针对动态失速导致旋翼翼型气动性能恶化的问题,借助介质阻挡放电非对称构型激励器,通过脉动压力传感器测量,开展了旋翼翼型动态失速非定常等离子体流动控制研究。重点对非定常等离子体控制机理和非定常激励参数影响进行了探究,试验验证了非定常等离子体激励的良好控制能力。研究表明:非定常流动控制可以减弱翼型的升力骤降,20%的占空比就足以取得明显的控制效果;激励频率f^(+)=1~2时的非定常控制效果最好,升力迟滞环面积减小16%,升力系数平均值提高6%。机理分析发现等离子体激励主要作用于动态失速涡脱落后,非定常激励明显削弱了动态失速涡脱落对翼型气动力的不利影响,同时非定常激励可以产生更多的涡以促进前缘逆压梯度的恢复和流动的重附着。

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)infection causes significant economic loss to the global pig *** 1 and 2 PRRSV(PRRSV-1 and-2)infections have been reported in China,Europe and *** accurate prevention,nanobodies were first used as diagnostic reagents for PRRSV *** this study three nanobodies targeting both PRRSV-1 and-2,two targeting PRRSV-1 and three targeting PRRSV-2,were screened and *** develop two competitive ELISAs(cELISAs),the g1-2-PRRSV-Nb3-HRP nanobody was chosen for the g1-2-cELISA,to detect common antibodies against PRRSV-1 and-2,and the g1-PRRSV-Nb136-HRP nanobody was chosen for the g1-cELISA,to detect anti-PRRSV-1 *** two cELISAs were developed using PRRSV-1-N protein as coating antigen,and the amounts for both were 100 ng/*** optimized dilution of testing pig sera was 1:20,the optimized reaction times were 30 min,and the colorimetric reaction times were 15 ***,the cut-off values of the g1-2-cELISA and g1-cELISA were 26.6%and 35.6%,*** of them have high sensitivity,strong specificity,good repeatability,and *** addition,for the 1534 clinical pig sera,an agreement rate of 99.02%(Kappa values=0.97)was determined between the g1-2-cELISA and the commercial IDEXX ELISA *** the g1-cELSIA,it can specifically detect anti-PRRSV-1 antibodies in the clinical pig ***,combining two nanobody-based cELISAs can differentially detect antibodies against PRRSV-1 and-2.

我国基层综合治理历经了从关注“社会治安”到关注“社会治理”的范式转型。作为农村基层维稳和秩序建构的现代化产物,网格化治理在推进社会管理机制创新的同时也在不断深化“中国之治”理论体系的建构。数字技术的嵌入改变了乡村社会的生产生活方式,为乡村网格化治理创新开辟新的视野。本文将网格化治理研究置于数字化转型的宏大场域,以f省的“数字坂里”平台建设为研究对象,系统剖析“网格化+数字化”乡村综合治理的运作机制和实践机理。技术赋能背景下,“网格化+数字化”乡村综合治理呈现治理过程的可视性、条块联动的有效性、公众参与的实质性和治理导向的服务性等基本特征。“网格化+数字化”乡村综合治理的有效运行在于接诉即办促进流程简化、权限放开推动广泛参与、自动提醒助力有效落实、在线督查倒逼质效提升、全程留痕赋能考核细化。此外,“网格化+数字化”乡村综合治理的有效实现需要刚性与柔性的有机结合、技治与人治的互促共进、考核对行为的有效激励、行政与自治的互嵌共生以及维稳转向服务的导向革新。

施用沼液对紫花苜蓿种植土壤有机碳、氮组分影响研究

为明确沼液替代氮肥对种植紫花苜蓿石灰性土壤有机碳、氮组分的影响,开展田间试验,设置不施肥,常规施用化肥氮,基于化肥氮20%用量的沼液+80%化肥氮,基于化肥氮50%用量的沼液+50%化肥氮,基于常规施用化肥氮100%、200%用量的沼液共6个处理,分析比较各处理对土壤有机碳、氮组分影响。结果表明:随沼液配施比例的提高,土壤酸解氨基酸态氮、酸解总氮含量逐渐增加,与单施化肥相比,100%和200%沼液施用处理下土壤氨基酸态氮、酸解总氮含量分别显著提高13.93%~37.21%和8.22%~21.71%;20%~50%沼液施用利于提高土壤非酸解态氮含量;与100%沼液施用相比,200%沼液施用处理土壤酸解未知态氮和全氮含量分别下降9.01%~37.00%和0.89%~7.87%;沼液施用提高了土壤酸解氮组分尤其是酸解氨基酸态氮的比例。全氮与酸解总氮、氨基糖态氮和未知态氮含量呈极显著正相关关系。土壤腐殖酸、富里酸、游离腐殖酸和有机碳含量随沼液配施比例的提高而提高;与单施化肥相比,沼液100%和200%施用处理显著提高富里酸含量,沼液50%施用处理显著提高胡敏酸含量,胡富比随沼液施用比例提高呈下降趋势;有机碳与腐殖酸、游离腐殖酸、残渣碳、富里酸含量呈极显著正相关关系。综上所述,本研究条件下基于常规施用化肥氮100%用量的沼液更有利于土壤有机碳、氮组分含量的累积。

Some years ago, we published a new species of Pelvetia, namely, P. siliquosa and briefly discussed its distribution. Tumor metastasis, responsible for approximately 90% of cancer-associated mortality, remains poorly understood. Here in this study, we employed a melanoma lung metastasis model to screen for metastasis-related genes. By sequential tail vein injection of mouse melanoma B16f10 cells and the subsequently derived cells from lung metastasis into BALB/c mice, we successfully obtained highly metastatic B16f15 cells after five rounds of in vivo screening. RNA-sequencing analysis of B16f15 and B16f10 cells revealed a number of differentially expressed genes, some of these genes have previously been associated with tumor metastasis while others are novel discoveries. The identification of these metastasis-related genes not only improves our understanding of the metastasis mechanisms, but also provides potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for metastatic melanoma.

An Experi mental Study on Wave-Induced Dynamic Stresses in Seabed

A series of hydraulic model tests with horizontal movable seabed under regular wave actions have been carried out to investigate the dynamic interactions between water waves and seabed soil. Seabed dynamic stresses from experiments are, tound to differ from theoretical resuhs. The response of p0 in permeable seabed has a small decay and phase shift to the nonlinear wave actions, and the dynamic stresses, σs/p0, σh/p0 and u/p0, contain different phase shift characteristics. Such phenomena will strongly affect the dynamic stress path in seabed. If the phase shifts of σs. and σh are neglected, the stress path will become a straight line; otherwise, it will become an elliptical curve. In phase shift cases, the long axis of the p - q diagram will be shortened when the depth increases, and the short axis will become longer when the phase shift increases. for the p＇ - q＇ diagram, the larger the phase lag of u, the longer the short axis. Relative results offer useful information for the analysis of seabed stability.
