Research on the measurement of the price change of telecom services in China

It is difficult to measure the total change of the telecom service price （TSP） in China due to the complexity of TSP and the diversity of telecom service. This article analyzes the relation between telecom service revenue and traffic volumes of telecom service and deduces the method of measuring the total change in tendency of telecom price, which is based on the consumer＇s actual payment for telecom services. After describing the changing trend of TSP with the time series data from 1949 to 2000, the TSP showed a continuous declining tendency during 1949～1975. In contrast, the TSP showed a rising tendency from 1976 to 1991 and a sharp declining trend after 1992. Empirical tests and actual background of telecom reform support the results.

Theoretical derivation of the crystallographic parameters of polytypes of long-period stacking ordered structures with the period of 13 and 14 in hexagonal close-packed system

In this paper, a novel tensor-product based receding horizon H control(TPRHHC) method for nonlinear systems with external disturbance is proposed. A new set of matrix inequality conditions on the terminal weighting matrix is proposed for TP modeled nonlinear systems wherein nonincreasing monotonicity of the optimal cost is guaranteed. Under the set of terminal inequality conditions, the proposed TPRHHC method guarantees the infinite horizon H∞ performance for parameter-varying weighted systems with external *** an application of the proposed control method, three examples are simulated, Mass-Spring-Damper mechanical system is done to illustrate the effectiveness of TPRHHC, moreover, a synchronization problem for the Lorenz system and a regulation problem of an autonomous chaotic system are investigated.

Based on crystallographic theory, there are 63 kinds of polytypes of 13H long-period stacking order （LPSO） structure, 126 kinds of polytypes of 14H LPSO structure, 120 kinds of polytypes of 39R LPSO structure, and 223 kinds of polytypes of 42R LPSO structure in a hexagonal close-packed （HCP） system, and their stacking sequences and space groups have been derived in detail. The result provides a theoretical explanation for the various polytypes of the LPSO structure.

Since December 2019,an outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** significant threats to the public health and life in *** the other 6 identified coronaviruscs,the SARS-Cov-2 has a high infectious rate,a long incubation period and a variety of *** the absence of effective treatments for the virus,it becomes extremely urgent to develop scientific and standardized proposals for prevention and control of virus *** we focused on the surgical practice in Neurosurgery Department,Tongji Hospital,Wuhan,and drafted several recommendations based on the latest relevant guidelines and our *** recommendations have helped us until now to achieve'zero infection'of doctors and nurses in our department,we would like to share them with other medical staff of neurosurgery to fight 2019-nCoV infection.

Cluster Analysis on Japonica Rice(Oryza sativa L.) with Good Eating Quality Based on SSR Markers and Phenotypic Traits

Diversity of 60 conventional japonica rice accessions with good eating quality at home and abroad was analyzed using SSR molecular markers, agronomic traits and taste characteristics. A total of 290 alleles were detected in the 60 accessions at 72 SSR loci with the high similarity coefficients varying between 0.600 and 0.924. The loci on chromosome 5 showed the greatest value in average allele number. Additionally, most of the SSR loci could detect 3 to 4 alleles. An UPGMA dendrogram based on the cluster analysis of the genetic similarity coefficients showed that the grouping trend of part of the rice accessions was geographic-related and most of the rice accessions in Jiangsu Province, China were clustered together. Furthermore, many domestic accessions from south and north origins in China were close to the foreign japonica rice varieties, as proved by their pedigree origin from the foreign high-quality sources. For taste characteristics, part of the accessions with excellent taste were clearly clustered into one category though they came from different geographical regions, which indicates that taste characteristics of some varieties were mainly genetically determined. In addition, the agronomic traits of japonica rice with good taste might be closely related with their geographical origins, but the relationship between superior taste characteristics and agronomic traits should be further clarified.

This study was to investigate the regulation of monoclonal antibodies against adipocyte membrane proteins （McAb） on lipid metabolism in pigs. Forty Landrace x Saba pigs were randomly divided into eight groups; the control group was given 10 mL saline and the treat groups were given monoclonal antibody against adipocyte-specific membrane protein with 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 mg kg-I body weight at 15 and 60 kg body weight, respectively, by intraperitoneal injection. The results showed that McAb could increase, significantly, serum lipoprotein lipase activity and reduce serum nonesterified fatty acid （NEFA） content. Meanwhile, McAb increased content of serum lipid, triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （CHO）, high density lipoprotein （HDL）, and low density lipoprotein （LDL） both at 15 and 60 kg body weight. However, McAb affected more significantly the lipid metabolism at 15 kg body weight than at 60 kg body weight. Moreover, this effect of McAb on lipid metabolism exhibited dose-dependent effect. These results suggested that this monoclonal antibody increased lipase activity, promoted lipolysis, and utilization of lipid so that McAb could be applied to restrain excessive fat deposition in porcine production through the regulation of fat metabolism.

“一带一路”倡议提出以来已逾十载,我国在这一过程中逐渐具备了规则创新的能力与契机,该种创新可由缺乏国际协调的实用新型制度先行。“一带一路”共建国家以及沿线区域性知识产权组织存在实用新型制度本土化的立法基础、改革经验及协调实践,考虑实用新型制度在保护渐进式创新、维护共建发展中国家利益、提升知识产权国际博弈话语权等方面所发挥的作用,我国应当推行从软法到硬法的实用新型国际协调行动。包括但非限于借助“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛发起协调倡议、倡导由世界知识产权组织出台《实用新型示范法》、借鉴欧盟的开放协调机制进行规则协商等,并将实用新型制度引入更多双边、多边贸易协定谈判场景。
