Cellular reprogramming technologies have been developed with different physicochemical factors to improve the reprogramming efficiencies of induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs).Ultrasound is a clinically applied noncontact biophysical factor known for regulating various cellular behaviors but remains uninvestigated for cellular ***,we present a new reprogramming strategy using low-intensity ultrasound(LIUS)to improve cellular reprogramming of iPSCs in vitro and in *** 3D microenvironment conditions,increased LIUS stimulation shows enhanced cellular reprogramming of the *** cellular reprogramming process facilitated by LIUS is accompanied by increased mesenchymal to epithelial transition and histone *** stimulation transiently modulates the cytoskeletal rearrangement,along with increased membrane fluidity and mobility to increase HA/CD44 ***,LIUS stimulation with HA hydrogel can be utilized in application of both human cells and in vivo environment,for enhanced reprogrammed cells into ***,LIUS stimulation with a combinatorial 3D microenvironment system can improve cellular reprogramming in vitro and in vivo environments,which can be applied in various biomedical fields.

In the present study, the stabilization effects of the laying of a drainage layer in a sandy beach were analyzed. The numerical model developed by Hur et al. （2011） was used to examine the characteristics of wave-sandy beach interaction with/without a drainage layer. This numericai model directly simulates Wave-Structure-Seabed/Sandy （WASS） beach interaction by consid- ering flow through a porous medium with inertia, laminar and turbulent resistances, and determines the eddy viscosity with the Large Eddy Simulation （LES） turbulent model in a 3-D wave field （LES-WASS-3D）. Based on the numerical results, it ap- pears that the installation of a drainage layer in the beach results in a decrease in both the mean groundwater level around the foreshore and the flow moving offshore on the beach surface. Spatial distributions of the mean groundwater level and wave setup around the foreshore with various arrangements of the drainage layer and conditions of the incident wave are also discussed in this paper.

Multicast technology application has been widely utilized in broadband internet. Source authentication is one of the most needs for many multicast applications transferring real-time information such as stream video and online news. Because multicast current services provided to the group members are ch.nged dynamically, data transferring by a group member is not used by the recipient. In order to verify the identity of the sender who sent the packet and to make sure that the data have not been tampered, an optimized source authentication scheme has been proposed to transfer the authentication information not to the next-door packet. The proposed method for multiple packets authenticates the source with a limited number of electronic signatures. The proposed method can reduce overhead compared to the method by adding a digital signature for every packet. In addition, by sending the generated electronic signature to the first packet and the last packet, it prevents the loss of consecutive packets, as well as a source authentication can be provided in real-time services.

Metal organic framework(MOF)has been paid great attention as a potential candidate for various applications in the field of energy and environment,particularly in air *** various MOFs,MIL-101(Fe) represents an interesting material possessing many advantages,including the ease of fabrication,high porosity,high specific surface area with open metal sites,making it a promising material in the field of harmful gas *** these advantages,MIL-101(Fe) was synthesized by facile microwave-solvothermal method and applied as a photocatalyst for the degradation of *** de-NOxefficiency of the synthesized powder was evaluated with respect to various operating parameters including substrates,sample doses,light spectrum and light intensity,initial NO concentration,and relative *** results have shown that the efficiency of NOxphotocatalytic degradation reaches to 77%under solar irradiation via 0.1 g of MIL-101(Fe) with optimum condition of reaction,(alumina substrate,350 ppb of initial NO concentration,40–50%of relative humidity).Then this work provides the optimum condition for the efficient photocatalytic degradation of NOx.

Effects of an Urban Park and Residential Area on the Atmospheric CO_2 Concentration and Flux in Seoul,Korea

The CO2 concentrations and fluxes over an urban forest site （Namsan） and an urban residential region （Boramae） in Seoul, Korea, during the non-growing season （2 4 March 2011）, the growing season （10-12 June 2011）, and the late-growing season （22-24 September 2011） were analyzed. The CO2 concentrations of two sites showed nearly the same diurnal variation, with a maximum value occurring during the night and a minimum value occurring during daytime, as well as the same seasonal variation, with a maximum value during the non-growing season （early spring） and a minimum value during the growing season （summer）. The CO2 flux over the urban forest did not show any typical diurnal variation during the non-growing season, but did show diurnal variation with a small positive value during the night and a large negative value during daytime in the growing and late-growing seasons due to photosynthesis in the urban forest. The CO2 flux over the urban residential region showed a positive daily mean value for all periods, with large values during the non-growing season and small values during the growing season, and it also showed diurnal variation with two maxima at 0600-1000 LST and 1800-2400 LST, and two minima at 0300-0600 LST and 1100-1500 LST, and was strongly correlated with the use of liquefied natural gas for cooking and heating by surrounding houses.

High-speed rolling （HSR） is known to improve the workability of Mg alloys significantly, which makes it possible to impose a large reduction in a single pass without fracture. In the present study, dynamic recrystallization （DRX） behavior and microstructural and textural variations of Mg alloy AZ31 dur-ing a HSR process were investigated by conducting rolling with different imposed reductions in the range of 20%-80% at a high rolling speed of 470 m/min and 400℃. High-strain-rate deformation during HSR suppresses dislocation slips but promotes twinning, which results in the formation of numer-ous twins of several types, i.e., {10-12} extension twins, {10-11} and {10-13} contraction twins, and {10-11}-{10-12} double twins. After twinning, high strain energy is accumulated in twin bands because their crystallographic orientations are favorable for basal slips, leading to subsequent DRX at the twin bands. Accordingly, twinning activation and twinning-induced DRX behavior play crucial roles in accommodating plastic deformation during HSR and in varying microstructure and texture of the high- speed-rolled （HSRed） sheets. Area fraction of fine DRXed grains formed at the twin bands increases with increasing rolling reduction, which is attributed to the combined effects of increased strain, strain rate, and deformation temperature and a decreased critical strain for DRX. Size, internal strain, and texture intensity of the DRXed grains are smaller than those of unDRXed grains. Therefore, as rolling reduction increases, average grain size, stored internal energy, microstructural inhomogeneity, and basal texture intensity of the HSRed sheets gradually decrease owing to an increase in the area fraction of the DRXed grains.

BACKGROUND Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare,benign,non-functioning mass that occurs in the adrenal *** is composed of an admixture of hematopoietic elements and mature adipose tissue,similar to bone *** at large sizes,adrenal myelolipomas are usually asymptomatic and often incidentally found by ultrasonography or computed tomography(CT)*** paper describes an unusual case of adrenal myelolipoma presenting as flank *** SUMMARY A 50-year-old male with severe right flank pain underwent a CT scan revealing a huge mass extending into the suprarenal *** mass showed a fat component with retroperitoneal *** tumor was treated laparoscopically,and pathologic examination revealed features of myelolipoma originating from the adrenal *** Adrenal myelolipomas are generally asymptomatic and can be treated ***,rupture and hemorrhage of the tumor can cause symptoms requiring surgical removal.

Femtosecond stimulated Raman spectroscopy （FSRS）, using an overlapping pair of narrow band Raman pump and broadband probe pulses with heterodyne detection along the probe pulse direction, is a new nonlinear spectroscopic technique to record vibrational spectra of even highly fluorescent molecules and to study vibrational dynamics on excited electronic states of molecules, as in photoisomerization. FSRS is described by diagrammatic third-order perturbation theory with wave packet analysis. The phase match.ng condition gives rise to forty-eight terms for FSRS, but the resonant condition reduces it to just eight terms, which can be depicted by Feynman dual time-line diagrams, or closed time path loop diagrams, or the complementary four-wave mixing energy level diagrams. The eight terms fall into four sets-SRS（I）, SRS（Ⅱ）, IRS（I）, IRS（Ⅱ）-where SRS stands for stimulated Raman scattering and IRS stands for inverse Raman scattering. The SRS（I） set can also account for spontaneous Raman scattering, but the remaining SRS（Ⅱ）, IRS（I） and IRS（Ⅱ） terms are only present in stimulated scattering with the presence of a probe field. The SRS（I） set accounts for the Stokes Raman lines while the IRS（I） term accounts for the anti-Stokes lines, relative to the Raman pump frequency, in the FSRS spectrum. The remaining SRS（Ⅱ） and IRS（Ⅱ） terms give rise to broad baselines. Using a harmonic oscillator model, analytic results are obtained for the four-time correlation functions in the third-order polarizations. The issue of high time and high frequency resolution in time-resolved FSRS spectra is discussed. Calculations are made with the theory to compare with experimental results for：（a） resonance FSRS of fluorescent Rhodamine 6G and （b） 2D-FSRS from a coherent vibrational state that has been prepared by an impulsive, off-resonant pump pulse on CDCl3. Effects of Microstructure of Aluminum Substrate on Ordered Nanopore Arrays in Anodic Alumina

The effects of microstructure of aluminum substrate on regular nanopore arrangement in anodic alumina layer were investigated. The dissimilar microstructure and texture on aluminum sheets were prepared by various cold rollings and heat treatments, and anodic alumina nanoporous layers were fabricated by two step anodizing method at 40 V in oxalic acid solution. For the aluminum sheets with similar surface texture and annealing condition except purity, the regularity of the nanopore arrangement on the anodic alumina layer increased with purity of aluminum substrate. The difference of surface texture on AI sheets is not critical parameter for formation of ordered nanopore array compared with purity and heat treatment of substrate aluminum. The investigation suggested that the purity and reasonable annealing temperature of aluminum substrate are very important process to obtain the highly-ordered nanopore array on anodic alumina layer.
