Esophageal cancer is the seventh most common type of cancer and the sixth leading cause of cancer-related mortality *** submucosal dissection(ESD)is widely used for the resection of early esophageal ***,post-ESD esophageal stricture is a common long-term complication,which requires *** with post-ESD esophageal stricture often experience dysphagia and require multiple dilatations,which greatly affects their quality of life and increases healthcare ***,to manage post-ESD esophageal stricture,researchers are actively exploring various strategies,such as pharmaceutical interventions,endoscopic balloon dilation,and esophageal *** steroids-based therapy has achieved some success,steroids can lead to complications such as osteoporosis and ***,endoscopic balloon dilatation is effective in the short term,but is prone to recurrence and ***,esophageal stenting can alleviate the stricture,but is associated with discomfort during stenting and the complication of easy displacement also present *** engineering has evolved rapidly in recent years,and hydrogel materials have good biodegradability and biocompatibility.A novel type of polyglycolic acid(PGA)sheets has been found to be effective in preventing esophageal stricture after ESD,with the advantages of a simple operation and low complication *** membranes act as a biophysical barrier to cover the wound as well as facilitate the delivery of medications to promote wound repair and ***,there is still a lack of multicenter,large-sample randomized controlled clinical studies focused on the treatment of post-ESD esophageal strictures with PGA membrane,which will be a promising direction for future advancements in this field.

A connection between matrix orthogonal polynomials and non-abelian integrable lattices is investigated in this paper. The normalization factors of matrix orthogonal polynomials expressed using quasideterminants are shown to be the solutions to the non-abelian Toda lattice in semi-discrete and full-discrete cases. Moreover, with a moment modification method, we demonstrate that the B¨acklund transformation of the non-abelian Toda lattice given by Popowicz(1983) is equivalent to the non-abelian Volterra lattice, whose solutions can be expressed using quasi-determinants as well.

基于大数据和人工智能技术的数据驱动科学范式推动地球科学研究发生了变革。作为地球科学的重要分支,现代矿床学经历了百余年的发展,已经积累了海量的数据资料,这些数据的流通和共享是发挥其资源价值的关键。文章介绍了中国“地质云”与全球矿产资源储量动态评估数据库、澳大利亚深部地球探测计划AuScope、美国矿产资源在线空间数据库、国际经济地质学家学会(SEG)Geofacets数据库、美国标准普尔公司SNL Metals&Mining数据库等国际主要矿床数据库的情况;同时,列举了应用大数据思维和人工智能方法在区域成矿规律、矿床成因机制、矿床类型判别、资源潜力评价、战略咨询等方面取得的若干重要进展。文章提出,未来在深时数字地球国际大科学计划的平台下,整合全球海量矿床数据,建设开放、共享、统一的矿床大数据平台势在必行。

冻土地基桩基础承载特性温度与流变响应试验

为揭示冻土温度、流变特性对桩基承载性能的作用效应,进行温度、流变响应试验分析,采用自行设计的大型冻土桩基承载性能试验装置,开展了不同地温、不同加载过程下桩基承载特性模型试验,分析了轴力与侧摩阻力的温度、流变响应。结果表明:地基温度对桩基刚度具有显著影响,温度较高(约-3℃)时,刚度仅为温度较低(约-6℃)时的1/10。其次,温度较低时,轴力沿深度迅速衰减,侧摩阻力呈上大下小,桩体上部(约1/3)主要承载;温度较高时,轴力分布平缓,深部侧摩阻力发挥程度相应提高。再者,流变效应对侧摩阻力的发展、变化存在显著影响,持荷阶段流变导致的侧摩阻力降低逾200 kPa。此外,流变效应亦受地基温度及荷载水平的影响:地温较高时,流变导致的侧摩阻力松弛近乎初值的50%;荷载水平升高时,流变效应呈现先增大后减小的趋势。冻土地基中桩基础承载性能具有显著的温度、流变响应,实际工程设计、运维必须予以考虑,研究结果可为工程实践提供理论支撑。

The focus of this paper is on two novel linearized Crank-Nicolson schemes with nonconforming quadrilateral finite element methods(FEMs)for the nonlinear coupled Schrodinger-Helmholtz *** L^(2) and H^(1) estimates of orders O(h^(2)+τ^(2))and O(h^(2)+τ^(2))are derived respectively without any grid-ratio condition through the following two *** is that a time-discrete system is introduced to split the error into the temporal error and the spatial error,which leads to optimal temporal error estimates of order O(τ^(2))in L^(2) and the broken H^(1)-norms,as well as the uniform boundness of numerical solutions in L^(∞) *** other is that a novel projection is utilized,which can iron out the difficulty of the existence of the consistency *** leads to derive optimal spatial error estimates of orders O(h^(2))in L^(2)-norm and O(h)in the broken H^(1)-norm under the H^(2) regularity of the solutions for the time-discrete *** last,two numerical examples are provided to confirm the theoretical ***,h is the subdivision parameter,and τ is the time step.

In this paper,a two-grid mixed finite element method(MFEM)of implicit Backward Euler(BE)formula is presented for the fourth order time-dependent singularly perturbed Bi-wave problem for d-wave superconductors by the nonconforming EQ_(1)^(rot) *** this approach,the original nonlinear system is solved on the coarse mesh through the Newton iteration method,and then the linear system is computed on the fine mesh with Taylor’s *** on the high accuracy results of the chosen element,the uniform superclose and superconvergent estimates in the broken H^(1)-norm are derived,which are independent of the negative powers of the perturbation parameter appeared in the considered *** results illustrate that the computing cost of the proposed two-grid method is much less than that of the conventional Galerkin MFEM without loss of accuracy.

Thermoelectric(TE)materials can directly convert the industrial waste heat into useful electricity based on the Seebeck effect,providing a promising way to tackle the environmental pollution and global energy crisis[1].In the past several decades,many new high-performance TE materials have been discovered to enrich the TE *** them,Cu_(2)−δSe-based TE materials,which are in line with the“phonon-liquid electron-crystal”concept,have sparked widespread interest due to the high TE figure-of-merit(ZT)and the combination of elements that are nontoxic and earth-abundant[2].In 2012,Liu et al.[3]reported a ZT of 1.5 at 1000 K in the stoichiometric Cu_(2)*** alloying S at the Se-site,the ZT was enhanced to around 2.0 at 1000 K[4].Via incorporating carbon nanotubes,the ZT was further enhanced to 2.4 at 1000 K[5].Moreover,Yang et al.[6]and Zhou et al.[7]reported that the ZT of Cu_(2)Se/BiCuSeO composites can reach 2.7–2.8 around 1000 K.

The dynamic optimal interpolation(DOI)method is a technique based on quasi-geostrophic dynamics for merging multi-satellite altimeter along-track observations to generate gridded absolute dynamic topography(ADT).Compared with the linear optimal interpolation(LOI)method,the DOI method can improve the accuracy of gridded ADT locally but with low computational ***,considering both computational efficiency and accuracy,the DOI method is more suitable to be used only for regional *** this study,we propose to evaluate the suitable region for applying the DOI method based on the correlation between the absolute value of the Jacobian operator of the geostrophic stream function and the improvement achieved by the DOI *** verifying the LOI and DOI methods,the suitable region was investigated in three typical areas:the Gulf Stream(25°N-50°N,55°W-80°W),the Japanese Kuroshio(25°N-45°N,135°E-155°E),and the South china Sea(5°N-25°N,100°E-125°E).We propose to use the DOI method only in regions outside the equatorial region and where the absolute value of the Jacobian operator of the geostrophic stream function is higher than1×10^(-11).
