针对无土栽培营养液循环系统中离子供应和吸收不平衡形成的营养液浓度增高、盐分增加 ,对产量和品质的影响 ,该文就不同蒸腾条件下 ,番茄对高盐分的反应进行了试验和分析。结果表明 :当营养液电导度 EC ( m.S/cm.超过 2时 ,每增加一个 EC单位 ,上市的鲜重生产效率降低 5 .1% ,而收获的果数未受到影响 ,因此产量的降低主要是由于单果重的降低 ( 3 .8% )和非上市果数 (主要是蒂腐果 )的增加所致 ;控制环境 ,抑制蒸腾 ,上市的鲜重生产效率仅降低 3 .4 % ,与单果重的降低一致。根部高盐分没有影响单果干重的积累 ,温室内蒸腾控制对果实干重积累的影响也甚微。这一结果表明 :温室内蒸腾控制与根部盐分控制对产量有同样的重要性。

Studies were carried out to investigate the outdoor air pollution levels in vehicular traffic junctions in the m.jor cities of Nsukka, Enugu and sem.-urban area of Awgu all in Enugu State, Nigeria using standard analytical procedures. Pm./span>2.5 was collected using Envirotech air sampler, APM 550 and analyzed gravimetrically. Other determined air pollutant gases such as SO2, NO2, O3 and CO were analyzed using colorimetric techniques. The mean hourly traffic density in the vehicular traffic junctions in Nsukka metropolis, Enugu metropolis and Awgu were 2015, 2873 and 587 respectively. The mean range of values of PM2.5, NO2, SO2, O3 and CO in vehicular traffic junctions within the investigated environments were 1.67 - 12.16 μg/m3, 3.72 - 23.83 μg/m3, 2.96 - 30.09 μg/mm.ly:Verd

Background: Evidences have shown that anti-m. m.scarinic acetylcholine receptor IgG (anti-m. m.ChR IgG) are clinically useful autoantibody that exert a cholinergic pharm.cologic effect binding and interacting with m. m.ChR at the level of exocrine gland (salivary and ocular). Aim.: The aim.of this study was to determ.ne the associations between serum.level of anti-m. m.ChR IgG in patients with system.c lupus erythem.tosus (SLE) and other autoantibodies, serum.prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and clinical m.nifestations. m.thods: Serum.autoantibodies against m. m.ChR synthetic peptide were m.asured by enzym.-linked im.uno absorbent assay (ELISA) using, as an antigen, a 25-m.r peptide K-R-T-V-P-D-N-Q-C-F-I-Q-F-L-S-N-P-A-V-T-F-G-T-A-I corresponding to the am.no acid sequence of the second extracellular loop of the hum.n m. m.ChR. Serum.levels of antinuclear antibodies (ANA), anti-Sm.th (Sm. antibodies, anti-phospholipid (APL) antibodies, and PGE2 were determ.ned by ELISA in patients with SLE. Results: We found significantly enhanced titers of anti-m. m.ChR IgG in sera from.SLE patients com.ared with healthy individuals (control). In addition, serum.levels of PGE2 were significantly higher in SLE patients than in control patients and were significantly higher in active than in non-active SLE. No correlation was found with other autoantibodies present in SLE. By contrast, a positive correlation was found between anti-m. m.ChR IgG and PGE2 serum.levels in SLE. Conclusions: As anti-m. m.ChR antibodies present in the sera of SLE patients m.y be another factor in the pathogenesis of this disease, and the increm.nt of PGE2 in the sera of SLE has a m.dulatory action on the inflam.atory process, suggesting that the presence of these autoantibodies against m. m.ChR m.y contribute to sustained im.une deregulation and the strong inflam.atory com.onent observed in SLE.

Raising cattle in feedlots is becom.ng m.re com.on in Argentina, but there is little inform.tion available about the effects of this practice on soil phosphorus (P) dynam.cs. In this study, concentrations of water and Bray -1 extractable soil P were quantified in a feedlot (upper and lower slope positions in the feedlot pen), runoff area and pasture during 2006 - 2008. The feedlot showed higher P concentrations in all P form., soluble reactive P, soluble nonreactive, total soluble P, and Bray-P1 when com.ared to runoff area and pasture. m.st of the total soluble P was soluble reactive P from.the soil in the feedlot and the runoff area, while soluble nonreactive P predom.nated in the pasture. Concentrations of total soluble P were elevated in the feedlot at the soil surface, ranging on average from.158.71 to 245.86 m.?P?kg?1, and had a rapid decrease within the first 20 cm.and rem.ined relatively low, about 25.53 - 27.33 m.?P?kg?1. The evidence that total soluble P concentration in the feedlot was significantly (p m.soil depth suggests a potential transfer of P through the soil from.the surface. Although the feedlot had a m.derate increase of 23.05 to 24.55 m.?P?kg?1 from.the background concentration, it m.y represent a long-term.source of increased nutrient loading to groundwater. Soil extractable Bray-1 P in the top 0 - 2.5 cm.fluctuated from.659.26 to 45.36 m.?P?kg?1 in the feedlot and pasture, respectively. The relationship between soil P extracted by test and TSP was linear, and correlation coefficient was r2 = 0.95.

Lakes Enriquillo and Azuei, the two largest lakes in Hispaniola and in the Caribbean, have risen 10 and 5 m.respectively within the last 8 years. Higher lake levels have subm.rged towns, road system., agricultural lands and utilities, and have threatened to subm.rge the m.jor overland highway that connects the Dom.nican Republic and Haiti. In this study, we use CHIRP seism.c data, satellite im.gery, and regional m.teorological data to quantify and assess controls on the recent lake level rises. Although data are lim.ted, the analyses indicate that the lakes’ water level changes m.y be attributed to a com.ination of increased rainfall and natural or m.n-m.de changes to the hydraulic connectivity of the various water bodies within the drainage basin. We show that a weak correlation exists between changes in Lake Enriquillo’s and Azuei’s water levels and precipitation rates (0.2 and 0.08 respectively, 1984-2012) and that both lakes experience periods of anti-correlation where, for exam.le, water level drops at Lake Azuei (~20 m.sl) coincide with water level rises at Lake Enriquillo (41 m.sl). From.these observations, we propose that the lakes experience interm.ttent periods of hydraulic connectivity along reactivated or newly developed stratigraphic-controlled sub-surface transport pathways. We also note that m.derately sm.ll earthquakes along the large active fault system.that extends through both lakes m.y prom.te or lim.t hydraulic conductivity on decadal or shorter tim. scales. The extents to which recent earthquakes have triggered changes in groundwater flow at this site rem.in unclear but represent an im.ortant topic of future research.

AIm.To evaluate if indolent B cell-non Hodgkin's lym.hom.(B-NHL) and diffuse large B-cell lym.hom.(DLBCL) in hepatitis C virus(HCV) positive patients could have different biological and clinical characteristics requiring different m.nagem.nt ***:A group of 24 HCV related B-NHL patients(11 indolent,13 DLBCL) in whom.the biological and clinical characteristics were described and *** with DLBCL were m.naged with the standard of care of *** with indolent HCV-related B-NHL were m.naged with antiviral treatm.nt pegylated interferon plus ribavirin and their course *** outcom.s of the different approaches were ***:Patients with DLBCL had a shorter duration of HCV infection and a higher prevalence of HCV genotype 1 com.ared to patients with indolent B-NHL in which HCV genotype 2 was the m.re frequent *** of the 9 patients with indolent HCV-relatedB-NHL treated with only antiviral therapy,achieved a com.lete response of their onco-haem.tological disease(55%).Seven of the 13 DLBCL patients treated with im.unochem.theraphy obtained a com.lete response(54%).CONCLUSION:HCV genotypes and duration of HCV infection differed between B-NHL *** lym.hom.s can be m.naged with antiviral treatm.nt,while DLBCL is not affected by the HCV infection.

Introduction: Hum.ns have gone through physical changes over the last 4 m.llion years. The m.uth, however, has not changed teeth quantity or quality. Eight incisors for fruits, vegetables and tubers;four little canines for little anim.ls;eight prem.lars and twelve flat m.lars are used for crushing these foods, especially whole grains and legum.s. The teeth crushing foods are the first step in the building of faecal m.tter. Foods are selected m.stly according to cultural guidelines than to biological needs. The patterns of consum.tion are induced by the publicity of industrialized or processed foods. m.terial and m.thods: This study design was observational, analytical, correlational, transversal and prospective. One thousand children (0 - 12 years old) were questioned in order to learn about the relationship between Weekly Eating Frequency (WEF) and Faecal m.tter (Fm. characteristics. The Fm.was classified as soft, norm.l or hard and the outcom. was expressed as Dry Faecal Residue (DFR). The WEF and Weekly Bowel m.vem.nt Frequency (WBm.) were determ.ned and tabulated according to tim.s per week. Environm.ntal factors, parents’ education level and children’s birth order were exam.ned. Results: There was a strong association between DFR, WBm. and WEF. Environm.nt and education level did not play a key role although birth order did m.tter. Conclusions: Fibre-free foods (dairies, m.ats, flours and sweeties or sodas) increased DFR. Foods containing fibre from.vegetables decreased DFR, which in turn contributed to the WBm.. Lowest DFR was observed in children under Exclusive Breastfeeding (EB). Distant last-born children had higher DFR. Com.ents: Daily exam.les support these results and it is clear that children’s Fm.is built by their parents. We encourage parents to follow the “m.uth nature” rather than the “advertisem.nts nature”.
