Porous nanocomposites with enhanced intrinsic piezoresistive sensitivity for bioinspired multimodal tactile sensors

In this work,we propose porous fluororubber/thermoplastic urethane nanocomposites(PFTNs)and explore their intrinsic piezoresistive sensitivity to *** experiments reveal that the intrinsic sensitivity of the PFTN-based sensor to pressure up to 10 kPa increases up to 900%compared to the porous thermoplastic urethane nanocomposite(PTN)counterpart and up to 275%compared to the porous fluororubber nanocomposite(PFN)*** pressures exceeding 10 kPa,the resistance-pressure relationship of PFTN follows a logarithmic function,and the sensitivity is 221%and 125%higher than that of PTN and PFN,*** the excellent intrinsic sensitivity of the thick PFTN film,a single sensing unit with integrated electrode design can imitate human skin for touch detection,pressure perception and traction *** sensing range of our multimodal tactile sensor reaches~150 Pa,and it exhibits a linear fit over 97%for both normal pressure and shear *** also demonstrate that an electronic skin,made of an array of sensing units,is capable of accurately recognizing complex tactile interactions including pinch,spread,and tweak motions.

The dynamic landscape of the Internet of Things(IoT)is set to revolutionize the pace of interaction among entities,ushering in a proliferation of applications characterized by heightened quality and *** the pivotal applications within the realm of IoT,as a significant example,the Smart Grid(SG)evolves into intricate networks of energy deployment marked by data *** evolution concurrently entails data interchange with other IoT ***,there are also several challenges including data-sharing overheads and the intricate establishment of trusted centers in the IoT *** this paper,we introduce a hierarchical secure data-sharing platform empowered by cloud-fog ***,we propose a novel non-interactive zero-knowledge proof-based group authentication and key agreement protocol that supports one-to-many sharing sets of IoT data,especially SG *** security formal verification tool shows that the proposed scheme can achieve mutual authentication and secure data sharing while protecting the privacy of data *** with previous IoT data sharing schemes,the proposed scheme has advantages in both computational and transmission efficiency,and has more superiority with the increasing volume of shared data or increasing number of participants.

LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)is the most promising cathode for high-energy Li-ion batteries,despite its poor cycling stability that originates from the reactions that occur with the ***,to solve this interfacial issue,a facile electrolytic electrochemical polymerization process was introduced in this paper,and a uniform conductive electrolyte interface(polyaniline)was successfully constructed on the surface of the NCM811 porous electrode(PANI-NCM),which facilitated the charge transfer during charge/*** side reactions at the interface between the cathode and the electrolyte are suppressed,and thereby,the cycling performance and rate capability are considerably ***-NCM delivers an initial capacity of 157.2 mAh·g^(-1)as well as excellent cyclability(capacity retention of 88%after 500 cycles at 2C),whereas the capacity of the bare NCM811 has dropped to 31.3 mAh·g^(-1).In addition,polypyrrole and polythiophene also can be formed through electrolytic electrochemical polymerization process,which provides a practicable tactic to modify the interfacial stability of cathodes for high-energy Li-ion batteries.

A Novel Robust Formulation of Direct Data-Driven Predictive Control

For decades, subspace identification method(SIM) has been widely adopted for modelling multiple-input multipleoutput(MIMO) processes. However, in face of processes with large time delays, it is necessary to use a high-order state-space model to capture the time-delay behavior, and thus the ordinary SIMs suffer from unsatisfactory modeling accuracy. To overcome this limitation, a viable solution is to consider time delays in state-space model. However, the subspace identification with time delays receives little attention and still remains a challenge. In this work, by exploiting advanced numerical optimization techniques, an efficient method for subspace identification with time delays is proposed, implemented with a novel parallel knowledge-enhanced Bayesian optimization(KeBO) scheme, where a parallel BO structure is designed to address the constraint in optimization problem, and a tailored acquisition function(AF) that enables the exploitation of process knowledge about time delays is adopted. The advantages of the proposed method in the identification of MIMO processes with large time delays are evidenced with numerical case studies.

Research and Application of Recycled Concrete Technology in Prefabricated Buildings

Recently, the data-driven predictive control(DDPC) methods have received a growing interest due to their capability to directly obtain control policy from raw data without identifying a parametric model. However, in the presence of noise corruption and disturbance, output predictions in DDPC become less reliable, which may yield unexpected control actions. In this paper,we put forward a novel robust DDPC method by considering uncertainty in the unidentifiable subspace. We first uncover the lack of robustness of previous remedies of DDPC via a min-min viewpoint. Based on this, a min-max optimization problem is proposed, where uncertainty is addressed from a pessimistic perspective to ensure the robustness. A computationally tractable reformulation of the min-max problem is developed. Furthermore, in order to reduce the computational complexity, we propose an efficient preconditioning method. Finally, numerical examples showcase the improved control performance of the proposed robust method over the known regularized formulations.

目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,建立同时测定复方双花片中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、3,4-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、连翘苷、穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯10个成分含量的方法。方法:复方双花片样品用50%甲醇水超声提取,采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分析,流动相为乙腈-0.15%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长327 nm(检测新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、3,4-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸)和226 nm(检测连翘苷、穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯)。结果:新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、3,4-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、4,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、连翘苷、穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯质量浓度分别在4.071~40.71μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、20.16~201.6μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、4.730~47.30μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、4.536~45.36μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)、1.817~18.17μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、2.266~22.66μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)、3.321~33.21μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、3.462~34.62μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)、2.111~21.11μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)和2.290~22.90μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(RSD)(n=6)分别为101.3%(2.1%)、103.0%(1.5%)、100.9%(2.0%)、101.1%(2.0%)、98.4%(1.6%)、102.2%(2.4%)、98.2%(1.3%)、97.8%(2.0%)、99.0%(2.0%)和96.4%(1.1%);4批样品中上述10个成分的含量分别为1.685~2.649 mg·g^(-1)、12.202~13.780 mg·g^(-1)、2.415~2.594 mg·g^(-1)、1.340~1.919 mg·g^(-1)、0.501~0.791 mg·g^(-1)、0.891~1.342 mg·g^(-1)、1.299~2.105 mg·g^(-1)、1.147~1.504 mg·g^(-1)、0.654~0.694 mg·g^(-1)、0.846~1.151 mg·g^(-1)。结论:所建立的方法简单准确,可用于复方双花片的质量控制与评价。

试验以饲用桑叶为原料,采用热水浸提法提取多糖。以提高桑叶中多糖提取率为优化目标,采用单因素试验分别研究液料比、提取温度和提取时间对多糖提取率的影响,利用正交分析法优化桑叶多糖提取工艺参数组合,并利用牛津杯法检测桑叶多糖的体外抑菌活性。结果显示,各因素对桑叶多糖提取率的影响排序为提取温度>液料比>提取时间,最优生产工艺参数组合为液料比30 L/g、提取温度90℃、提取时间3 h。在最优工艺条件下,桑叶多糖提取率为6.69%。桑叶多糖对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有明显的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为9.22、11.74 mm,最低抑菌浓度均为2.0 g/L。研究表明,热水浸提法提取的桑叶多糖可作为功能性饲料添加剂应用于动物养殖。

Safe, ef cient, and sustainable operations and control are primary objectives in industrial manufacturing processes. State-of-the-art technologies heavily rely on human intervention, thereby showing apparent limitations in practice. The burgeoning era of big data is in uencing the process industries tremendously, providing unprecedented opportunities to achieve smart manufacturing. This kind of manufacturing requires machines to not only be capable of relieving humans from intensive physical work, but also be effective in taking on intellectual labor and even producing innovations on their own. To attain this goal, data analytics and machine learning are indispensable. In this paper, we review recent advances in data analytics and machine learning applied to the monitoring, control, and optimization of industrial processes, paying particular attention to the interpretability and functionality of machine learning mod- els. By analyzing the gap between practical requirements and the current research status, promising future research directions are identi ed.
