Matrix minimization techniques that employ the nuclear norm have gained recognition for their applicability in tasks like image inpainting, clustering, classification, and reconstruction. However, they come with inherent biases and computational burdens, especially when used to relax the rank function, making them less effective and efficient in real-world scenarios. To address these challenges, our research focuses on generalized nonconvex rank regularization problems in robust matrix completion (RMC), low-rank representation (LRR), and robust matrix regression (RMR). We introduce innovative approaches for effective and efficient low-rank matrix learning, grounded in generalized nonconvex rank relaxations inspired by various substitutes for the?0-norm relaxed functions. These relaxations allow us to more accurately capture low-rank structures. Our optimization strategy employs a nonconvex and multi-variable alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM), backed by rigorous theoretical analysis for complexity and convergence. This algorithm iteratively updates blocks of variables, ensuring efficient convergence. Additionally, we incorporate the randomized singular value decomposition technique and/or other acceleration strategies to enhance the computational efficiency of our approach, particularly for large-scale constrained minimization problems. In conclusion, our experimental results across a variety of image vision-related application tasks unequivocally demonstrate the superiority of our proposed methodologies in terms of both efficacy and efficiency when compared to most other related learning methods.

User Equipment(UE) authentication holds paramount importance in upholding the security of wireless networks. A nascent technology, Radio Frequency Fingerprint Identification(RFFI), is gaining prominence as a means to bolster network security *** expedite the integration of RFFI within fifth-generation(5g) networks, this research undertakes the creation of a comprehensive link-level simulation platform tailored for 5g scenarios. The devised platform emulates various device impairments, including an oscillator, IQ modulator, and power amplifier(PA) nonlinearities, alongside simulating ch.nnel distortions. Consequent to this, a plausibility analysis is executed, intertwining transmitter device impairments with 3rd generation Partnership Project(3gPP) new radio(nR) protocols. Subsequently, an exhaustive exploration is conducted to assess the impact of transmitter impairments, deep neural networks(Dnns), and ch.nnel effects on RF fingerprinting performance. notably, under a signal-to-noise ratio(SnR) of 15 d B, the deep learning approach demonstrates the capability to accurately classify 100 UEs with a commendable 91% accuracy rate. Through a multifaceted evaluation, it is ascertained that the Attention-based network architecture emerges as the optimal choice for the RFFI task, serving as the new benchmark model for RFFI applications.

传统的日前-日内协同调度通常以与日前时序计划曲线偏差最小作为日内目标函数,当日内新能源出力预测值与日前相差较大时,储能装置(energy storage systems,ESS)等由于其时间耦合约束日内调整范围有限,导致经济性和灵活性较差。对此,提出了基于最优经济运行区域(optimal economic operation region,OEOR)的主动配电网(active distribution networks,ADn)日前-日内协同调度方法。在日前阶段,构建线性化ADn调度模型,基于拉丁超立方采样法生成的大量随机场景下调控设备优化曲线,以全时间段内设备出力上下界内所包含的随机场景优化结果数量最大为目标,考虑储能装置荷电状态的相邻时段约束和微型燃气轮机的爬/滑坡率,构建OEOR生成模型。最后,在日内阶段,调控设备在OEOR内滚动优化调整,当该时段优化值贴近OEOR边界时,考虑相邻时段出力约束,将OEOR扩展为最优经济极限运行区域(E-OEOR)。算例结果表明,所提方法相比于传统方法能够更有效地提升配电网经济性。

芬太尼自70年前问世以来,因其既是为满足镇痛管理的正当合理需求而成为不断被研发和生产的药物,又因合成化学知识和技术被国际毒品市场滥用,从而成为各国药物监管、司法、国际禁毒合作的常规性挑战。中美两国的科学研究、医疗和执法部门在芬太尼问题上走过了40多年的机制性交流与合作的过程。拜登政府延续特朗普政府的政策取向,不仅在2023年11月中美元首会晤场合将在美国更严重的芬太尼物质滥用与中国管理涉芬太尼物质的跨国流动程度直接挂钩,而且将之提到与军事交流同等重要的高度,芬太尼问题在两国关系中的分量俨然具有杠杆性。但是,在中美两国,芬太尼问题的叙事都具有多元性。更有效地监管芬太尼物质的跨国流通、打击过程中的违规和非法行为,有赖于双方都从功能性合作的理念出发,强化公共卫生和司法合作两大领域的互动机制。

The current landscape of chiral covalent organic frameworks(COFs)predominantly centered on constructing asymmetric molecular-scale chirality,often introducing an inherent contradiction to the COF symmetry and limiting ***,we overcome these challenges by achieving chiral transfer between one-dimensional(1D)imine linear polymers(LPs)and two-dimensional(2D)networkβ-ketoenamine COFs composed of achiral *** successfully synthesize several 1D imine LPs with mesoscopic helical chirality,comprising achiral C2-symmetric terephthalaldehyde and diamine linkers in a chiral supramolecular transcription *** the irreversible tautomerism mech.nism within the linker replacement approach,terephthalaldehyde(TPA)units in these helical 1D LPs are substituted with C3-symmetric 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(TP),yielding the corresponding 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** and helicity of the resultantβ-ketoenamine COFs intimately hinge on reaction conditions,including the aldehyde stoichiometry of Tp and TPA,as well as the quantity and concentration of the catalyst *** optimized conditions,the nucleation and growth were precisely governed,achieving a harmonious equilibrium of crystallinity and helicity within the generated 2D networkβ-ketoenamine COFs,even with covalent bond rupture,recombination,and topological transition(from[C2+C2]to[C3+C2]).Impressively,the ground state chirality inherent to helical 1D LPs seamlessly transfers to helical 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** study not only offers new perspectives on the development of chiral functional COFs,but also provides fresh insights into the precise control of COFs'microscopic morphology.
