A liponeurofibroma is a dermal neurofibroma(NF)with an infiltration of abnormal fat cells.Under HE staining,the liponeurofibroma lesion is a well-circumscribed and nonencapsulated tumor mass located in the dermis.Spindle-shaped tumor cells with wavy cytoplasm and elongated nuclei are scattered in the tumor mass.Fatty change is clearly seen inside the tumor,replacing the Sshaped cells.Round fat cells with vacuolated cytoplasmand thin nuclei are larger than the surrounding cells and may gather and fuse into clusters,while some adipocytes have intraluminal flap-like structures(Fig.1).

The shearing line is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of heavy plates.A model of contour recognition and intelligent shearing strategy for the heavy plate was proposed.Firstly,multi-array binocular vision linear cameras were used to complete the image acquisition.Secondly,the total length of the steel plate after cooling was predicted by back propagation neural network algorithm according to the contour data.Finally,using the scanning line and a new camber description method,the shearing strategy including head/tail irregular shape length and rough dividing strategy was calculated.The practical application shows that the model and strategy can effectively solve the problems existing in the shearing process and can effectively improve the yield of steel plates.The maximum error of detection width,length,camber,and the length of the irregular deformation area at the head/tail of the plate are all less than 5 mm.The correlation coefficient of the length prediction model based on the back propagation neural network is very high.The reverse ratio result of edge cutting failure using the proposed rough dividing strategy is 1/401=0.2%,which is 2%higher than that by human.

A clear understanding of the changes of water resources under the background of environmental changes is of great significance for scientific management and utilization of water resources in China.This study systematically analyzed the spatialetemporal variations of surface water resources in China since 2000.Water vulnerability in current(2010s)and its trends from 2000 to late-2010s in different regions of China were also summarized.In addition,the correspondingly adaptive measures to counter regional risks to water resources were proposed.We concluded that the runoff of major rivers had been decreasing in eastern China and increasing in western China during 2000-2018.In the arid area of Northwest China,the alpine runoff has shown an overall upward trend since the late-1990s/early-2000s,with a 10%-25% increase caused by the increase of glacial meltwater and precipitation.While the runoff of each hydrological station in the 2000s-2010s was 34.7% lower than that in the 1950se2010s on average.The increases in precipitation and glacial meltwater with global warming caused a rapid expansion of lakes in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Xinjiang,thus leading to an increase in total area and water quantity of lakes in China from 1995 to 2015.The mean contribution rates of climate change and human activity to runoff change in river basins of China were 53.5% and 46.5%,respectively,during the period of 2000-2010s.The driving factor of runoff change in many river basins has gradually changed from climate change(1950s-2000)to human activity(2000-2018).During 2000-2018,the contributions of human activities to runoff change were 50%-80% in major rivers of eastern China.The vulnerability in most areas of Northwest China and North China is generally high,with the vulnerability index greater than 0.6.Comparatively,in Northeast,East,South,and Central China,it is lower or not vulnerable.In Southwest China,the vulnerability varies greatly with Yunnan and Sichuan relatively low while Chongqing and Guizhou relatively high.The precipitat

In this work,a series of high strength,thermal stable and antioxidant proton exchange membranes were designed with solution processible polybenzimidazole(PBI)as the matrix and perfluorosulfonic acid(PFSA)as the fortifier for proton exchange.Solution processible PBI was successfully synthesized by introducing 4,4’-dicarboxydiphenyl ether into the molecular chains of PBI.PFSA/PBI composite membranes were obtained by solution blending and film casting.PBI and PFSA/PBI composite membranes exhibited greatly enhanced tensile strength and Young’s modulus compared to PFSA.PFSA/PBI composite membranes are stable below 300℃ which are suitable for practical application in proton exchange membrane fuel cells.The PFSA/PBI composite membranes show good dimensional stability with low water uptake and swelling rate.The PFSA/PBI composite membranes also exhibit excellent antioxidation stability with less than 5%initial mass loss over 120 h in Fenton reagent.The proton conductivity of PBI is greatly enhanced by blending with PFSA and the proton conductivities of the composite membranes are increased with the raise of PFSA content and temperature.This work offers valuable insights into the exploration of PBI based high-performance proton exchange membranes.

AIM: To identify the radiological characteristics of focal autoimmune pancreatitis (f-AIP) useful for differentiation from pancreatic cancer (PC). METHODS: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and triple-phase computed tomography (CT) scans of 79 patients (19 with f-AIP, 30 with PC, and 30 with a normal pancreas) were evaluated retrospectively. A radiologist measured the CT attenuation of the pancreatic parenchyma, the f-AIP and PC lesions in triple phases. The mean CT attenuation values of the f-AIP lesions were compared with those of PC, and the mean CT attenuation values of pancreatic parenchyma in the three groups were compared. The diagnostic performance of CT attenuation changes from arterial phase to hepatic phase in the differentiation between f-AIP and PC was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. We also investigated the incidence of previously reported radiological findings for differentiation between f-AIP and PC. RESULTS: The mean CT attenuation values of f-AIP lesions in enhanced phases were significantly higher than those of PC (arterial phase: 60 ± 7 vs 48 ± 10, P < 0.05; pancreatic phase: 85 ± 6 vs 63 ± 15, P < 0.05; hepatic phase: 95 ± 7 vs 63 ± 13, P < 0.05). The mean CT attenuation values of f-AIP lesions were significantly lower those of uninvolved pancreas and normal pancreas in the arterial and pancreatic phase of CT (P < 0.001, P < 0.001), with no significant difference at the hepatic phase or unenhanced scanning (P = 0.4, P = 0.1). When the attenuation value increase was equal or more than 28 HU this was considered diagnostic for f-AIP, and a sensitivity of 87.5%, specificity of 100% and an area under the ROC curve of 0.974 (95%CI: 0.928-1.021) were achieved. Five findings were more frequently observed in f-AIP patients: (1) sausageshaped enlargement; (2) delayed homogeneous enhancement; (3) hypoattenuating capsule-like rim; (4) irregular narrowing of the main pancreatic duct (MPD) and/or stricture of the common bile duct (CBD); and (5) MPD upstream dilation ≤

Border effects of the main and ratoon crops in the rice ratooning system

The border effect(BE)is widely observed in crop field experiments,and it has been extensively studied in many crops.However,only limited attention has been paid to the BE of ratoon rice.We conducted field experiments on ratoon rice in Qichun County,Hubei Province,Central China in 2018 and 2019 to compare the BE in the main and ratoon crops,and to quantify the contribution of BE in the main crop to that in the ratoon crop.The BE of two hybrid varieties was measured for the outermost,second outermost,and third outermost rows in each plot of both crops.To determine the contribution of BE between the two crops,portions of hills in the outermost and second outermost rows were uprooted during the harvest of the main crop so that the second and third outermost rows then became the outermost rows in the ratoon crop.Overall,the BE on grain yield was greater in the main crop than in the ratoon crop.In the main crop,the BE on grain yield was 98.3%in the outermost row,which was explained by the BE on panicles m^(–2),spikelets/panicle,spikelets m^(–2),and total dry weight.In the ratoon crop,the BE on grain yield was reduced to 60.9 and 27.6%with and without the contribution of the BE in the main crop,respectively.Consequently,55.1%of the BE on grain yield in the ratoon crop was contributed from the main crop.High stubble dry weight and non-structural carbohydrate(NSC)accumulation at the harvest of the main crop were responsible for the contribution of BE in the main crop to that in the ratoon crop.Our results suggest that increases in stubble dry weight and NSC accumulation at the harvest of the main crop could be important strategies for developing high-yielding cropping practices in the rice ratooning system.

CO_(2)-assisted oxidative dehydrogenation of propane(CO_(2)-ODHP)is an attractive strategy to offset the demand gap of propylene due to its potentiality of reducing CO_(2)emissions,especially under the demands of peaking CO_(2)emissions and carbon neutrality.The introduction of CO_(2)as a soft oxidant into the reaction not only averts the over-oxidation of products,but also maintains the high oxidation state of the redox-active sites.Furthermore,the presence of CO_(2)increases the conversion of propane by coupling the dehydrogenation of propane(DHP)with the reverse water gas reaction(RWGS)and inhibits the coking formation to prolong the lifetime of catalysts via the reverse Boudouard reaction.An effective catalyst should selectively activate the C–H bond but suppress the C–C cleavage.However,to prepare such a catalyst remains challenging.Chromium-based catalysts are always applied in industrial application of DHP;however,their toxic properties are harmful to the environment.In this aspect,exploring environment-friendly and sustainable catalytic systems with Cr-free is an important issue.In this review,we outline the development of the CO_(2)-ODHP especially in the last ten years,including the structural information,catalytic performances,and mechanisms of chromium-free metal-based catalyst systems,and the role of CO_(2)in the reaction.We also present perspectives for future progress in the CO_(2)-ODHP.

Gene Variations of Sixth Complement Component Affecting Tacrolimus Metabolism in Patients with Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Background：Orthotopic liver transplantation （OLT） improves the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）.Moreover,the complement system is a powerful immune effector that can affect liver function and process of liver cirrhosis.However,studies correlating the complement system with tacrolimus metabolism after OLT are scarce.In this study,the role of single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） associated with the sixth complement component （C6） in tacrolimus metabolism was investigated during the early stages of liver transplantation.Methods：The study enrolled 135 adult patients treated with OLT for HCC between August 2011 and October 2013.Ten SNPs in C6 gene and rs776746 in cytochrome P450 3A5 （CYP3A5） gene were investigated.The tacrolilnus levels were monitored daily during 4 weeks after transplantation.Results：Both donor and recipient CYP3A5 rs776746 allele A were correlated with decreased concentration/dose （C/D） ratios.Recipient C6 rs9200 allele G and donor C6 rs10052999 homozygotes were correlated with lower C/D ratios.Recipient CYP3A5 rs776746 allele A （yielded median tacrolimus C/D ratios of 225.90 at week 1 and 123.61 at week 2）,C6 rs9200 allele G （exhibited median tacrolimus C/D ratios of 211.31 at week l,110.23 at week 2,and 99.88 at week 3）,and donor CYP3A5 rs776746 allele A （exhibited median C/D ratios of 210.82 at week l,111.06 at week 2,77.49 at week 3,and 85.60 at week 4） and C6 rs 10052999 homozygote （exhibited median C/D ratios of 167.59 at week 2,157.99 at week 3,and 155.36 at week 4） were associated with rapid tacrolimus metabolism.With increasing number of these alleles,patients were found to have lower tacrolimus C/D ratios at various time points during the 4 weeks after transplantation.In multiple linear regression analysis,recipient C6 rs9200 group （AA vs.GG/GA） was found to be related to tacrolimus metabolism at weeks 1,2,and 3 （P =0.005,P =0.045,and P =0.033,respectively）,whereas donor C6 rs10052999 group （CC/TT vs.TC） was demonstrated to be correlated with tacrolimus metabolis
