perform a rigorous comparison between the unfolded antineutrino spectrum and a theoretical model prediction that avoids the input model bias of the unfolding method.

Human intravenous immune globulin(IVIg),a purified IgG fraction composed of~60%IgG1 and obtained from the pooled plasma of thousands of donors,is clinically used for a wide range of *** biological actions of IVIg are incompletely understood and have been attributed both to the polyclonal antibodies therein and also to their IgG(IgG)Fc ***,we demonstrated that multiple therapeutic human IgG1 antibodies suppress angiogenesis in a target-independent manner via FcγrI,a high-affinity receptor for *** we show that IVIg possesses similar anti-angiogenic activity and inhibited blood vessel growth in five different mouse models of prevalent human diseases,namely,neovascular age-related macular degeneration,corneal neovascularization,colorectal cancer,fibrosarcoma and peripheral arterial ischemic *** was mediated by the Fc region of IVIg,required FcγrI and had similar potency in transgenic mice expressing human Fcγ***,IVIg therapy administered to humans for the treatment of inflammatory or autoimmune diseases reduced kidney and muscle blood vessel *** data place IVIg,an agent approved by the US Food and Drug Administration,as a novel angioinhibitory drug in doses that are currently administered in the clinical *** addition,they raise the possibility of an unintended effect of IVIg on blood vessels.
