Aloricate ciliates are the main component of *** play important roles in the circulation of materials and flow of energy in marine pelagic *** determine the distribution pattern and structure of the aloricate ciliate community in vertically stratified waters of the Southern Ocean,we collected data on aloricate ciliates in the Cosmonaut and Cooperation Seas during the 36th Chinese National Antarctic Research *** ranges of aloricate ciliate abundance and biomass were 5-3097 ind·L^(-1)and 0.01-11.40μg C·L^(-1),***,the average abundance of aloricate ciliates decreased from the surface to 200 m,while biomass was highest in the 50-m *** importance of aloricate ciliates<20μm increased along the depth *** contribution to total abundance increased from 13.04%in the surface layer to 73.71% in the 200-m *** is the first study to explore the distribution characteristics of the aloricate ciliate community in a stratified water column of the Southern *** results will be helpful for understanding the variation in the pelagic community in waters of the Southern Ocean with intensified stratification.

Objects in agricultural soils will seriously affect the farming operations of agricultural *** present,it still relies on human experience to judge abnormal Gounrd-penetrting Radar(GPR)*** is difficult for traditional image processing technology to form a general positioning method for the randomness and diversity characteristics of GPR signals in *** many scholars had researched a variety of image-processing techniques,most methods lack *** this study,the deep learning algorithm Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask-RCNN)and a geometric model were combined to improve the GPR positioning ***,a soil stratification experiment was set to classify the physical parameters of the soil and study the attenuation law of electromagnetic ***,a SOIL-GPR geometric model was proposed,which can be combined with Mask-RCNN's MASK geometric size to predict object *** results proved the effectiveness and accuracy of the model for position detection and evaluation of objects in soils;then,the improved Mask RCNN method was used to compare the feature extraction accuracy of U-Net and Fully Convolutional Networks(FCN);Finally,the operating speed of agricultural machinery was simulated and designed the A-B survey line *** detection accuracy was evaluated by several indicators,such as the survey line direction,soil depth false alarm rate,Mean Average Precision(mAP),and Intersection over Union(IoU).The results showed that pixel-level segmentation and positioning based on Mask RCNN can improve the accuracy of the position detection of objects in agricultural soil effectively,and the average error of depth prediction is 2.87 *** results showed that the detection technology proposed in this study integrates the advantage of soil environmental parameters,geometric models,and artificial intelligence algorithms to provide a high-precision and technical solution for the GPR non-destructive detection of soils

Multi-drug resistant bacterial infections pose a significant threat to human ***,the development of effective bactericidal strategies is a pressing *** this study,a ternary heterostructure(Zn-CN/P-GO/BiS)comprised of Zn-doped graphite phase carbon nitride(g-C3N4),phosphorous-doped graphene oxide(GO)and bismuth sulphide(Bi_(2)S_(3))is constructed for efficiently treating methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)-infected *** doping-induced defect sites in g-C_(3)N_(4) results in a reduced band gap(ΔE)and a smaller energy gap(ΔEST)between the singlet state S_(1) and triplet state T_(1),which favours two-photon excitation and accelerates electron ***,the formation of an internal electric field at the ternary heterogeneous interface optimizes the charge transfer pathway,inhibits the recombination of electron-hole pairs,improves the photodynamic effect of g-C3N4,and enhances its catalytic ***,the Zn-CN/P-GO/BiS significantly augments the production of reactive oxygen species and heat under 808 nm NIR(0.67 W cm^(-2))irradiation,leading to the elimination of 99.60%±0.07%MRSA within 20 ***,the release of essential trace elements(Zn and P)promotes wound healing by activating hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPAR)signaling *** work provides unique insight into the rapid antibacterial applications of trace element doping and two-photon excitation.

Trait structure is increasingly used in plankton ecology to understand diversity and ***,our knowledge of micro zooplankton(*** ciliates)trait structure and its variation with hydrography is *** this study,we analyzed planktonic ciliate trait structure in waters with different hydrography and deep Chlorophyll a maximum(DCM)layers over three seamounts:Yap,Mariana,and Caroline *** seamount had a lower surface temperature than the Yap and Caroline *** layers over Mariana and Caroline seamounts were deeper than Yap *** was a weak upwelling in upper 50 m around top of Mariana *** ciliate distribution showed bimodal pattern(high abundance appeared in the surface and DCM layers)over three *** surface layer,the large size-fraction(>30μm)abundance proportion to aloricate ciliate over Yap seamount(44.4%)was higher than Mariana(32.8%)and Caroline(36.1%)*** tintinnid abundance proportion to total ciliate,Mariana(12.0%)and Caroline(11.5%)seamounts at about 100-m depth were higher than that of Yap seamount(6.4%).Vertically,tintinnid could be divided into 4 groups over the three ***30-m depth,group I(species occurring from surface to 100 m only)was dominant component over Yap and Caroline seamounts,while group IV(species occurring at every depth)changed into dominant component over Mariana seamount,the weak upwelling might be the *** faurei was the top dominant species,which corresponded to deeper DCM layers over Mariana and Caroline *** results showed that the upwelling and the deeper DCM could influence the planktonic ciliate trait structure.

Numerous fluorescent marker lines are currently available to visualize microtubule(MT)architecture and dynamics in living plant cells, such as markers expressing p35S::GFP-MBD or p35S::***, these MT marker lines display obvious defects that affect plant growth or produce unstable fluorescent signals. Here, a series of new marker lines were developed, including the pTUB6::VisGreen-TUB6-expressing line in which TUB6 is under the control of its endogenous regulatory elements and e GFP is replaced with VisGreen, a brighter fluorescent protein. Moreover, two different markers were combined into one expression vector and developed two dual-marker *** marker lines produce bright, stable fluorescent signals in various tissues, and greatly shorten the screening process for generating dual-marker *** new marker lines provide a novel resource for MT research.

In order to investigate the tintinnid diversity, vertical distribution and latitudinal variation in the tropical West Pacific Ocean, water samples of different depths from surface to 200 m were collected along four transects. Totally 124 tintinnid species in 39 genera were detected. Most species preferred to live in the surface and subsurface waters. High tintinnid species richness, abundance and diversity index mainly occurred at depths slight shallower than the layer of deep chlorophyll maximum. Species richness, abundance and Shannon＇s diversity index were significant positive correlation with temperature and chlorophyll a in vivo fluorescence, but significant negative correlation with salinity and depth. The correlations between most dominant species and environmental factors were not significant. Tintinnid diversity was extremely high in this area, species richness ranged from 25 to 52 at each station, Shannon＇s diversity indexes were higher than 3 at most sampling positions from surface to 75 m. Proportions of redundant species were high, accounted for 87.90% of species pool and 60.38% of total abundance, indicating high capacity to response to changes in resource composition and predation pressures of tintinnid communities in the tropical West Pacific Ocean.

To improve the microcrystalline silicon thin film deposition in quality and to increase its microcrystalline silicon content,we numerically investigated the characteristics of homogeneous discharges in hydrogen diluted silane and argon mixed gases at atmospheric pressure using a two-dimensional fluid *** model takes into account the primary processes of excitation and ionization,sixteen reactions of radicals with radicals in silane/hydrogen/argon discharges,so this model can adequately describe the discharge *** effects of very high frequency(VHF)excitation on the electron density in such discharges are *** simulation results show that the electron density does not linearly vary with the excitation frequency within from 90150 *** maximum value occurs at an appropriate excitation frequency *** transition *** the excitation frequency would effectively increase the electron density before the transition frequency,but decreases the density ***,the densities of involved particle species,including H2+,H,Ar*,Ar+,SiH3+,SiH3,SiH3,SiH2are closely interrelated.

Photocatalysis has been a research hotspot in recent years,and the design and modification of photocat-alysts have been the key *** methods for designing photocatalysts,including constructing heterojunctions and homojunctions,have been developed on the basis of *** this study,two homojunctions of manganese dioxide(MnO_(2)),including a high-index crystal plane homojunction and a general homojunction,are prepared using a stepwise hydrothermal *** a capping agent,the high-index crystal surface of the MnO_(2)is *** is found that the electron transport efficiency be-tween the two components of the homojunction with high-index planes is higher and the adsorption capacity of the oxygen is stronger,which leads to higher photocatalytic *** addition,the newly designed high-index homojunction is used for the treatment of bacterial infections,and it kills Staphy-lococcus aureus(***)and Escherichia coli(***)at rates of 99.95%±0.04%and 99.31%±0.25%,*** also has excellent therapeutic effects on mouse wounds,which implies superb practical application *** work provides a new strategy for the improved design of homojunctions and the application of photocatalytic materials.

利用水热处理方法制备了NiWO4纳米粒子,采用X射线衍射、透射电镜以及N2吸附等手段对NiWO4纳米粒子以及相应硫化产物进行了表征,并在微反装置上考察了其对4,6二甲基二苯并噻吩的加氢脱硫活性。结果表明,NiWO4纳米粒子对4,6二甲基二苯并噻吩具有极高的加氢脱硫活性,NiWO4相以及纳米尺度是其高脱硫活性的本质原因。
