Accurate identification of glass crystallization helps in selecting high electronic conductivity materials

Though the current research on vanadium-based glass electrodes has made great progress, the conductivity theory of V-based glasses has not been obviously improved and crystals cannot be positioned precisely. The changes in the valence state of V3+, V4+and V5+are regulated by the strong reducing agent Fe2P to realize valence bond transformation of the amorphous electrode, explore the redox process of multi-electron reactions and further optimize the conductivity of electrode materials. VPFe2 and VPFe3 precipitate VO2crystals and VPFe4 precipitates VO2and V6O11crystals. Electron back-scattered diffraction was used to accurately identify the distribution and specific positions of both types of crystals. V6O11crystals exhibit a strong texture according to pole figure and inverse pole figure. XPS reveals that Fe2P and V2O5, undergo a redox reaction during the hightemperature melting process, where V5+is reduced to V4+and V3+and V4+renders a positive influence on conductivity. The addition of Fe2P increases the content of V4+in the glass and VPFe3 glass contains the highest content of V4+, leading to the highest electronic conductivity. V2O5transforms into VO2crystals and VO2transforms into V6O11with the increase of Fe2P content. The type of nanocrystal precipitation in glass affects electronic conductivity.

针对舰载机着舰过程中的航母运动、舰尾流扰动等影响,提出一种基于模型预测控制-线性二次型高斯(MPC-LQG)算法的精确着舰控制方法,开展飞机纵向通道的精确着舰控制研究。对飞机纵向动力学、舰尾流、航母运动、轨迹跟踪等,进行建模和分析。对MPC-LQG算法进行融合,以实现轨迹跟踪控制,核心思想是:模型预测控制进行航母运动补偿;设计全维状态观测,实现全状态反馈,以实现最优着舰控制。对不同的着舰情况和初始条件进行算法仿真,并与其他算法进行仿真比较。仿真结果表明,所提方法的轨迹跟踪效果很好,高度偏差0.1~0.2 m;相比传统着舰控制,所提方法动态响应快、着舰精度高。

高速低温喷涂是利用固相或含固相的低温粉末在高速度、高动能作用下碰撞基体表面沉积的喷涂方法,具有氧化轻微、结合牢固、组织致密、综合力学性能优异等潜在优势,在高性能金属或金属基复合材料涂层制备、增材制造和零件损伤修复等领域获得广泛关注。以粉末低温高速碰撞沉积过程为主线,凝练现有冷喷涂和低温超音速火焰喷涂两种具体工艺的共性特征,阐明喷涂气流与粉末颗粒的气固两相交互作用规律,分析出合理调控颗粒温度和速度是改善沉积体性能的关键。其次分析高速低温喷涂设备系统的构成,详细讨论各核心部件的结构设计策略及对气固流动行为的影响,总结出通过调整工艺参数与喷枪结构,可以实现颗粒温度和速度的按需控制。最后,对高速低温喷涂工艺及设备系统发展目前尚存的关键问题进行展望。总结如何通过喷涂参数与装置设计,最终达成调控沉积体性能的目的,有助于深入理解高速低温喷涂的沉积机理,对研制高性能的喷涂设备系统具有参考意义。

Research advances on electrode materials for solid oxide electrolysis cells

Solid oxide electrolytic cell(SOEC) is an energy conversion device that transfers electrical energy into chemical energy. It has garnered significant attention due to its high efficiency and thick current density. The oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) are two crucial half-reactions of SOEC, while both require excellent electrochemical performance under high-temperature and high-humidity ***, high catalytic activity and good stability of electrode materials are crucial for the practical application of SOEC. The perovskite structure of the oxygen electrodes has outstanding OER activity, while metal ceramic and metal oxide hydrogen electrodes possess good redox properties. This article firstly demonstrates the influence of the physical and electrochemical properties of electrode materials on the performance of SOEC, then illustrates the optimization strategies for electrode materials to improve electrolysis efficiency and extend service ***, the research priorities for the future development of electrode material are summarized.

Influence of characteristics of stabilized zirconia electrolyte on performance of cermet supported tubular SOFCs

Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)cermet supported tubular SOFC was fabricated by thermal ***-sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-Ni cermet coating plays dual roles of a support tube and an anode current collector.4.5mol.%yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)and 10mol.%scandia-stabilized zirconia(ScSZ)coatings were deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS)as the electrolyte in present *** electrical conductivity of electrolyte was measured using DC *** post treatment was employed using nitrate solution infiltration to densify APS electrolyte layer for improvement of gas *** electrical conductivity of electrolyte and the performance of single cell were investigated to optimize SOFC *** electrical conductivity of the as-sprayed YSZ and ScSZ coating is about 0.03 and 0.07 S·cm^(-1)at 1000℃,*** ohmic polarization significantly influences the performance of *** maximum output power density at 1000℃increases from 0.47 to 0.76 W·cm^(-2)as the YSZ electrolyte thickness reduces from 100μm to 40μ*** APS ScSZ coating of about 40μm as the electrolyte,the test cell presents a maximum power output density of over 0.89 W·cm^(-2)at 1000℃.

Influence of Atmospheric Plasma-Sprayed Composite Cathode on the Performance of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

Correlating particle impact condition with microstructure and properties of the cold-sprayed metallic deposits

Inter-particle bonding is an important factor affecting the property of cold sprayed metallic *** the interface bonding between particles in deposit is directly determined by plastic strain of particles during spraying,Cu deposits were made at series of impact velocities of 578 m s^-1 to 745 m s^-1 and 807 m s^-1 to correlate particle impact condition with microstructure and properties of the *** show that as the average particle impact velocity increases from 578 m s^-1 to 745 m s^-1 and 807 m s^-1,the deposition efficiency of feedstock powder increases from 58%to 84%and even to 95%.Although all three deposits reveal dense microstructure due to the high ductility of Cu,the deformation degree of the deposited particles remarkably increases with increasing impact *** enhanced plastic deformation of the deposited particles leads to more dispersed oxide scale and thereby stronger interparticle bonding with the strength of the deposit along the deposition direction increasing from 25.8 MPa to 148.5 *** electrical and thermal conductivities at through-thickness direction of the deposit at particle impact velocity of 807 m s^-1 are 78%IACS,295 W m^-1 K^-1,respectively.

Influence of TiCl_4 treatment on performance of dye-sensitized solar cell assembled with nano-TiO_2 coating deposited by vacuum cold spraying

Titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) treatment was employed to TiO2 coating deposited on fluoride-doped tin oxide (FTO) conducting glass and indium oxide doped tin oxide (ITO) conducting glass, respectively. The nano-crystalline TiO2 coating was deposited using a composite powder composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and 25 nm TiO2 particles by vacuum cold spraying (VCS) process. A commercial N-719 dye was used to adsorb on the surface of TiO2 coating to prepare TiO2 electrode, which was applied to assemble dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC). The cell performance was measured under simulated solar light at an intensity of 100 mW·cm-2. Results show that with an FTO substrate the DSC composed of a VCS TiO2 electrode untreated by TiCl4 gives a short-circuit current density of 13.1 mA·cm-2 and an open circuit voltage of 0.60 V corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 4.4%. It is found that after TiCl4 treatment to the VCS TiO2 electrode with an FTO substrate, the short circuit current density of the cell increases by 31%, the open-circuit voltage increases by 60 mV and a higher conversion yield of 6.5% was obtained. However, when an ITO substrate is used to deposit TiO2 coating by VCS, after TiCl4 treatment, the conversion efficiency of the assembled cell reduces slightly due to corrosion of the conducting layer on the ITO glass by TiCl4.

Influence of Deposition Temperature on the Splat Bonding and Mechanical Properties of Plasma-Sprayed Tungsten Coatings

The mechanical properties of thermally sprayed metallic coatings are limited by the bonding between *** this study,tungsten coatings were deposited at different deposition temperatures by controlling the substrate temperature through shrouded plasma *** dependence of the splat bonding and mechanical properties of W coatings on deposition temperature was *** results showed that the apparent porosity of the coatings decreased from 3.2%to 0.3%with the increase of the deposition *** Young's modulus of W coating was significantly increased from 128 to 307 GPa as the deposition temperature increased from room temperature to 800°*** microhardness of the coatings was less influenced by the deposition *** was found that splat bonding across lamellae was formed when the deposition temperature was higher than 600°C compared to the obvious lamellae interface in the coatings deposited at temperatures lower than 600°*** results evidently revealed that the mechanical properties of plasma-sprayed W coatings could be controlled through the splat bonding by altering deposition temperature.

Formation of Iron-aluminide Coating through Annealing of Shrouded Plasma-sprayed Iron/Aluminum Composite

The formation of iron aluminide coating was attempted through annealing of plasma-sprayed iron/aluminum composite *** plasma spraying with nitrogen as protective gas was employed to prepare iron/aluminum composite coating using mechanically blended iron and aluminum powders with Fe/Al atomic ratio of 65:*** of the as-sprayed coating was carried out in argon atmosphere at 450,500,550,and 600 o C for different *** microstructure of the coatings was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray *** effect of annealing on the microstructure and phase evolution in the coatings was *** results show that iron/aluminum composite coating with low oxide inclusions and porosity is deposited by shrouded plasma *** is found that Fe2Al5 intermetallics forms as an intermediate phase in the composite coating during *** the annealing duration and temperature increase,iron aluminide intermetallic phases in the coatings increase and the microstructure becomes more *** annealing at 600 o C for 336 h,FeAl and Fe3Al intermetallic phases will present in the coating as the main phases.
