Effect of IFN-γ/IL-10 on IL-10 Receptor Expression of Human Decidual Stromal Cells in Early Pregnancy

Objective To study the role of IFN-γ/IL-10 cytokines protein expression of human decidual stromal cells（DSC） vitro. on IL-10 receptor gene and in human early pregnancy in vitro. Methods Human DSC was isolated and cultured in vitro, and the expression of IL-10R1 and IL-10R2 gene was analyzed after cells had been treated with TH2-type cytokines IL-10 and TH1-type cytokines IFN-γ within 60 rain with semiquantitative reverse transcriptase-PCR, then the influence of IL-10 and IFN-γ on expression of IL-10R protein was examined by first trimester DSC using flow cytometry. In addition, the vitality of DSC was detected by MTT. Results IL-10R1 mRNA levels of DSC treated with IL-10 （10 ng/ml） reached the peak level within 15 rain, and were significantly lower at 30 rain, then were not detected at 45 min. The expression of IL-10R1 were induced to moderate level by IFN-γ（10 ng/ml） within 30 rain, and reduced to undetected levels at 60 min. There was no significant difference of IL-10R2 expression （P〉0.05） between treated and not with the abovementioned cytokines. The IL-10R protein expression and vitality of DSC were significantly enhanced by IL-10 （10 ng/ml） and IFN-γ （10 ng/ml） which treated DSC 48 h （P〈0.05）. Coneclusion IL-10 and IFN-γ may play an important role of biologic function in early pregnancy by influencing IL-10R expression of DSC.

本论文针对介电-金属多层周期结构提出设计宽谱完美吸收器的方法。该方法在不同波长区域分别使用布洛赫理论和等频率面的光学拓扑来调控吸收谱的起始以及终止波长。利用本设计方法,设计并制备了一个在可见光和近红外波段(0.4～2μm)高吸收的宽谱吸收器。理论计算和实验测量的平均吸收谱高达95%左右。为了进一步分析本方法的物理机制,本文利用导纳分析绘制了导纳图进行说明,随着层数的逐渐增加多层结构的导纳逐渐和真空中的导纳相匹配。本文设计的完美吸收器无需刻蚀等工艺,对于太阳能收集、辐射制冷、热成像等领域具有潜在应用价值。

New approach to measuring topological phase transitions utilizing Floquet technology

The Floquet technique provides a novel anomalous topological phase for non-equilibrium phase transitions. Based on the high symmetry of the quantum anomalous Hall model, the findings suggest a one-to-one correspondence between the average spin texture and the Floquet quasi-energy spectrum. A new approach is proposed to directly measure the quasi-energy spectrum, replacing previous measurements of the average spin texture. Finally, we proposed a reliable experimental scheme based on ion trap platforms. This scheme markedly reduces the measurement workload, improves the measurement fidelity, and is applicable to multiple platforms such as cold atoms and nuclear magnetic resonance.

BACKGROUND Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a prevalent complication of diabetes that often requires hemodialysis for *** the field of nursing,there is a growing recognition of the importance of humanistic care,which focuses on the holistic needs of patients,including their emotional,psychological,and social ***,the application of humanistic nursing in the context of hemodialysis for DKD patients remains relatively *** To explore the experience of humanistic nursing in hemodialysis nursing for DKD *** Ninety-six DKD patients treated with hemodialysis from March 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study and divided into the control cluster(48 cases)and the study cluster(48 cases)according to different nursing methods;the control cluster was given routine nursing and the study cluster was given humanized *** variances of negative emotion mark,blood glucose,renal function,the incidence of complications,life mark and nursing satisfaction before and after nur-sing were contrasted between the two *** No significant difference in negative emotion markers between the two clusters were observed before nursing(P>0.05),and the negative emotion markers of the two clusters decreased after *** Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale markers were lower in the study cluster than the control *** healing rate of patients in the study cluster was significantly higher than the control cluster(97.92%vs 85.42%,P0.05).However,after nursing,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine(SCr)levels in the study cluster were lower than those in the control cluster(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control cluster(6.25%vs 20.83%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life markers between the two clusters be

Since chemical processes are highly non-linear and multiscale, it is vital to deeply mine the multiscale coupling relationships embedded in the massive process data for the prediction and anomaly tracing of crucial process parameters and production indicators. While the integrated method of adaptive signal decomposition combined with time series models could effectively predict process variables, it does have limitations in capturing the high-frequency detail of the operation state when applied to complex chemical processes. In light of this, a novel Multiscale Multi-radius Multi-step Convolutional Neural Network(Msrt Net) is proposed for mining spatiotemporal multiscale information. First, the industrial data from the Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC) process decomposition using Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN) extract the multi-energy scale information of the feature subset. Then, convolution kernels with varying stride and padding structures are established to decouple the long-period operation process information encapsulated within the multi-energy scale data. Finally, a reconciliation network is trained to reconstruct the multiscale prediction results and obtain the final output. Msrt Net is initially assessed for its capability to untangle the spatiotemporal multiscale relationships among variables in the Tennessee Eastman Process(TEP). Subsequently, the performance of Msrt Net is evaluated in predicting product yield for a 2.80 × 10～6 t/a FCC unit, taking diesel and gasoline yield as examples. In conclusion, Msrt Net can decouple and effectively extract spatiotemporal multiscale information from chemical process data and achieve a approximately reduction of 30% in prediction error compared to other time-series models. Furthermore, its robustness and transferability underscore its promising potential for broader applications.

The 42 kg industrial H13 castings were prepared by different super-gravity fields with multi-rotation speeds,and the distribution of oxide inclusions in the castings was *** addition,the inward movement Reynolds number and inward movement time of oxide inclusions as well as the solidification time of molten steel at different positions in the castings were calculated to clarify the removal mechanism of oxide inclusions in super-gravity *** results show that the large size(i.e.,greater than 10μm)oxide inclusions are mainly concentrated in the inner and outer parts of the super-gravity castings with constant rotation speed(500 r min^(-1))and five-stage rotation speeds(500,600,750,850,and 950 r min^(-1)),respectively,while there are no large oxide inclusions in the super-gravity castings with three-stage rotation speeds(500,600,and 750 r min^(-1)).Although an increase in the particle size of inclusion and the rotation speed in super-gravity field is conducive to the increase in the inward movement Reynolds number of oxide inclusions and reduction in the inward movement time of oxide inclusions,it will reduce the local solidification time of molten *** the range of the rotation speed studied,the super-gravity field with three-stage rotation speeds has the best effect on the removal of inclusions in H13 molten steel.
