为治理管理学领域学术界与企业界脱节的顽症,基于法理学和指示优先级程式方法,提出指示优先级的程式化管理科学研究方法:将研究复杂管理问题的过程分解成相互关联的4个活动方面和8个主要活动,构成管理科学研究中的"指示优先级轮",以保持各个活动方面和主要活动的均衡为原则,纠正研究过程中的不平衡现象。分析了该方法的理论含义,剖析这一方法为什么有助于促进理论与实践相结合,从而解决理论与实践脱节问题,并阐述指示优先级程式方法的实践应用。实践应用表明:该方法的应用,可避免管理科学研究中重理论轻实践或重实践轻理论2种偏向,使管理研究过程的管理科学理论与管理实践行为相结合。

基于知识共享、跨文化管理和信任理论,建立了商务背景下基于知识共享的跨文化信任模型,提出了商务背景下基于知识共享的跨文化信任影响因素。在已有文献的基础上,设计调查问卷对西安市软件园的多家企业进行了调查,并运用统计分析软件工具SPSS13.0进行了数据分析。研究发现,在商务背景下,信任者的信任倾向显著影响基于知识共享的跨文化信任结果;被信任者的能力因素对基于知识共享的跨文化信任结果的影响不显著;作为文化差异的一个方面,权力距离影响基于知识共享的跨文化信任结果,但中国跨文化商务背景下的权力距离的影响不像以往研究中发现的那么大。这些发现表明随着经济全球化的发展,国际性商务文化正在凸现,中国与其它国家之间在商务背景下的文化差异方面有所发展和变迁,这些变迁对于商务背景下基于知识共享的跨文化信任产生着深远的影响。

思维法则学下的Cm.vAwAs系统理论,汲取了哲学和心理学的成果,包含了东方哲学思想,可为东西方管理理论的比较提供一个结构化框架。在Cm.vAwAs系统理论框架下,对需要层次理论、系统开发的生命周期理论、质量管理理论、群体发展阶段理论、物理-事理-人理系统理论、东方管理学、和谐管理理论、和合管理理论进行了比较,分析了Cm.vAwAs系统理论对于管理研究和管理实践的理论含义,并基于此给出了管理科学中国学派走向世界的一些具体的机遇和挑战。

针对群决策中如何科学地收集、集成、分析决策者真实看法的问题,基于西方的思维法则学理论,提出了指示优先级的程式化方法。该方法蕴涵了东方管理中的均衡思想,广泛用于爱尔兰政府及企业的各种项目中。作为该方法的原创者和翻译者合作团队,我们在5年多的合作研究中,探索了有关的理论发展及其中文表述。本文介绍指示优先级的程式化方法的适用情景和应用步骤,与其他方法论进行了比较,给出了应用案例。在应用案例中,对陕西省的5个市县财政局进行了访谈和问卷调查,对西安市财政局的调查数据进行了识别、集成和分析,得到了决策方案及优先级次序。应用结果表明:指示优先级的程式化方法适用于中国情境下的多属性/多准则群决策,能够提供决策依据。

The developm.nt of new wave energy converters has shed light on a num.er of unanswered questions in fluid m.chanics, but has also identified a num.er of new issues of im.ortance for their future deploym.nt. The m.in concerns relevant to the practical use of wave energy converters are sustainability, survivability, and m.intainability. Of course,it is also necessary to m.xim.ze the capture per unit area of the structure as well as to m.nim.ze the cost. In this review, we consider som. of the questions related to the topics of sustainability, survivability, and m.intenance access, with respect to sea conditions, for generic wave energy converters with an em.hasis on the oscillating wave surge converter. New analytical m.dels that have been developed are a topic of particular discussion. It is also shown how existing num.rical m.dels have been pushed to their lim.ts to provide answers to open questions relating to the operation and characteristics of wave energy converters.

m.togen-activated protein kinase （m.PK） cascades are universal signal transduction m.dules present in all eukaryotes. In plants, m.PK cascades were shown to regulate cell division, developm.ntal processes, stress responses, and horm.ne pathways. The subgroup A of Arabidopsis m.PKs consists of Atm.K3, Atm.K6, and Atm.K10. Atm.K3 and Atm.K6 are activated by their upstream.m.P kinase kinases （m.Ks） Atm.K4 and Atm.K5 in response to biotic and abiotic stress. In addition, they were identified as key regulators of stom.tal developm.nt and patterning. Atm.KIO has long been considered as a pseudo-gene, derived from.a gene duplication of Atm.K6. Here we show that Atm.KIO is expressed highly but very transiently in seedlings and at sites of local auxin m.xim. leaves. m.K10 encodes a functional kinase and interacts with the upstream.m.P kinase kinase （m.PKK） Atm.K2. m.klO m.tants are delayed in flowering in long-day conditions and in continuous light. m.reover, cotyledons of m.k10 and m.k2 m.tants have reduced vein com.lexity, which can be reversed by inhibiting polar auxin transport （PAT）. Auxin does not affect Atm.KIO expression while treatm.nt with the PAT inhibitor HFCA extends the expression in leaves and reverses the m.klO m.tant phenotype. These results suggest that the Atm.K2-Atm.K10 m.PK m.dule regulates venation com.lexity by altering PAT efficiency.
