Introducing heavy halogen atoms into organic small molecules is a practical strategy for efficient singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))***,bromine or iodine atoms are introduced on the aza-borondipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)core,rather than on the periphery aryl rings for efficient~1O_(2) ***,an aza-BODIPY dye nBDPBr with unexpected bromination on the periphery aryl rings was synthesized for photoacoustic(pa)imaging-guided synergistic photothermal therapy(PTT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT)in tumor *** to unexcepted bromination at the periphery aryl rings,nBDPBr demonstrated an outstanding singlet oxygen quantum yield(Φ_(Δ))of 66% which was superior to similar brominated photosensitizers previously *** encapsulation with amphiphilic polymer F-127,hydrophilic nBDPBr nanoparticles(nPs)were fabricated and exhibited an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency(η)of 43.0% under 660 nm *** vivo pa imaging results demonstrated that nBDPBr nPs could specifically accumulate at tumor sites and realized the maximum tumor retention at 7 h *** the in vitro and in vivo results indicated the significant potence of nBDPBr with unexpected bis-bromination for pa imaging-guided synergetic PDT/PTT.

Pressure sensors are considerably important for continuous monitoring of human movement and the surrounding environment to construct a caregiving system for the elderly living *** challenge for pressure sensors that still remains is combining self-driven,comfort,and ***,an all-in-one conformal pressure sensor(ACPS) based on a homogeneous integrated triboelectric-piezoelectric hybrid sensor is *** ACPS has dual-mode sensing properties due to coupling triboelectrification and piezoelectric effect ensuring a stable response to various external ***-coated glass microspheres and polyacrylonitrile were uniformly filleted into the silicone rubber substrate using a hetero-doping method to create a stretchable electrode layer with flexible conformal characteristics and a piezoelectric layer with excellent piezoelectric properties,***,the triboelectric layer was fabricated using the same silicone rubber,allowing ACPS to be homogeneously bonded into an all-in-one structure with reliable *** allowed various functional layers to have outstanding interface characteristics and thus improve the electrical transmission *** developed ACPS had outstanding sensitivity(1.04 V/104pa),high linearity(about 0.984),a wide measurement range(10–700 k pa),and can accurately and continuously distinguish multiple ***,using a homemade signal processing circuit,ACPSs can be deployed in the human body and the room as indoor body area network *** successfully applied to the remote tracking of daily dynamic home life and the remote operation of small electrical equipment,these ACPSs can achieve real-time caregiving for the elderly living *** an application area desperately needed by society,this study envisions a caregiving system for the elderly living alone without violating personal privacy.

The movement speed of Typhoon In-Fa(2021)was notably slow,at 10 km h-1or less,for over 20 hours following its landfall in Zhejiang,China,in contrast to other typhoons that have made *** study examines the factors contributing to the slow movement of Typhoon In-Fa,including the steering flow,diabatic heating,vertical wind shear(VWS),and surface synoptic situation,by comparing it with Typhoons Yagi(2018)and Rumbia(2018)which followed similar *** findings reveal that the movement speed of Typhoons Yagi and Rumbia is most closely associated with their respective 500 h pa environmental winds,with a steering flow of 10^(-12)m s^(-1).In contrast,Typhoon InFa’s movement speed is most strongly correlated with the 850 h pa environmental wind field,with a steering flow speed of only 2 m s^(-1).Furthermore,as Typhoon In-Fa moves northwest after landfall,its intensity is slightly greater than that of Typhoons Yagi and Rumbia,and the pressure gradient in front of Typhoon In-Fa is notably smaller,leading to its slow ***,the precipitation distribution of Typhoon In-Fa differs from that of the other two typhoons,resulting in a weak asymmetry of wavenumber-1 diabatic heating,which indirectly affects its movement *** analysis indicates that VWS can alter the typhoon’s structure,weaken its intensity,and ultimately impact its movement.

目的:探讨个性化心理护理干预对新冠肺炎疫情期间老年冠心病患者的焦虑抑郁及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年2月新冠肺炎期间于我院诊治的老年冠心病患者128例,随机分为对照组(64例,采用常规护理)和干预组(64例,给予个性化心理护理干预),均干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的变化。结果:与干预前比较,干预后两组的SAS、SDS、PSQI各维度分和总分均显著降低,P均<0.01;与对照组比较,干预后干预组SAS[(53.31±1.87)分比(32.13±1.24)分]、SDS[(44.14±1.38)分比(33.88±1.06)分]、PSQI总分[(8.98±2.17)分比(7.33±1.26)分]显著降低(P均=0.001)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎期间老年冠心病患者应用个性化心理护理干预能够显著缓解焦虑抑郁,改善睡眠质量,有益于改善预后。
