Objective:To construct methotrexate(MTX)-chitosan(CS)-chuanxiongmuizine(TMP)nano-delivery system MTX-CS-TMP-NPs,and to investigate its effect on the telomerase activity of cervical cancer Hela ***:MTX-CS and MTX-CS-TMP-NPs were prepared by amide reaction and ionic gel method,and the encapsulation rate and drug loading rate were *** method and TRAP method were used to detect Hela cells and telomerase activity,and to compare the difference of telomerase activity of MTX,MTX-CS,and MTX-CS-TMP-NPs on cervical cancer Hela ***:In this study,the total amount of TMP was 150μg,of which the amount of free TMP was(26.46±1.72)μg,the encapsulation rate of TMP was(82.36±0.01)%,and the drug loading was(17.62±0.23)*** activity of Hela cells increased with the extension of time,and the OD value of Hela cell activity(1.24±0.05)was lower than that of the other three groups at 72 h of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The telomerase activity of He La cells in the MTX-CS-TMP-NPs solution treatment group was(0.23±0.12)%lower than that of the other three groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTX-CS-TMP-NPs may effectively reduce the activity and telomerase activity of cervical cancer Hela cells,showing its potential anti-cervical cancer effect.

Objective: To study the in vitro and in vivo antitumor effects of the polysaccharide of Alocasia cucullata(PAC) and the underlying mechanism. Methods: B16F10 and 4T1 cells were cultured with PAC of 40 μg/m L, and PAC was withdrawn after 40 days of administration. The cell viability was detected by cell counting kit-8. The expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 proteins were detected by Western blot and the expressions of ERK1/2 mRNA were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR). A mouse melanoma model was established to study the effect of PAC during long-time administration. Mice were divided into 3 treatment groups: control group treated with normal saline, positive control group(LNT group) treated with lentinan at 100 mg/(kg·d), and PAC group treated with PAC at 120 mg/(kg·d). The pathological changes of tumor tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The cell apoptosis of tumor tissues was detected by TUNEL staining. Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expressions of ERK1/2, JNK1 and p38 mRNA were detected by qRT-PCR. Results: In vitro, no strong inhibitory effects of PAC were found in various tumor cells after 48 or 72 h of administration. Interestingly however, after 40 days of cultivation under PAC, an inhibitory effect on B16F10 cells was found. Correspondingly, the long-time administration of PAC led to downregulation of Bcl-2 protein(P <0.05), up-regulation of Caspase-3 protein(P<0.05) and ERK1 mRNA(P<0.05) in B16F10 cells. The above results were verified by in vivo experiments. In addition, viability of B16F10 cells under long-time administration culture in vitro decreased after drug withdrawal, and similar results were also observed in 4T1 cells. Conclusions: Long-time administration of PAC can significantly inhibit viability and promote apoptosis of tumor cells, and had obvious antitumor effect in tumor-bearing mice.

Iron(Fe)-based alloys,which have been widely used as structural materials in nuclear reactors,can significantly change their microstructure properties and macroscopic properties under high flux neutron irradiation during operation,thus,the problems associated with the safe operation of nuclear reactors have been put forward *** this work,a molecular dynamics simulation approach combined with electronic effects is developed for investigating the primary radiation damage process inα-***,the influence of electronic effects on the collision cascade in Fe is systematically evaluated based on two commonly used interatomic potentials for *** simulation results reveal that both electronic stopping(ES)and electron-phonon coupling(EPC)can contribute to the decrease of the number of defects in the thermal spike *** application of ES reduces the number of residual defects after the cascade evolution,whereas EPC has a reverse *** introduction of electronic effects promotes the formation of the dispersive subcascade:ES significantly changes the geometry of the damaged region in the thermal spike phase,whereas EPC mainly reduces the extent of the damaged ***,the incorporation of electronic effects effectively mitigates discrepancies in simulation outcomes when using different interatomic potentials.

针对航天器的微振动耦合问题,分别通过动力学平衡方程、动质量法和机械阻抗理论推导建立了微振动源与支撑结构的耦合传递模型,并对比分析了传统动质量法的适用范围。研究表明传统动质量法会对低频范围内耦合特性分析带来较大误差,且适用于微振动源质量远小于支撑结构的情况。在此基础上,提出了基于机械阻抗理论的修正动质量理论方法,并据此建立了反作用飞轮与航天器平台结构的耦合动力学模型,重点给出了采用修正动质量法对陀螺效应的处理方式。利用所建模型,仿真分析了反作用飞轮微振动对航天器平台结构动态影响,以及陀螺效应对系统动态特性的影响规律。所提出的修正动质量法可为航天器耦合微振动分析及地面微振动测试的开展提供理论参考。

Microbial carbon use efficiency (CUE)is defined as the proportion of microbial biomass growth C versus substrate C uptake, and thus provides a useful measure of microbially driven accumulation and loss of soil organic carbon (SOC)[1]. In a recent study published in Nature [2],the authors used a data-driven machinelearning approach to conclude that CUE promotes global SOC storage based on a positive correlation between CUE and SOC content and that, based on sensitivity analysis, CUE is at least four times as important as six other evaluated factors,namely plant C inputs, C input allocation, non-microbial C transfer, substrate decomposability, environmental modifications and vertical transport.

Ground-based arrays of imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes(IACTs)are the most sensitiveγ-ray detectors for energies of approximately 100 Ge V and *** such IACT is the High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)experiment,which uses a large aperture refractive water lens system to capture atmospheric Cherenkov photons(i.e.,the imaging atmospheric Cherenkov technique).The telescope array has a low threshold energy and large field of view,and can continuously scan the area of the sky being observed,which is conducive to monitoring and promptly responding to transient *** process ofγ-hadron separation is essential in very-high-energy(>30 Ge V)γ-ray astronomy and is a key factor for the successful utilization of *** this study,Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to model the response of cosmic rays within the HADAR *** analyzing the Hillas parameters and the distance between the event core and the telescope,the distinction between air showers initiated byγ-rays and those initiated by cosmic rays was ***,a Quality Factor was introduced to assess the telescope’s ability to suppress the background and to provide a more effective characterization of its performance.
