Decreased levels of phosphorylated synuclein in plasma are correlated with poststroke cognitive impairment

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.

Small extracellular vesicles derived from human induced pluripotent stem cell-differentiated neural progenitor cells mitigate retinal ganglion cell degeneration in a mouse model of optic nerve injury

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

Testing method of rock structural plane using digital drilling

The rock mass consists of rock blocks and structural planes,which can reduce its integrity and ***,accurately obtaining the characteristics of the rock mass structural plane is a prerequisite for evaluating stability and designing supports in underground ***,there are no effective testing methods for the characteristic parameters of the rock mass structural plane in underground *** paper presents the digital drilling technology as a new testing method of rock mass structural *** rock specimens with cracks of varying widths and angles were used to simulate the rock mass structural planes,and the multifunctional rock mass digital drilling test system was employed to carry out the digital drilling *** analysis focuses on the variation laws of drilling parameters,such as drilling pressure and drilling torque,affected by the characteristics of prefabricated cracks,and clarifies the degradation mechanism of rock equivalent compressive ***,an identification model for the characteristic parameters of rock mass structural planes during drilling is *** test results indicate that the average difference of the characteristics of prefabricated cracks identified by the equivalent compressive strength is 2.45°and 0.82 mm,*** identification model while drilling is verified to be correct due to the high identification *** on this,a method for testing the characteristic parameters of the surrounding rock structural plane while drilling is *** research offers a theoretical and methodological foundation for precise in situ identification of structural planes of the surrounding rock in underground engineering.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the correlation between diagnostic information of tongue and gastroscopy results of patients with chronic ***:Frequent pattern growth(FP-Growth),SPSS Modeler was used to analyze the correlation rules between the image information of tongue parameters and the characteristics of the stomach and duodenum seen under ***:Ranking in order of confidence:cyanotic tongue,slippery fur,yellow fur and spotted tongue were sequently associated with both gastric antrum mucosal hyperemia or edema and gastric antrum mucosal erythema/macula.L,one value of tongue coating color,which counted among(30,60),tooth-marked tongue and b,one value of tongue coating color,which counted in the range of(5,20)were sequently associated with gastric antrum mucosal erythema/macula.A,one value of tongue body color,which counted in the range of(0,20),was related to both gastric antrum mucosal hyperemia or edema and gastric antrum mucosal erythema/macula.a,one value of tongue coating color,which counted in the range of(15,35),was associated with gastric antrum mucosal erythema/*** are a total of 9 strong correlation ***:Cyanotic tongue,slippery fur,yellow fur,the CIE Lab value of tongue coating,a,the value of tongue body color,spotted tongue,and tooth-marked tongue are all related to the gastric antrum mucosal hyperemia or edema and gastric antrum mucosal erythema/*** conditions of gastric mucosa could be predicted by the examination of the above related image information of tongue.

Lattice Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook Simulations in 2-D Incompressible magnetohydrodynamics

Lattice Boltzmann Method is recently developed within numerical schemes for simulating a variety of physical systems. In this paper a new lattice Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook (LBGK) model for two-dimensional incompressible magnetohydrodynamics (IMHD) is presented. The model is an extension of a hydrodynamics lattice BGK model with 9 velocities on a square lattice, resulting in a model with 17 velocities. Most of the existing LBGK models for MHD can be viewed as compressible schemes to simulate incompressible flows. The compressible effect might lead to some undesirable errors in numerical simulations. In our model the compressible effect has been overcome successfully. The model is then applied to the Hartmann flow, giving reasonable results.

Synthesis of 3-Methylbutanal by Strecker Reaction at Unelevated Temperature and in Acidic Systems

3-Methylbutanal was obtained by the Strecker reaction with L-leucine and D-ribose at unelevated temperature and acidic conditions. Volatile compounds from reaction systems were analyzed by solid phase microextration （SPME） coupledwith gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy （GC-MS）. The formation mechanism of 3-methylbutanal was also proposed. Various reaction conditions were investigated, including reaction time, reaction temperature, pH value and salt content of the system.

A single-task and multi-decision evolutionary game model based on multi-agent reinforcement learning

In the evolutionary game of the same task for groups,the changes in game rules,personal interests,the crowd size,and external supervision cause uncertain effects on individual decision-making and game *** the markov decision framework,a single-task multi-decision evolutionary game model based on multi-agent reinforcement learning is proposed to explore the evolutionary rules in the process of a *** model can improve the result of a evolutionary game and facilitate the completion of the ***,based on the multi-agent theory,to solve the existing problems in the original model,a negative feedback tax penalty mechanism is proposed to guide the strategy selection of individuals in the *** addition,in order to evaluate the evolutionary game results of the group in the model,a calculation method of the group intelligence level is ***,the Q-learning algorithm is used to improve the guiding effect of the negative feedback tax penalty *** the model,the selection strategy of the Q-learning algorithm is improved and a bounded rationality evolutionary game strategy is proposed based on the rule of evolutionary games and the consideration of the bounded rationality of ***,simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively guide individuals to choose cooperation strategies which are beneficial to task completion and stability under different negative feedback factor values and different group sizes,so as to improve the group intelligence level.

Thorium distribution on the Moon:new insights from chang’E-2 gamma-ray spectrometer

We present the thorium distribution on the lunar surface derived from observations by the chang’E-2 gamma-ray spectrometer(CE-2 GRS). This new map shows a similar thorium distribution to previous observations. In combination with this new thorium map and impact cratering model, we investigate the origination of thorium on the Moon’s highlands, which was previously thought to be contributed from Imbrium ejecta. We found that the Imbrium ejecta has a small contribution(~20%–30%) to the thorium on the lunar highlands but most thorium is likely to be indigenous before the deposition of the Imbrium ejecta. This new thorium map also confirms that the eastern highlands have a relatively higher thorium concentration than the western highlands. We propose that the thin crust and large basins on the eastern highlands are responsible for this difference in thorium.
