目的探讨血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)和降钙素原(PCT)在小儿脓毒性休克检测中的临床意义方法 50例脓毒性休克患儿,根据入院时小儿危重病例评分法分为非危重组(35例)和危重组(15例)对两组血浆BNP和PCT水平进行比较,对存活患儿急性期和恢复期的血浆BNP和PCT水平进行比较并对死亡患儿BNP和PCT的相关性进行分析。结果危重组血浆BNP和PCT水平明显高于非危重组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);存活患儿急性期血浆BNP和PCT水平明显高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将死亡患儿入院时血浆BNP和PCT进行Spearman秩相关的非参数统计方法分析,结果显示血浆BNP和PCT呈正相关(r=0.9821)。结论监测血浆中BNP和PCT水平对评估脓毒性休克患儿病情制定诊疗措施及判断预后具有重要的临床意义。

The Ni-ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4),x=0.4-0.7)spinel was synthesized using Zn2+extracted from electric arc furnace dust(EAFD),nickel chloride hexahydrate,and Fe^(3+)extracted from iron scale as raw *** zinc was selectively extracted from EAFD using CaO roasting followed by NH_(4)Cl solution *** ferric ion was leached from iron scale using HCl solution as acid *** experimental results demonstrate a high level of efficiency in the extraction of zinc,with a rate of 97.5%,and the leaching rate of ferric ion is 96.89%.The composition of the leaching solution is primary zinc and iron with low calcium,which is beneficial to the preparation of spinel *** influence of Ni content(x)and calcination temperature on the synthesis and magnetic properties of NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)compounds was investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and vibrating sample *** results revealed that both Ni content and calcination temperature significantly affect the synthesis and magnetic properties of spinel NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4).Under the conditions of Ni content set at x=0.6,calcination temperature of 1100℃,and a duration of 2 h,a spinel NixZn_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4)with high saturation magnetization(Ms=65.7 A m2 kg-1)and low coercivity(Hc=0.056 A m^(-1))was obtained.

Polymeric microwave actuators combining tissue-like softness with programmablemicrowave-responsive deformation hold great promise for mobile intelligentdevices and bionic soft robots. However, their application is challenged by restricted electromagneticsensitivity and intricate sensing coupling. In this study, a sensitized polymericmicrowave actuator is fabricated by hybridizing a liquid crystal polymer with Ti3C2Tx(MXene). Compared to the initial counterpart, the hybrid polymer exhibits unique spacechargepolarization and interfacial polarization, resulting in significant improvements of230% in the dielectric loss factor and 830% in the apparent efficiency of electromagneticenergy harvest. The sensitized microwave actuation demonstrates as the shortenedresponse time of nearly 10 s, which is merely 13% of that for the initial shape memory polymer. Moreover, the ultra-low content of MXene (upto 0.15 wt%) benefits for maintaining the actuation potential of the hybrid polymer. An innovative self-powered sensing prototype that combinesdriving and piezoelectric polymers is developed, which generates real-time electric potential feedback (open-circuit potential of ~ 3 mV) duringactuation. The polarization-dominant energy conversion mechanism observed in the MXene-polymer hybrid structure furnishes a new approachfor developing efficient electromagnetic dissipative structures and shows potential for advancing polymeric electromagnetic intelligent devices.

A new GC/MS method for detection and identification of 19 anabolic steroids in human urine is *** procedure involves adsorption and isolation on a macroporous XAD-2 resin,enzymatic hydrolysis,alkaline extraction,derivatization,GC separation and MS detec- *** chromatographic-mass spectrometric data illustrate artifacts arising from enzymatic hydrolysis of steroid glucuronides and the structural characterization of their metabolites. Using this method,metabolic studies of these steroids in human urine were made after their ingestion by normal and healthy male *** method was proven to be suitable for large-scale routine analysis of anabolic steroids and was used successfully in passing the doping control test held by the Medical Commission of the International Olympic Committee.

lithium metal batteries（LMBs） with high energy density are impeded by the instability of solid electrolyte interface（SEI） and the uncontrolled growth of lithium（li） *** mitigate these challenges,optimizing the SEI structure and li deposition behavior is the key to stable *** study novelty proposes a facile synthesis of MgF2/carbon（C） nanocomposite through the mechanochemical reaction between metallic Mg and polytetrafluoroethylene（PTFE） powders,and its modified polypropylene（PP）separator enhances LMB *** in-situ formed highly conductive fluorine-doped C species play a crucial role in facilitating ion/electron transport,thereby accelerating electrochemical kinetics and altering li deposition *** cycling,the in-situ reaction between MgF2and li leads to the formation of liMg alloy,along with a liF-rich SEI layer,which reduces the nucleation overpotential and reinforces the interphase strength,leading to homogeneous li deposition with dendrite-free *** from these merits,the li metal is densely and uniformly deposited on the MgF2/C@PP separator side rather than on the current collector ***,the symmetric cell with MgF2/C@PP exhibits superb li plating/stripping performance over 2800 h at 1 mA cm-2and 2 mA h *** importantly,the assembled li@MgF2/C@PPIliFePO4full cell with a low negative/positive ratio of 3.6delivers an impressive cyclability with 82.7% capacity retention over 1400 cycles at 1 C.

陶瓷颗粒增强型金属基复合涂层在诸多工业领域都有需求,其中包括炼钢工业。本文中,MCr Al Y-Al2O3复合粉末通过球磨法制备,并且通过等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂和冷喷涂分别制备了MCr Al Y-Al2O3复合涂层。实验结果显示,可以选用不优先使基体与Al2O3结合的复合粉末控制涂层中的Al2O3含量。涂层粉末的微结构在冷喷涂涂层和超音速火焰喷涂涂层中得到了良好的保留,这是因为喷涂粒子未熔化或部分熔化。然而,对于等离子喷涂的涂层,大多数Al2O3颗粒被隔离在层状界面,在条状界面上形成连续的氧化皮。经退火处理后,由元素扩散引起的条状界面的强化使得超音速火焰喷涂和大气等离子喷涂的涂层硬度增大。此外,冷喷涂涂层由于退火后加工硬化效果的消除,硬度增加不像超音速火焰喷涂和等离子喷涂涂层那样明显。
