The nonproportional multiaxial ratchetting of cast AZ91 magnesium (Mg) alloy was examined by performing a sequence of axial-torsional cyclic tests controlled by stress with various loading paths at room temperature (RT).The evolutionary characteristics and path dependence of multiaxial ratchetting were *** illustrate that the cast AZ91 Mg alloy exhibits considerable nonproportional additional softening during cyclic loading with multiple nonproportional multiaxial loading paths;multiaxial ratchetting presents strong path dependence,and axial ratchetting strains are larger under nonproportional loading paths than under uniaxial and proportional45°linear loading paths;multiaxial ratchetting becomes increasingly pronounced as the applied stress amplitude and axial mean stress ***,stress-strain curves show a convex and symmetrical shape in axial/torsional *** ratchetting exhibits quasi-shakedown after certain loading *** abundant experimental data obtained in this work can be used to develop a cyclic plasticity model of cast Mg alloys.

In a crowd density estimation dataset,the annotation of crowd locations is an extremely laborious task,and they are not taken into the evaluation *** this paper,we aim to reduce the annotation cost of crowd datasets,and propose a crowd density estimation method based on weakly-supervised learning,in the absence of crowd position supervision information,which directly reduces the number of crowds by using the number of pedestrians in the image as the supervised *** this purpose,we design a new training method,which exploits the correlation between global and local image features by incremental learning to train the ***,we design a parent-child network(PC-Net)focusing on the global and local image respectively,and propose a linear feature calibration structure to train the PC-Net simultaneously,and the child network learns feature transfer factors and feature bias weights,and uses the transfer factors and bias weights to linearly feature calibrate the features extracted from the Parent network,to improve the convergence of the network by using local features hidden in the crowd *** addition,we use the pyramid vision transformer as the backbone of the PC-Net to extract crowd features at different levels,and design a global-local feature loss function(L2).We combine it with a crowd counting loss(LC)to enhance the sensitivity of the network to crowd features during the training process,which effectively improves the accuracy of crowd density *** experimental results show that the PC-Net significantly reduces the gap between fullysupervised and weakly-supervised crowd density estimation,and outperforms the comparison methods on five datasets of Shanghai Tech Part A,ShanghaiTech Part B,UCF_CC_50,UCF_QNRF and JHU-CROWD++.

ZnO/ZnS heterostructure in N-doped porous carbon for anchoring-diffusion-conversion of polysulfides for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries

Adult-onset Still’s disease(AOSD)1 was a systemic multisystemic disease of unknown origin that usually occurred in young adults. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE)2 was an autoimmune disease, characterized by discoid rash, malar rash and nonerosive arthritis. Differentiation between AOSD and SLE was difficult because they share similarities in the clinical manifestations. Sequential Window Acquisition of all THeoretical fragment ion spectra(SWATH)3 was the most innovative label-free quantitative technology and was used in this study. Ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) coupled with Q-TOFMS 6600, and SWATH technology was used to investigate the pathological mechanism of AOSD and SLE protein expression changes and to find relevant pathways and biomarkers respectively. In our results, AOSD and SLE was shared some degree of association in pathological mechanism. Immune system and thyroid abnormalities occurred in the two diseases simultaneously. However, the immune system abnormalities in AOSD and SLE were resulted from complement and coagulation system aberrant, respectively. The thyroid abnormalities in AOSD mainly due to abnormal secretion of cytokines caused by thyroid dysfunction. The thyroid abnormalities in SLE are caused by the attack of immune system on thyroid. The other lipidrelated and acute protein abnormalities were also associated with the pathogenesis of two diseases.

The shuttle effect of polysulfides is one of the key factors hindering the commercialization of lithiumsulfur batteries(LSBs).Owing to their high conductivity and advantageous structure,heterostructures can be used in sulfur fixation and catalysis of *** this study,a flower-shaped ZnO/ZnS heterostructure on a nitrogendoped porous carbon(NPC) sulfur host was *** ZnO/ZnS heterostructure regulates the electronic structure of the material and exhibits higher metal-like ***,the ZnO/ZnS heterostructure combines the strong adsorption property of ZnO and the high catalytic ability of ZnS to realize the anchoring-diffusionconversion of lithium poly sulfides(liPSs).Results reveal that the developed ZnO/ZnS@NPC/S cathode has excellent electrochemical performance in LSBs,achieving a high discharge specific capacity of 1365.3 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1C and excellent rate capability(719 mAh·g^(-1) at 2C;the capacity decay rate is only 0.042% per cycle after 1000 cycles).Even under a high sulfur loading-E/S(electrolyte/sulfur)ratio of 5.1 mg·cm^(-2)-6 μl·mg^(-1),a high specific capacity of 723.7 mAh·g^(-1) is maintained after 60 *** study provides a new strategy for a multifunctional sulfur host that can effectively alleviate the shuttle effect of liPSs and improve the utilization of sulfur active substances.

The poor interfacial contact is one of the biggest challenges that solid-state lithium batteries suffer *** the solid-state electrolyte surface energy by transforming the interface from lithiophobic to lithiophilic is effective to promote the interfacial contact, but electronic conductive interphases usually increase the risk of electron attack, thus leading to uncontrollable li dendrite growth. Herein, we propose a self-assembled thermodynamic stable li I interphase to simultaneously improve the interfacial contact between the garnet electrolyte li_7La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO) and li anode, and prohibit the electron attack. The direct contact between LLZO and li and the high temperature li melting process was ascribed to Zr4+reduction, which facilitated li dendrite formation and propagation. With the modification of the high lithiophilic I_(2) thin film, the area specific interfacial resistance of LLZO/li was reduced from 1525 Ω/cm^(2) to 57 Ω/cm^(2). More importantly, LLZO was protected from being reduced due to the outstanding electronic insulativity of the li I interphase, which leaded to a high critical current density of 1.2/7.0 m A/cm^(2) in the time/capacity-constant modes, respectively.

Flexoelectricity is a two-way coupling effect between the strain gradient and electric field that exists in all dielectrics, regardless of point group symmetry. However, the high-order derivatives of displacements involved in the strain gradient pose challenges in solving electromechanical coupling problems incorporating the flexoelectric effect. In this study, we formulate a phase-field model for ferroelectric materials considering the flexoelectric effect. A four-node quadrilateral element with 20 degrees of freedom is constructed without introducing high-order shape functions. The microstructure evolution of domains is described by an independent order parameter, namely the spontaneous polarization governed by the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau theory. The model is developed based on a thermodynamic framework, in which a set of microforces is introduced to construct the constitutive relation and evolution equation. For the flexoelectric part of electric enthalpy, the strain gradient is determined by interpolating the mechanical strain at the node via the values of Gaussian integration points in the isoparametric space. The model is shown to be capable of reproducing the classic analytical solution of dielectric materials incorporating the flexoelectric contribution. The model is verified by duplicating some typical phenomena in flexoelectricity in cylindrical tubes and truncated pyramids. A comparison is made between the polarization distribution in dielectrics and ferroelectrics. The model can reproduce the solution to the boundary value problem of the cylindrical flexoelectric tube, and demonstrate domain twisting at domain walls in ferroelectrics considering the flexoelectric effect.

Background Pesticide use contributes to national food security. The dissipation pathways and degradation mecha-nisms of pesticides have been widely studied and pesticide residues have remained a focus of public concern. How-ever, studies on the migration and transformation behaviors of pesticide residues in real-world greenhouse soils are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we collected greenhouse soil from Shouguang, Shandong Province, and investi-gated the photodegradation and leaching of 17 common pesticides, which leave residues in the soil and are the most frequently used pesticides in Shouguang. The environmental behavior of pesticides in greenhouse soils will provide new information on pesticide residues in the real environment and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of pesticide pollution in greenhouse *** The photodegradation of trifloxystrobin followed a first-order kinetic equation, whereas those of emamec-tin benzoate, chlorantraniliprole, buprofezin, difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, boscalid, tebuconazole, isoprothiolane, metalaxyl, and oxadixyl followed second-order kinetics. The half-lives of 17 pesticides under light and dark conditions ranged from 2.5–104(mean: 36.2) and 2.6–110(mean: 31.4) days, respectively. The half-lives of emamectin benzoate, pyraclostrobin, and metalaxyl in the light were 86.6%, 68.5%, and 94.5% of their half-lives in the dark, respectively. Chlorantraniliprole, metalaxyl, nitenpyram, diethofencarb, acetamiprid, carbendazim, and oxadixyl were leached to ≥ 90% in aqueous solution. Six pesticides, avermectin B1A, emamectin benzoate, trifloxystrobin, difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, and buprofezin, were difficult to leach from aqueous *** The degradation rate of some pesticides was higher in the light environment than in the dark.
