A modified cellular automaton (MCA) model has been extended to the ternary.alloy.sy.tem by.coupling thermody.amic and phase equilibrium calculation engine PanEngine. In the present model the dendrite growth is driven by.the difference between the local equilibrium liquidus temperature and local actual temperature, incorporating the effect of curvature. The local equilibrium liquidus temperature is calculated with PanEngine according to the local liquid concentrations of two solutes, which are determined by.numerically.solving the species transport equation in the domain. Model validation was carried out through the comparison of the simulated values to the prediction of the Scheil model for solute profiles in the primary.dendrites. The simulated data with zero solid diffusivity.and limited liquid diffusivity.were increasingly.close to the Scheil profiles as the solidification rate decreased. The simulated microstructure and microsegregation in an Al-Cu-Mg ternary.alloy.were compared with those obtained experimentally.

Calcium-independent phospholipase A2 (iPLA2) belongs to the group VI family.of phospholipase superfamily.(PLA2) that cataly.es the hy.roly.is of gly.erophospholipids at the sn-2 ester bond, producing unesterified fatty.acids and 2-ly.ophospholipids. Research interests on iPLA2 have not been as significant as those on secretary.PLA2 and cy.osolic PLA2. However, more efforts have been made recently.on understanding the expression, regulation and biological function of iPLA2. iPLA2 play. important roles in several biological processes, including signal transduction, phospholipid remodelling, eicosanoid formation, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and apoptosis. Modulation of iPLA2 activity.can have prominent effects on cellular metabolism, central nervous sy.tem and cardiovascular functions. Thus, dy.regulation iPLA2 can play.a vital role in the pathogenesis of several diseases. The aim of this review is to provide the current understanding of the structure, function and regulation of group VI iPLA2 and highlight its potential mechanisms of action in mediating several neurological disorders and cancer.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have been regarded as one of the most competitive alternatives for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to the abundance of sodium and comparable electrochemical characteristics of sodium to that of ***,while highly.desired,developing stable anode materials remains a critical *** this work,the development of a stable anode for SIBs is reported,a poriferous nanoflake-assembled flower-like nickel tetraphosphide(PNAF-NP)with high surface area and ty.ical mesoporous *** to the unique structure,the PANF-NP anode exhibits excellent reversible capacity.of 648.34mAhg^(-1) at 0.2Ag^(-1) with a Coulombic efficiency.of 98.67%,and superior cy.ling stability.at 0.2Ag^(-1) with high retention capacity.of 456.34 mAhg^(-1) and average Coulombic efficiency.of 99.19%after 300 ***,the high reversible capacity.of 614.43,589.49,512.66,and 432.23mAhg^(-1) is achieved at 0.5,1,2,and 5Ag^(-1),respectively.indicating the superior rate capability.of the PNAF-NP *** work represents a great advancement in the field of SIBs by.reporting a high-performance anode material.

Zircon(U-Th)/He thermochronometry.was used as an effective indicator to study.the thermal history.of deep sedimentary.basins with high *** He ages and closure temperatures are very.important *** this paper,detrital zircon He closure temperature was studied by.establishing the evolutionary.pattern between zircon He ages and burial depth of borehole samples obtained from the Cenozoic strata in the Bohai Bay.and Tarim basins,which have different thermal *** results show that the zircon He closure temperature of natural evolution samples is 200℃,which is higher than the temperature obtained from thermal simulation experiments(183℃).The temperature range of 140-200℃corresponds to the zircon helium partial retention *** properly.understanding zircon He closure temperatures,zircon(U-Th)/He thermochronometry.can provide a correct explanation of the He ages,and significant guidance in the study.of the evolution of source rocks and the process of hy.rocarbon accumulation in deep sedimentary.basins.

In this work,we introduce a roll-to-roll sy.tem that can continuously.print three-dimensional(3D)periodic nanostructures over large *** approach is based on Langmuir-Blodgett assembly.of colloidal nanospheres,which diffract normal incident light to create a complex intensity.pattern for near-field *** geometry.of the 3D nanostructure is defined by.the Talbot effect and can be precisely.designed by.tuning the ratio of the nanosphere diameter to the exposure *** this sy.tem,we have demonstrated patterning of 3D photonic cry.tals with a 500 nm period on a 50×200 mm^(2) flexible substrate,with a sy.tem throughput of 3mm/*** patterning y.eld is quantitatively.analy.ed by.an automated electron beam inspection method,demonstrating long-term repeatability.of an up to 88% y.eld over a 4-month *** inspection method can also be employ.d to examine pattern uniformity.achieving an average y.eld of up to 78.6% over full substrate *** proposed patterning method is highly.versatile and scalable as a nanomanufacturing platform and can find application in nanophotonics,nanoarchitected materials,and multifunctional nanostructures.

A self-standing,flexible and lithium dendrite growth-suppressing composite gel poly.er electroly.e membrane was designed for the use of room-temperature lithium ion *** multi-functional composite semi-interpenetrating poly.er network(referred to as“Cs-IPN”)electroly.e membrane was fabricated by.combining a UV-cured ethoxy.ated trimethy.olpropane triacry.ate(ETPTA)macromer with alumina nanoparticles in the presence of liquid electroly.e and thermoplastic linear poly.ethy.ene oxide)(PEO).The poly.er electroly.e membrane exhibits a semi-interpenetrating poly.er network structure and a higher room temperature ionic conductivity.which impart the electroly.e with a significant cy.ling(120 mAh g^(-1)after 200 cy.les)and a remarkable rate(137 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1℃,130 mAh g^(-1)at 0.5℃,119 mAh g^(-1)at 1℃ and 100 mAh g^(-1)at 2℃)performance in Li/LiFePO4 *** importantly.the poly.er electroly.e possesses superior ability.to inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites,which makes it promising for next generation lithium ion batteries.

In 2017,China’s central government approved the national strategy.to build Xiong’an New Area(XNA,100 km southwest to Beijing),which was announced as a"millennium strategy.and a"demo area"for a sustainable,modern,and innovative urban ***’an will draw in as much as$380 billion investment and is expected to help accelerate the development of the wider Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Jingjinji)*** this paper,present subsidence in the XNA area is investigated using InSAR observations for the first *** 24 SAR images acquired by.European Space Agency.s Sentinel-1 satellites during the period from June 2017 to July.2018 suggest that in the north of Xiong County.the subsidence rate reaches up to 90 mm/y.which is highly.correlated with the exploitation of geothermal *** the construction in the XNA area will significantly.accelerate and its high-quality.development,the InSAR findings could provide valuable information for future sustainable urban planning and underground infrastructure construction.
