The Lobster Eye Imager for Astronomy(LEIA),a pathfinder of the Wide-field X-ray Telescope of the Einstein Probe mission,was successfully launched onboard the sATech-01 satellite of the Chinese Academy of sciences on2022 July *** this paper,we introduce the design and on-ground test results of the LEIA *** stateof-the-art Micro-Pore Optics(MPO),a wide field of view of 346 square degrees(18.6°×18.6°)of the X-ray imager is *** optical assembly composed of 36 MPO chips is used to focus incident X-ray photons,and four large-format complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOs)sensors,each of size 6 cm×6 cm,are used as the focal plane *** instrument has an angular resolution of 4’-8’(in terms of FWHM)for the central focal spot of the point-spread function,and an effective area of 2-3 cm^(2) at 1 keV in essentially all the directions within the field of *** detection passband is 0.5-4 keV in soft X-rays and the sensitivity is2-3×10^(-11) erg s^(-1) cm^(-2)(about 1 milliCrab)with a 1000 s *** total weight of LEIA is 56 kg and the power is 85 *** satellite,with a design lifetime of 2 yr,operates in a sun-synchronous orbit of 500 km with an orbital period of 95 *** is paving the way for future missions by verifying in flight the technologies of both novel focusing imaging optics and CMOs sensors for X-ray observation,and by optimizing the working setups of the instrumental *** addition,LEIA is able to carry out scientific observations to find new transients and to monitor known sources in the soft X-ray band,albeit with limited useful observing time available.

基于偏差估计卷积神经网络恒星光谱数据自动分类

天体物理学科中恒星光谱具有极其重要的研究前景,中国自主研制的大科学天文巡天项目大天区多目标光纤光谱望远镜(large sky area multi-object fiber spectroscopy telescope,LAMOsT)自启用以来,已经成为世界上空间光谱获取数据量最大的科学装置。目前,第6期数据(sixth data,DR6)已对全球的天文工作者开放。恒星光谱数据分类在研究天文观测数据分析领域中极为重要,为了同时兼顾快速的运行速度和准确的分类精度,基于偏差估计卷积神经网络方法(bias estimation convolutional neural network,BECNN),分析了DR5中F、G、K、M型恒星光谱。BECNN核心思想主要是利用偏差函数泰勒展开式的偏差参数代替柔性最大值传输函数的偏差参数,进而减小误差,提高准确度。将本文方法与现有的神经网络(neural network,NN)和卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)算法进行对比,BECNN算法在F、G、K、M型恒星光谱自动分类准确率分别为93.177%、88.349%、93.807%、89.255%;CNN算法分别为91.646%、87.671%、92.701%、89.054%;NN算法分别为90.819%、87.417%、91.325%、88.092%。同时,将两两恒星光谱数据融合作为测试样本集,做进一步验证。结果表明:BECNN光谱自动分类准确率高于CNN和NN方法,在今后特殊天体索搜与恒星光谱精细分类研究中,本文方法有较好的借鉴价值。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a highly contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2).The gold standard method for the diagnosis of sARs-CoV-2 depends on quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction till now,which is time-consuming and requires expensive instrumentation,and the confirmation of variants relies on further sequencing ***,we first proposed a robust technique-methodology of electrochemical CRIsPR sensing with the advantages of rapid,highly sensitivity and specificity for the detection of sARs-CoV-2 *** enhance the sensing capability,gold electrodes are uniformly decorated with electro-deposited gold *** DNA template identical to sARs-CoV-2 delta spike gene sequence as model,our biosensor exhibits excellent analytical detection limit(50 fM)and high linearity(R2=0.987)over six orders of magnitude dynamic range from 100 fM to 10 nM without any nucleic-acid-amplification *** detection can be completed within 1 h with high stability and specificity which benefits from the CRIsPR-cas ***,based on the wireless micro-electrochemical platform,the proposed biosensor reveals promising application ability in point-of-care testing.

库尔勒市阿瓦提乡位于新疆维吾尔自治区塔里木盆地东北边缘,是典型的荒漠-绿洲生境。2005年库尔勒香梨进入国家地理标志产品保护名录,2020年进入中欧地理标志产品相互保护首批保护清单,是新疆果业的支柱之一。本研究通过库尔勒香梨孔雀河绿洲生境保护与可持续发展案例,对新疆绿洲生态环境及其特色地理环境下库尔勒香梨的相关数据进行了整编,以期对当地可持续发展与生态环境保护有机结合提供帮助。该案例数据集包括:(1)库尔勒孔雀河绿洲地理位置数据以及香梨核心产区边界数据;(2)案例区孔雀河绿洲阿瓦提乡自然地理数据(气象,deM与坡度,土壤,地表水,地下水,NDVI);(3)库尔勒香梨品种、栽培与品质数据;(4)库尔勒香梨管理数据。数据存储格式为.shp、.xlsx、.tif、.jpg与.docx,数据量为631MB(压缩后150 MB)。

Recent behavioral observations have indicated that bats can sense the Earth’s magnetic field. To unravel the magnetoreception mechanism,the present study has utilized magnetic measurements on three migratory species(Miniopterus fuliginosus,Chaerephon plicata,and Nyctalus plancyi)and three non-migratory species(Hipposideros armiger,Myotis ricketti,and Rhinolophus ferrumequinum). Room temperature isothermal remanent magnetization acquisition and alternating-field demagnetization showed that the bats’ heads contain soft magnetic *** analyses indicated that the saturation isothermal remanent magnetization of brains(sIRM)of migratory species is higher than those of non-migratory ***,the sIRMof migratory bats is greater than their ***-temperature magnetic measurements suggested that the magnetic particles are likely magnetite(FeO).This new evidence supports the assumption that some bats use magnetite particles for sensing and orientation in the Earth’s magnetic field.
